    Exceptional service ! Great family business ! Stephanie was amazing and directed our after hours call and to Mike who Responded immediately to our request. Repaired our issue , and did so in a prompt professional manner. Returned next day for another issue and again provided exceptional customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with questions. Highly recommend for any plumbing concerns or projects.

    I had an emergency sewer issue that required immediate attention. Harborview Plumbing was able to attend on very short notice and made the necessary repairs. Excellent communication, and very reasonable too! Will definitely be my go to plumbing company going forward!

    Harborview Plumbing saved my day! Had a leak that required the water to the house to be shut off. Mike (owner) and Gary showed up hours earlier than expected and got my water back on track in short order. Mike also fixed another problem that I was thinking Id have to schedule him to do. Very nice guys, professional, cleaned everything up, no leaks! Highly recommend.

    Mike, Gary, and Stephanie were all wonderful to work with. As new home owners they walked us through a number of items to look out for and helped provide scope/estimate for future projects. What was a simple frost freeze pipe replacement turned into a great relationship with a local company who does excellent work at a fair price.We will be returning to Harborview Plumbing in the future!

    Was recently in serious need of plumbing help and called Harborview Plumbing. In short order I received a return call from Mike Herman at Harborview. They were able to get to my cabin and assess the problem.. It was late in the evening and they needed items they did not have, but returned the next day and repaired the (several) leaks. Prompt, efficient and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Harborview Plumbing. Cannot thank Mike enough for the great service.

    Harborview Plumbing, unlike a couple other local people I tried was the ideal plumber! Mike, with the help of his son was really responsive, and very professional in getting a large re-piping job done on our remote property. Whereas 2 other plumbing firms were very slow in response times at quotes and follow up, Mike was right on it. Highly recommended!

    We had a leaks our old pipes at our cottage in Point Roberts. Mike arranged an appointment to come and look at the problem. He and his son ended up replacing all our old pipes with PEX and insulating them all. Mike gave us a set estimate in writing for the job and the date when it could be done. We approved the estimate and any changes would be made in writing and approved by us. They arrived promptly and worked hard all day to finish the job. They were nice to deal with and we could ask them questions any time. Mike followed up to see if we were happy with the job when we next went down to the cottage. We really liked Harborview as they were so organized and reliable and were happy with our new pipes. Thanks again Mike!Nancy Pap

    Mike made extra effort to come out to my home to search for a leak on the same day I called him! He had to do some detective work to find it, but so glad he did. It had been leaking for some time without our knowlege. Thanks to him, our damage is not worse. If you need a plumber, call Harborview first.

    Mike and his son did a complete re-piping for us in June. They were fast and thorough and made many good suggestions. Last week I screwed up and hit a line with a screw causing a leak in the wall. I called him and left a message. In the time it took to open up the wall, he had called back and said he was on his way. The leak was fixed within a short period of time, allowing me to meet a completion deadline.Fairness, honesty, craftsmanship and integrity of character are demonstrated core values of the company.
