Terry came out to upgrade a couple outdoor taps to self-draining faucets.He also did a walk around and help identify if theres any other things that may be an issue or I want to keep in mind for future maintenance. Opinions may vary about his, but Ive met plumbers that charge diagnosis per issue/problem: so for him to do a walk around and maybe identify something I wouldnt have caught is actually great value.He was kind and courteous, offered insight as to the source of why the other taps failed, and offered teired options on the extent to which to address them in regards to type of piping, connections, mounting blocks, and access panels for future needs.Communication from first call to final invoice was clear and easy.He uses fixed pricing, plus materials, and some hourly if theres something arising off-scope. He keeps good notes about what hes done and what was used.When he finished the work, he made sure to send me photos of everything he did as well, which was appreciated. The work areas were kept tidy and he cleaned up nicely after himself well.To be honest, I find the Birch Bay/Blaine area fairly expensive for many trades. Perhaps its due to its distance from city centres, but its more than you would expect to pay in Vancouver.That being said, Terry delivered immense value and a seamless experience at a competive price for which Im grateful for. He will definitely be my first call the next time Im in a need of plumbing work.

Terry came out and replaced our pipes under our whole house. Did a great job and have had no issues since. (Old pipes were worn and leaky) Great guy to deal with.....very knowledgeable, skilled and hard worker. We would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Terry Morgan is everything you want in a plumber. He responds quickly, does thorough, creative work and charges fair prices. He has installed a faucet and garbage disposal for us and has repaired our toilets. Weve been completely satisfied. Plus: Hes a nice guy! We wholeheartedly recommend Bay View Plumbing.

Weve never experienced better service from a tradesman before. Terry of Bay View Plumbing is a true master of his trade. He has solved numerous plumbing issues for us starting with kitchen sink installations, then re-plumbing a bathroom, upgrading/maintenance of sinks, & toilets and most recently an incredibly challenging job relating to an incorrect sloping of sewer lines on our property. He thinks everything through before acting, discusses options, explains well in laymens terms and is a hard, efficient worker. We particularly value his experience, knowledge, integrity and his eye for doing things right and carefully as if it were his own home he was working on. We have received excellent value and superb service over the past 2 years from Bay View Plumbing. We highly recommend them!

Very responsive. I have a rental in Custer and wanted someone local. Looking online, I saw he was in Birch Bay. He works for himself, not part of a large company. I needed an outside faucet replaced which had become leaky after a freeze, so tenant had removed it. It involved going under the house into the crawl space. He reported to me there was a couple of dead rats and ruined insulation underneath and recommended that I take care not to get ripped off when hiring people to replace insulation and clean the crawl space. Im sure it was his worst job of the week, but he was very professional about it, got me a frost proof hose bib installed and negotiated the crawl space without complaint. Charge was reasonable. Terry is a careful, brilliant craftsman and a total gentleman. You will be satisfied with his service in every way. I certainly have during bathroom renovations and new construction. His rates are fair and reasonable. I recommend him without reservation.

We are so thankful for Terry! Our well water pump went out on a Wednesday and he was booked solid. He was able to work with us after hours and came out on a Saturday to make sure we could get water again. Highly recommend - he does great work, is responsive, affordable, and very helpful. Very professional, and knowledgeable. Had several problems with plumbing in our home. He was prompt, and explained in detail what the problems where and how he was going to go about fixing them. I would hands down recommend Bay View Plumbing. If you want it fixed right the first time this is your guy. Glad we found a plumber we trust.

Bay View Plumbing has a vast knowledge of all types of plumbing and owner Terry Morgan was recently able to detect a leak in a wall and repair the leak within a couple of hours. I will be calling them again if needed!
