    Steve and Will are awesome. They replaced my kitchen and bathroom faucets and did a great job. Steve responded to my phone call quickly, he was very friendly and set up meeting in. Came to house identified reason for leaks and offered several suggestions. Let me know the cost for both jobs, very reasonable and that is what I paid. Both are very professional and neat. Cleaned up after install. Would recommend them to everyone.

    Steve from STP was amazing. I called him for a leaking hot water heater in Whitinsville, and he was at my house in a matter of a few hours. Water heater was replaced quickly and expertly! Officially my permanent plumber!! Highly recommend!!!

    Highly recommend Chris and the team at STP Plumbing. We reached out to inquire about having a bathroom sink faucets replaced, shower head and handle replaced and kitchen faucet. They were out quickly to assess and provide an estimate; and then back within 48 hours to complete the work. They were easy to work with, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They did great work and our new faucets look amazing. They uncovered and were able to quickly present a solution to a plumbing issue they uncovered. They connected us with a local plumbing supplier who could get us the part we needed at contractor pricing. So kind of them which saved us $200+.We appreciate that these guys are local to Franklin/Bellingham. The cost was fair and they were transparent upfront about the work and timeline.Highly recommend; you wonā€™t be disappointed.

    This company just saved Christmas for us. We had the main water shut-off valve to our house get stuck in the off position two days before Christmas with 15 friends and family planning to celebrate at our home. STP was able to get out to us very quickly and get our problem sorted out, and on top of that their customer service was excellent.

    These guys are great! I needed a plumber to replace a hot water tank and found them through google. They were local and they had perfect reviews. Now I see why.     I was in a real jam with water all over my basement floor from a tremendous pipe leak and the entire house had no water at all and we are a family of 5 . Steve answered the phone when I called which was a victory in itself and came less than an hour after our phone call and completely fixed my problem. He was professional , pleasant and reassuring, and explained everything he was doing. And the price was absolutely reasonable. I couldnā€™t have been happier.     Chris and Steve are the best! Reliable, transparent, and most of all, they really listen to you and work with you to get the best option for your home.I had a flood in my finished basement in October (my whole house water filter burst). Major destruction.Chris immediately helped me set up the emergency disaster assistance, and when it was all mitigated, he and Steve came to install a brand new (and better) water filter, a tankless water heater, a water pressure regulating valve and leak sensors so that we are protected.We are beyond thankful!!!Honest people are hard to find. I feel like Iā€™ve hit the jackpot here.

    First, Im not someone that typically writes reviews. However, based upon the high quality and professionalism of the service provided, Im both happy and compelled to write this review.Ive provided 5 stars out of 5. Based upon this company going the extra mile and making decisions that were in my best interest, they probably deserve 6 stars! Without a doubt, the best experience Ive had working with a plumber in my home. The experience starts with booties being applied before the plumber enters the home and finishes with the completed repair along with a thoughtful explanation as to what was done and why.My bathroom has a high-end, somewhat complex, Hansgrohe thermostatic valve. When replacing the cartridge did not resolve the issue, the easy and more profitable thing for this company to do would have been to replace the valve. This would not only have been significantly more expensive for me, but would have left me with a wall to repair, etc. Rather than doing this, the plumber not only analyzed and solved the problem, but took a piece of the fixture that had frozen up, (due perhaps too hard water in my home), and repaired it at his home that evening. He came back the next day as promised and completed the repair with only a very minor change in price due to an additional part which was required.All the above said, this company is pleasant to deal with. I feel they are honest as the day is long. Their team is knowledgeable and genuinely appear to enjoy what they do. Refreshing and excellent!!As a PS: this company has offered me a solution to resolve the situation with the hardness of my waterā€¦ Not pushy, but a thoughtful explanation and a couple options to choose from.Thank you, STP Plumbing!.

