Andy has done several jobs around my home from hanging large, heavy pictures, TV installation, overhead garage lights and painting. My go-to for any job I need help with, can’t do or just don’t feel like doing. Reliable, trustworthy and affordable. Andy is always fair and will complete the job.

Andy is courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He cares about the client and doing a good job. He has helped us with with a variety of projects (i.e. hanging Taxidermy, removing faucets, weatherstripping, etc.) We highly recommend him and will be utilizing his services ongoing.

Andy recently completed a project for us and I cant rave enough about him and his crew. He was easy to get a hold of and always answered all of my questions. His construction crew were professional and efficient. We will definitely be using them in the future for all our construction needs. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Andy did a great job of coming in and helping after we were left high and dry by another contractor. He helped us through all the permitting with the city and remodeling we had in order to complete the project. Would definitely recommend him!

We hired Andy for an outdoor patio project consisting of removing an old cabinet and installing a more modern. Cedar wall and TV, including moving outlets. Additionally, he build a wooden bench over a stone old planter box and updated our weather stripping. His attention to detail, quality of work and communication were all first class. Highly recommend using him!!

WOW!!!! I cant say enough good about our experience with Andy Rossbach Construction! We had a massive list of all kinds of projects we didnt have finished and items we needed repaired or replaced in our home. Andy showed up and knocked the whole list out for us! Exceptional Workmanship - Fair Prices - All around Great Guy! Im already working on my second Andy To Do List and sharing his info with all our friends! Book him for your next home or rental needs! Using a licensed contractor was an absolute must for us. Andy was fantastic. Were able to agree on a price without having to haggle back and forth. He showed up when he said he was going to (a rarity these days). The workmanship was fantastic and we will have him back out for other projects for sure.Thanks Andy or Handy Andy as our kids called him.

Andy is incredible! He repaired the backsplash to my kitchen and re did the tiling and repaired the wall that was damaged behind it. His work is excellent and efficient and he is very responsive in terms of telling you if he can do a job, how long it will take him and what supplies will cost him. His labor cost is very fair and his work is very high level. He is punctual, pleasant and professional. Definitely choose Andy Rossbach for your job.

Andy is managing multiple properties for me. Hes performed many fixes and improvements to the homes and always places quality tenants. He communicates well, has excellent follow up and multi tasking skills, consistently does a great job, at a very fair price and is super easy to work with. Honest, dependable and one of kind. I have used Andys service on several occasions now, for residential and commercial property needs. He is great to work with, quick to respond and stays on task and is able to get projects done on or before the deadline. His work detail is fantastic and he was even able to make some subtle suggestions to the project I wanted done to make it look better than what I had planned. His prices were very fair. It seems rare these days to find a contractor that calls you back right away, gets the job done at or below budget and puts out quality work. I will use him again for any projects I have at home or at my office.

Being new to the area we did not know anyone to hire for minor “handyman” jobs. Andy was recommended by a friend and he is awesome! He is very professional, on-time, takes time to really understand what it is you want. If he doesn’t know how to do what you are asking (which is rare) he either researches it or tells you if it is beyond his ability. We are so happy with everything he has done so far and we are going to have him back in the new year to do even more (and bigger jobs).
