Pablo was so professional AND personable! He took the time to truly assess our unit since we had a ‘gremlin’ when we switched to heat. He did a full work up since we have a home warranty who will be coming out and I do not trust home warranty service reps. He explained in simple terms the concerns. Josh New, the technician that came to the house was very friendly, respectful and professional. He was very knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had about my AC. He also made suggestions on preventive maintenance on the unit and the system as a whole.I feel confident my unit is running smooth and I am ready for another six months. Thank you.

Not only was I notified by text from the company, but Alex called to say he was on the way. Alex had his badge and he matched the picture I was sent of him. He established where the unit was located and the breakers as well. He worked quickly, efficiently and left a clean work site. Before he left, Alex told me all the items he checked, what he replaced and that the unit was in good working order! Excellent employee!

Muda was the bright spot in dealing with Rack Electric. I was prepared to not sign up for their generator maintenance contract because I was not able to contact the company and speak with anyone directly, always getting an answering service. I understand they are going through a merger with my old generator company, but that aspect of it was very frustrating. When my technician showed up for service he was wonderful. He worked diligently, was patient and explained to me everything he was doing, very caring and professional. He was the reason that I will most likely continue my contract. I am confident in the job he did and hope he would always be the one to respond to any repair issues I may have. The five star rating I am giving is for my technician, not the experience I have had with contacting Rack electric.

Nick Medina. Thorough, Unfortunately he had limited tools. He would not have been able to remove the side panel unless I didnt have a multitude of tools for him to use. This was not his fault. The installers tightened screws so tight, when trying to remove them they stripped when Nick tried to remove them. I had the tools and all the bits needed to remove them. All that is ok and no problem. Happy to have had all the right things to allow him to complete the maintenance. Stop using sub contractors and supply your employees with the tools needed to do the job. None of this was Nicks fault. Call if you need more information.

My service appointment had to be rescheduled due to the fact that the serviceman came 3 hours early and no one was home. The second appointment, Alex arrived 2 hours early, but my wife happened to be home and he was able to begin the service.

I was a little scared when signing to have Solar Panels installed, because of the night mare job that we had with our roof. We were reassured by our sales man Alex that everything would go smooth and if I had any questions throughout the process I could call him. Which I did and he responded immediately. The techs that come to the home are always courteous and very professional. They know their stuff. Today, I had Loubens J. to do one of my regular service appointments. He did a great job! Very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely appreciate their techs.The only reason this review has a star missing is the awful communication with their office. I thought about letting it slide and just give them a 5 star - but I just cant. Even though making this appointment was fairly painless this time...generally, its frustrating to deal with them. It takes forever to reach someone, getting a call or an email back is very hit/miss. I worry about emergencies because anyone they send out is coming from at least 2 hours away. Ive dealt with an emergency and it didnt go well and the office later didnt communicate well with me either. Had I not had an electrician friend at the time - Id have been stuck without AC for several days since something needed to be worked around in the little boxes - Id have gotten fried had I tried to have them walk me through (which is what they were trying to do rather than come out).Honestly, the regular service techs are the main reason that Ive stuck around with this company.

This was my first appointment with Rack .Tanner was the name of the two technician. He changed the oil, put in a new filter. Changed the spark plug. He was very personable and professional.He was unable to reset the test because he discovered that the engine had rustedFrom the concrete base. He was going to contact the company and have them get back to me about having those repaired so that he can set the timer for the testing and make sure that the engine is secured. So service is to be continued. Once my service is complete I can continue my review. So far so good

Tanner showed up on time and went right to work after asking me if I had any concerns. Unfortunately, there was a rat on the motor who scurried off but returned later sitting on the battery asking for treats!The work was completed without any problems (other than previously mentioned). He took pictures of everything and made sure all liquids were topped off.He was extremely courteous and was a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely have him return.