    Steve is, by far, the best plumber Ive ever contracted with. He is prompt, professional and doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need. Unlike some other water filtration specialists (including a large, established company that will not be named) Steve tested the water to ensure our specific needs were met and thoroughly explained his findings.His work is meticulous and he leaves the work site perfectly clean when hes done. The installation itself is gorgeous (who knew that was possible?) as he used heavy duty brackets that complement the copper and its clear everything is built to last. Id give him 10 stars if I could!Thanks Steve!

    Called STP for emergency plumbing issue. They were able to come out that night, within 90 minutes. They walked us through their diagnostic process and explained the physics of our plumbing and the issue in detail. They fixed the issue quickly while kindly not waking our 3 month old baby. We would definitely call them again for any future needs.

    Chris and STP were exceptional! I had an issue with a valve that opens and closes the drain of my bathtub. It was a Friday afternoon and the tub was filled with water.     I am a new homeowner who called in STP to diagnose why the dishwasher in the remodeled kitchen was receiving no water. Steve quickly found the mystery valve, turned the water on, then explained the arcane plumbing arrangement to me without making me feel like an idiot. In addition, Steve did the unplanned task of adding an extender to our new dryerā€™s exhaust hose and hooking up our washer and dryer at no further charge. If you want efficient, skilled service at a reasonable price, call STP. (We plan to do so.)

    Highly recommend STP Plumbing! I called on a Sunday night and Steve answered immediately and came out early the next day. My kitchen drain had a blockage and the plumbing under the sink wasnt looking to good either. Steve informed me that the plumbing under the sink needed to be replaced do to it being wrong and in poor shape. Its an older home so no suprise there lol. Steve was very professional and easy to talk to. He made the whole process easy explaining all the repairs he had to make including clearing the blockage. He knocked the job out fast and did excellent work! Heck he even cleaned the sink up after he was done. Cant thank you enough Ill definitely call again for any other repairs in the future.     Fantastic plumbing team! Chris was able to assess our emergency situation the same day (our underground pipe from the house to the septic tank was rotted and in severe disrepair causing leakage in our finished basement). He connected us with mold remediation and concrete demo to speed up the process. He did EXTREMELY thorough consultations every step of the way with us and explained everything so clearly and honestly. Professional, clean, and courteous throughout it all.     I was having problems with my radiators got their contact from our friend. They came out right away.     We were referred to STP Plumbing by our fabulous HVAC guy Mike at Regional Heating & Cooling. When our garbage disposal died and was leaking under our sink, I called Chris and he called us right back and set up an appointment. Steve and Chris showed up right on time and assessed the situation quickly. While they were here, I asked about potentially replacing my kitchen faucet (assuming I would have to make a future appointment). They actually had a faucet in stock on their truck that was a great upgrade and a nice match. They went ahead and installed it after the garbage disposal was replaced.     There are plumbers out there who just want your job but donā€™t really care what happens after they leave. Steve is not one of those plumbers! He is smart, he carefully explains, he is kind, he listens, and he wants to make sure you donā€™t have to call him back next week for the same thing. I love him!     It is not often you find this type of customer service. I needed my new gas range installed and converted to propane. They fit me into their busy schedule knowing that I needed the stove for the holiday. When he came there was a manufactures defect in the stove so he said he would come back the following day.     They did a phenomenal job. I lost hot water, called my oil burner company which took 9 hours to come look at just to tell me somebody else will have to come the next day. While waiting for them the next day I called local plumbing companies and STP answered very professionally and offered to come out same day to look at. Oil company came first and provided an inflated quote of thousands to fix and schedule for 3 days away. Steve from STP arrived shortly after, took a look, explained everything that he saw and provided a quote to have me up and running in a couple hours and way below $1,000. Not only did he fix it at an extremely competitive price point, his quality of work was excellent. His soldered joints are clean and leak free. He left the area 100% clean and didnt leave until he was 100% certain that the system was up and running perfectly. I absolutely will use him again for all plumbing needs and suggest you do too!
