I want to thank Boca Electrical for their fabulous service Friday night! I had an electrical outage in my apartment which was tripping the main switch in the building mechanical room. I had called an electrician’ to come and he did not show to after being late not returning calls. 8 hours later… The second company I called could not get a hold of their electricians one said they were coming but after 2 hours said they weren’t. He has just gotten out of the barber shop! There dispatch gave me Boca electrical and I called them. It was now 8 pm. They (Boca) sent a wonderful electrician called Ismael G, who arrived as soon as he could since I am in lantana. Ismael was able to diagnose the problem with the fuse box and was able to figure out that it wasn’t in my apartment. It was the main fuse to my apartment in the mechanical room with the building that was overheating and flipping. This was after the property manager assured me that it was on my side. Ishmael God bless him, was able to find the part needed to fix the fuse box and the mechanical room he drove down to Dana Beach an hour away and an hour back arriving at 1 AM to fix the electrical to my apartment. The fact that he could fix the commercial part was unbelievable in my eyes. Ishmael‘s professionalism, his knowledge was outstanding if I was his boss, I would give him a huge raise because I imagine he is like this for every customer he has , he is an asset to your company Boca electrical .would recommend anybody who has an issue with electricity in their house to call Boca electrical and ask for Ismael.Thank you Boca electrical for everything you did to restore my power and going above and beyond the call of duty on a Friday night. I look forward to using you in the future and recommending you to everybody I know. It’s hard to find a good electrical person.!

Doing some remodeling on our 1986 home and found out the electrical codes have changed and our outside main and inside breaker needed to be upgraded. Im sure you have heard it before one call does it all it does when you call Boca Electrical. Our electrician Joe showed up on time and we received an email and text before he arrived with a picture and bio. After working out the details of the project he was able to get us a quote same day. We had to flip a breaker box from the kitchen to a junction box in our closet to a new panel in the bedroom, and upgrade the outside main, not a small job. Joe suggested some upgraded parts because its not more labor just better parts, Surge Protector. Communication is the key to life, but communication these days is lost, not when you work with Boca Electrical. Emails, texts, and phone calls from Joe and Joann made this smooth as silk. As a former heavy highway contractor I can say this, Great Contractors cost money, poor contractors cost more! Its a no brainer trust me. ✌😎

My husband and I have used Boca Electrical Works throughout the past several years for all of our electric needs. Boca Electrical Works has installed our dining room chandelier, installed the Tesla charging outlet in our garage, rewired circuits in our attic after a thunderstorm got them wet, and fixed/re-installed the light post outside our home after the previous owner did an extremely poor and dangerous patch up job. Boca Electrical Works has also installed 10 recessed lights throughout our kitchen and family room, which we have been absolutely thrilled with! If you are considering installing recessed lighting - do it! And I would highly recommend working with Boca Electrical works. For every appointment, Boca Electrical Works has been extremely prompt and arrived right at the scheduled time. Additionally, the electricians are always professional, efficient, and friendly. Both the office and the electrician who comes out to your home are great at communicating with you about arrival times, scheduling, and cost. We have been extremely pleased with their work and will be using them again in the future!

