    Ive known Eric Cooke for a long time and my wife and I have used his services on many occasions, we even have relatives and neighbors using him now and they are all extremely happy with both his prices and professionalism! Steve and Chris are usually the plumbers who come to our house which is nice because they know our heating system and they know our plumbing layout so when we do have a problem they know exactly what to look for!     I first became a customer on an emergency, and E. Cooke’s patience and kindness have made me a customer for life. They are priced fairly and are the nicest people. Today, I had Chris and Steve out to fix a leaky shut off valve. They did an excellent job and quoted me on a couple of other repairs I need in the future. Very knowledgeable.     If you’re looking for an exceptional plumbing & heating contractor, look no further! Eric responded quickly and got me on the schedule within the desired timeframe we were hoping for. His crew (Trevor & Joey) were clean, professional, timely, and picked up after themselves before leaving our home. Little things we appreciated right off the bat: they were respectful of taking their shoes off to walk on our newly installed carpet upstairs and also asked permission before cutting the back of our new vanity cabinets to better access the waterlines.     Our well water has been hard on our plumbing despite a water treatment system. We’ve had 3 emergencies in the last four years to which Eric and his team have responded quickly. He communicates clearly and quickly, provides clear quotes, and completes jobs quickly and fully. Today he installed a tankless water heater. We can always count on him when we need a plumber.

    Eric and crew are the best. I honestly dont know how they have any personal lives because the couple times Ive needed them, the response has been immediate, regardless of the day or time. Their promptness, professionalism and skill are first-rate in my experience. As first-time homebuyers, weve dealt with some stressful situations over the past year since closing on our condo. The existing 50-gal traditional tank water heater was aging and we noticed it kept gradually expelling water from the overpressure valve. We noticed more and more water in the collection tray each day.. in our second-floor utility room.. water + gravity = uh oh!! Eric came over the same evening as my call (after work - so convenient), diagnosed the issue as due to a failed expansion tank, and gave us multiple options ranging from just replacing the valve and expansion tank, or putting in a new traditional water heater, or going on-demand. I already knew Id had enough of the tank style. Eric and the E. Cooke team installed our Rinnai tankless water heater within days and at a very fair cost. They came in while we were at work, drained and removed the old water heater, rerouted several pipes, and installed the Rinnai unit, exhaust vent, etc. Absolutely flawless job, and they left our condo without a trace, just as theyd found it with the exception of our awesome new water heater! Were loving it, and are so grateful to have E. Cooke P&H when we need them. Most recently they responded very fast to our call when we needed our washer drain pipes fixed. Again, an incredibly prompt, efficient, immaculate job at a super fair price, especially for a Sunday job. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you guys!

    AWESOME! On time and efficient. I have used them twice so far and all has been great! They re-did the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink, put two new turning knobs on my washing machine hoses, and even fixed my kitchen faucet. Price was fair! Polite, courteous, and neat. Highly recommend!

    No one likes to have a problem with their heating/plumbing system. However if you ever need services, I highly recommend E.Cooke plumbing and heating. Let me begin that when my water heater decided it no longer wanted to perform as it should leaving a small pool in the basement it was a surprise for all. I was currently out of state in NC and had my hands full. I made a few phone calls and no luck. Then I remembered seeing their vehicle next door recently and I even went to high school with him. I am always one to help local businesses if I can! Not only was he professional, courteous and good value. Eric promptly reached right out to me within minutes of sending an estimate. We went over the details on the phone and even told me he could fit me in that afternoon! Talk about service. Brian then had the job completed that day and was very cleanly.     I sent Eric a video from one of my tenants showing the older pedastal bathroom sink clearly not working, with water just tricking out of the faucet.     This is the only plumbing and heating company I will use as long as I live here! Eric personally came to my house after hours during the Christmas holiday, staying until almost 11:00 at night, to handle a burst pipe that was flooding my house. Being newer to the house, we werent familiar with most of the plumbing and heating pipes, so he was solving the puzzle as he went to restore heating on the floors of our house that had intact pipes (apparently not very easy given the fact that our system didnt have the necessary stop values or other measures in place to make this simple).His crew showed up the next day bright and early to make the needed repairs to the broken pipe, restore heat to the rest of the house, and helped us devise a plan to prevent the pipe from bursting again in the future..They worked closely with the insurance company and promptly supplied additional paperwork that was requested in order to help us finalize the insurance reimbursement. They then spent additional time walking us through the pipe systems, draining the tanks, our filtration device and other useful bits of information so wed have a better understanding of how the system worked in the future.Lastly, they fixed a large drainage pipe that was on the older side and starting to deteriorate for half the price another plumbing company in the area quoted us. Everyone who came out was professional and clearly experts in their field. They knew what they were doing, and they were efficient and thorough. Highly, highly recommend them!

    I desperately needed a new boiler and Eric was able to help me choose a very efficient condensing natural gas boiler. The process of picking out the boiler and having it installed, inspected, and connected went smoothly. Eric was professional with me, the city inspector, and the utility company to get this job done right and in a timely fashion. Lastly I would say his work looks nice and he also never left a mess or any “scrap” in my basement. I am very happy with the products and services provided from E Cooke plumbing and heating.
