I called and left a message for Scott to call me back regarding a plumbing issue. Within minutes, Scott called me back. I explained my problem to Scott and he walked me through remedying the issue. Although it turned out to be a fairly simply issue (for a plumber), it was beyond my knowledge. No service fee, no charge for Scott’s expert advice, which is rare in this day and age. If you want an honest plumbing contractor, Birch Bay Plumbing has what you’re looking for!
