My husband called for tech support in the late afternoon, and the company worked with him to assess urgency and prioritize their schedule and our schedule. Less than 18 hours later, a courteous and professional tech finished installation of a new burner, tidied the workspace, and wished us well.No one tried to upsell parts, subscriptions, or bemoaned the age of the furnace. It was a great service call, and they’ll have our business as long as we live here. Thank you!

I recently had an issue with my furnace and was in need of a repair over the weekend. When I contacted Kruck they were able to send someone out right away. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to fix the issue. The team was very helpful and easy to work with!

I will never use another plumbing company! Tom came out and worked diligently to figure out the issue with our on demand water heater. The authorized dealer that works with our brand couldnt or didnt take the necessary steps to troubleshoot our water heater. They may not be the cheapest but their service cannot be beat! I am a very happy customer!!!

The guys that came out to my home, was very friendly and professional... They knew exactly what was needed, took measurements where they were needed and pictures where they were needed.. I would absolutely recommend this company for heating/cooling and plumbing!! Very thorough!!