Best electricians in Boca! They have been so helpful and understanding of our needs regarding electrical on a full condo remodel. And their work is impeccable. Manuel was our electrician for the full re wire of our condo. He stuck with us every step of the way through the 4 month renovation. Electrical work is needed at several intervals during a full remodel and Manuel was always there right when we needed him to do the work needed at each interval. Manuel and the team at Boca Electric are amazing. Used them based on a recommendation from a neighbor to replace my (out of code…) breaker box almost 2 years ago and have had zero problems since. Then, my AC died in the middle of the worst heat wave in recorded history, and replacing it meant a breaker had to be swapped out for a different amperage. AC company was able to replace my unit the next day, and Boca Electric made sure someone came out while they were here to address the breaker issue, less than 24 hours notice!! They are professional and knowledgeable, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a slight adjustment that needed to be made and Boca Electric came back out promptly to correct it and covered it under warranty. What a quality company and great office staff with Claudia & JoAnn who pick up quickly when you call, schedule appts quickly and follow-up as soon as tech leaves to make sure youre happy with the work that was done. Who does all that anymore...almost know one. Great service, follow-through & follow-up. Most companies dont get any of it right anymore, Boca Electric does. I would like to recommend Boca Electrical Works, and especially electrician Manuel P.Manuel sent me a text with photo before he arrived (I really appreciate this feature), he was professional, gave me an estimate, and after doing the inspection, he not only did the job that I had called in to have done, but I also decided to had him install GFIs in the kitchen to get up to code. When instead of 2 GFIs I needed 3 (which he explained could be a possibility beforehand), he was sure to take time to explain why.In addition, he answered all of my questions, some of which had nothing to do which the work he was doing. He also identified some of the box’s breakers for the cheat sheet I had created for my household since what’s on the box was wrong.Not only was Manuel pleasant to work with and professional, so were the ladies on the phone, Luisa and Janine (?) who, in my opinion, did everything one should in terms of customer service.Finally, when an electrician was unable to come out on the day I had made the appointment, Ismael called me and his smile just came right through the phone. He apologized, explained what happened (2 calls came in at the same time) and offered the next appointment.All in all, I am very satisfied with this first experience with Boca Electrical Works, and I would not hesitate at all to call them again. We had an electrical emergency that shut down circuits in our home including the air conditioning. We contacted Boca Electrical Works midday on a Sunday. Claudia and Joann in the office were professional, helpful and let us know they would be sending Chris to address our issue, we were told to watch for a text with Chris picture and his background as a professional electrician. Chris arrived in about an hour from our time of call and quickly identified and explained our issue, he then prepared a quote and explained all the items involved. Boca Electrical made the necessary arrangements with FPL and submitted the necessary paperwork for the permit. FPL showed up in time to be sure we had air for the night. The repair process took a couple of days with Chris, Leo and Camillo completing the task that satisfied us, FPL and the City Inspector. We cannot thank them enough for the excellence they demonstrated and respect and care they showed for our home and also our concerns. We will always choose and recommend Boca Electrical Works and we will also request Chris who was a consummate professional.Thanks to all of them. The care and work was exceptional.

Second, Jose who showed to do the job was well trained and very professional. Usually with other services any deviation from why you originally called means another appointment. Not with Boca Electric works. He made a plan and got it done. Lastly, he needed a special tool for the new project and his field Manager Joe drove the tool to my house within minutes! This is the 1st. time we are using Boca Electrical Works. We have never been happy with electricians in the past. We called asking for them to swap out an old fluorescent garage ceiling light and install a new LED fixture. The electrician, Christofer, came to give us an estimate, answered any questions we had, and said he would order the new fixture. He said he would be the one to come back and install it. He even examined our electrical box to insure it was safe.He took his time with us, and made us feel comfortable that we were using the right electricians to solve the nagging problems with our garage light.He and his partner, Indy, came today to install the new fixture. Upon completion, you wouldnt know that an old fluorescent fixture was removed and a new light put on. The spot is clean and the fixture is flush-mounted to the ceiling. No touch-up painting was needed.Both Christofer and Indy were both professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We were constantly asked if we had any questions. They were clean and neat, and made this an experience that exceeded our expectations. But it wasnt only these two gentlemen that made an impression on us. Last week we received a call from Joanne asking what day might be convenient for us to do the installation. She was extremely pleasant on the phone. She called again yesterday confirming our appointment today. We received an e-mail this morning saying Christofer was on his way. Joanne called again this afternoon asking how the job went and whether we were satisfied. There is no such thing as too much communication. We were constantly kept in the loop by your office, Joanne, in particular. We have found this to be extremely rare in South Florida.It is refreshing to have found a reputable company that is staffed with quality professionals who go out of their way to please their customers. Lou and David are endangered species-they are tradesmen (electricians and plumbers) who actually show up at the scheduled time, charge a fair price, do the work diligently, give great suggestions, are friendly and professional, and clean up after they are done. I was shopping on Amazon and saw they were actually an Amazon approved vendor whose services one could hire through Amazon-never saw that before.
