I recently had the pleasure of working with EGN Plumbing, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear, fair estimate. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The plumbers were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Elias came to my familys vacation home, just before Christmas. My husband and I had decided to visit there, just days before Christmas, and a leak sprang in the supply line, as soon as we got there. We spent a couple of days without water, trying to call nearby plumbers, which were all strangers to us. Out of over 20, Elias was one of 2 who returned our call. He is licensed and insured (and very polite, over the phone), so we went with him versus the other plumber. He arrived on time, on short notice, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had to go to Lowes and accidentally got the wrong part but didnt charge us for the extra time it took for him to go back to the store. In order for us to be able to turn the water back on, he had to solder a more generic type part, but thoroughly explained why it would work. Before leaving, he turned the water back on to show hed fixed the leak. He was polite, professional, competent and fair. To whomever it concerns, Elias is a Christian who appears to be genuine. He earned his license at Caldwell Community college. We couldnt have been more grateful for his help.

Elias of EGN Plumbing did a fabulous job unclogging our very important kitchen sink pipe.Fast, efficient true to his word and extremely courteous.. He has added an amazing machine to his skilled hands, and we were very, very pleased. He’s very polite and attentive and respectful plus a talented Plumber. We highly recommend Elias and will recommend him to all of our real estate clients.
