Today I had an electrical emergency that required immediate attention. After trying several firms I was lucky enough to reach Bluffton Electric. They responded quickly and did an excellent job averting what could have been a very serious problem. I dont write a lot of these evaluations but would like to note the excellent customer service provided by their technician and office staff. Eternally grateful.

Bluffton Electric provides professional service above and beyond, having been referred by my home inspector. Theyve come to my rescue after a storm and recently installed an additional electrical line in my garage. Their employees (April, Bogden, Jonathan, and others) are exceptional at what they do. Their work is impeccable. Bogden took a picture of my handwritten electric panel box list later emailing me a beautifully typed version with Bluffton Electrics name and telephone number at the top (no hunting for a phone number when you need it), done on his own time. Most grateful to have them in our community.

We recently had the best service experience from any company here in the Lowcountry. Technician Nemo Arias came to our house on time with a smile. He couldnt have been more helpful. He repaired a few things, explaining what he was doing along the way. What a nice guy! We highly recommend Bluffton Electric.

Needed a new Pool heat pump wired. Bluffton Electrics Estimator was the only one to diagnose the install. As he found out, I already had adequate service to the area. All they needed to do was add a breaker and do the requisite install saving me thousands and days of drywall and yard repair. Much appreciation!

I lost power to all of my exterior outlets this Saturday, including two in the Lanai, after cutting an extension cord in half with a hedge trimmer. With no circuit breakers tossed and not knowing there was a specific GFI outlet in the garage (connected to all the others) to perform a reset I had been trying to reach an electrician since I had a contractor coming over on Monday but the best I could get from a half dozen other outfits was a call back promise probably on Monday. I happen to give Keith Millers cell phone a try as it was advertised ok to call and intending to leave a message for an appointment when Keith came on the line and in a few minutes troubleshot the problem and we fixed everything over the phone. Thank you so much for being courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. Bluffton Electric is where Ill go for any electrical project I might have in the future!!

On time. Professional. Young, enthusiastic crew. 100% Covid aware. Wore booties over their shoes in the house. Several estimates from numerous companies taken. Not the least expensive...but...their presentation was replete w all questions/concerns answeted. Also, they were recommended by a local hi end lighting store and by a neighbor. All well done.
