We have hired Prime Time Plumbing multiple times going back over a decade. Bruce is my absolute favorite plumber.He is on time, reliable, stands behind his work, easy to speak with and just a great person. We did a remodel a few years back and when other trades came across his work they noticed and remarked that he did a great job. He also excels at customer service. He is reasonable and on the level about explaining and telling you what is going on and what to expect. I had a hot water tank issue that I called him about last night. He was at my house first thing this morning and took the time to really listen to me and talk through what I a want in a hot water system, rather than just sell me a repair or new heater. The advice he gave me was honest and appreciated. The resolution he helped me choose is the one that makes the most sense for me, even though he wont make a dime off of it. The only thing it earned him was my trust for life. Thanks Bruce!

Every time, every one who has come out has been careful to explain exactly what the job requires, gives a clear and fair estimate, and we have been universally well satisfied by the work. The owner is thoughtful, meticulous, and wonderful to work with!

Came out the same day that I called and unclogged my main sewer line. Also used a video cam so I could see what was going on down there which was great. Very professional and the price was great for the service! I hate hiring things out but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and hire someone that actually knows what they are doing...these guys did. Highly recommend.

Had a major disaster in my basement!!!All the drainage pipes under the floor had rotted out.Bruce and his amazing crew came out and replaced everything with PVC piping.Can’t say enough good things about their service!!Was given a quote upfront which they stuck to, crew was always on time,clean,neat and very professional!
