The receptionist, Anita, and service manager, Dave, literally saved my Thanksgiving this year!!! My shower had not not been properly providing hot water so I called to see if La Bonte Plumbing had availability to come out before Thanksgiving as I had family coming stay at my cabin in Todd, NC for the holiday and didnt want them to have to take a cold shower. While they did have immediate availability before Thanksgiving, Antia kindly made suggestions on what to google to find an emergency plumber near me. The next day I got a call from Anita saying they had a slot open up before Thanksgiving which was incredibly thoughtful of Anita to remember me needing a plumber. In the end I spoke to Dave who was actually able to help me with my issue over the phone which was even more amazing. I will certainly be contacting La Bonte Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

The folks at Labonte plumbing are great. They have an office staff who returns phone calls, and always keeps you up to date about changes to the schedule. Hunter came to work on the house and explained everything that he was doing as he went. Half of the things that needed fixing were related to mistakes made by the previous company that was out a few weeks prior. So glad I ditched those folks and called Labonte. Plus, Labonte was much cheaper.

Great company! Had an issue with a water heater and contacted Labonte plumbing the following morning. They immediately placed me on the schedule for an emergency repair and were at my house by noon. Very professional team arrived and took care of the issue, cleaned up the mess from the leaking water, and were finished very quickly. Upon inspection it was like the problem never happened, basement was cleaned and dry! They recommended running a dehumidifier for a few days for any residual moisture. Price was below what I had expected! Labonte Plumbing is the best in the high country!!!!!!!!

Best plumbing company in town. We called several local companies to help fix an old tub we had in our house & had no luck. After finding Labonte , they were able to offer great recommendations , completed the job on time and for the amount they said. We will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Phenomenal, responsive and professional team. Look no further for any of your plumbing related needs. Its hard to come across a contractor with a keen focus on urgency, especially given how busy things have been up in the mountains. These guys did everything I needed in one day including dishwasher plumbing, 3 faucet replacement, water heater flush, temperature adjustment on shower, whole house filtration assessment. Not a fan of their payment process though. Id recommend offering Credit card or Venmo/Zelle payment. I havent sent a check via mail in years and this looks to be their only option for payment. Also, recommend some training with the front desk person. A bit abrupt for me.
