These guys were wonderful! They arrived sooner then expected, assessed and rectified the issue, promptly and efficiently. Both gentlemen were courteous, friendly and professional. They even wore covers over their shoes when entering the house. We will definitely call on them for any future issues, and highly recommend their services.

I was so impressed with their professionalism. They responded to my service call very quickly. Replaced my water main and fixed a major leak. Andrew is very professional and knowledgeable, does not try to push anything extra in the fixing of your problem. I would recommend them to anyone needing Good work at a Good price.

Out of 8 different local plumbers I called to locate and repair a broken water line East Tennessee Rooter and plumbing were the only ones to answer promptly and were totally professional. They kept in touch while they located a service tech to fix my pipe. Andrew and his buddy were very friendly and found the break quickly and got it fixed.Cant thank them enough.

Came out & repaired our shower that 4 other handymen or plumbers had said wasnt repairable & would have required a major replacement including tearing out the wall. They had excellent communication were fast, effective & VERY affordable. Also, were able to quote out another plumbing repair job quickly on the job site.

We had a pretty big water leak out in the yard and got this company‘s name from our friend. I am so glad, because theywere professional, fast, and helpful! I am sure it is not always possible, but today they were able to get over to our house on the very same day, investigate the situation, and do the repair. Ryan and Van arrived right on the estimated time, they were very courteous and explained everything they were doing, showed us what all they found in their investigation, and explained the details of the repair. The charges were quite reasonable, as well. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Family owned quick and professional. I’ve used East Tn Rooter for several years and never had a problem. From installing a hybrid water heater to diagnosing a leak in a bathtub (which by the way was mis-diagnosed by other plumping companies) they always do honest high quality work. I trust these guys 100% and that’s why I keep calling them. I would encourage anyone to give them a try and when I had an emergency leak at my water main, they got here quick and fixed it at a fair price. Big thanks to Lynn and Clint for their hard work!!
