J&J Mechanical is a family run, veteran owned business which is something we value and respect. Our old nordyne hvac system was freezing up and we were freezing in our home this winter. We decided to replace our hvac with 2 Daikin fits. The difference was undeniable after the first night! We chose the Daikin system for their inverter technology which offers consistent and stable air distribution. The temperature in our home is now constant and comfortable. The actual heat pump systems are less than half the size of our old ones, and so much quieter. The thermostat is so nice! It’s sleek and very easy to use and pairs easily with the app. When comparing the cost of the Daikin to the traditional systems, the choice was clear for us considering the instant rebate from Daikin and ability to use the federal tax credit next year. We are finally comfortable in our home and feel confident in our decision to replace our hvac with the Daikin, especially since they provide a 12 year parts warranty and optional 12 year labor warranty. Jesse and his team are reliable, straight-forward, and professional. They don’t “nickel and dime” you with extra charges and service call fees. We are happy to have found our go-to professionals for all our hvac and plumbing needs.

My experience from beginning to end was Excellent. I called at 12:30 a.m. and was met with kindness, professionalism and a real urgency for my situation. Ms. Kimberly took care of my emotional needs along with the plumbing issues that needed to be done. She stayed on top of everything. Ms. Selena called my tenant and myself with continual updates. Thank you ladies so much. You made this a Great experience!!! And as for your plumber he is top-notch!!! Thank you to Mr. Isiah and your company for getting the Job done ✔ . Anyone who calls your company for their plumbing needs are going to get an amazing group of people who really care. Thank you again!!!

Very happy with Jesse and Jonahs service. They fixed a water leak in our Rv, they were very professional, fast and trustworthy. Best service in Blackstone Area! Highly recommend!

Johnathan and Jesse installed a new Daikin fit ac/heating unit in our home and a new navien tankless hot water heater. The did a great job listening to what we wanted and recommended energy efficient systems. Our new systems are quiet and efficient. I love limitless hot water my daikin fit is an inverter unit that uses far less electricity than my old system. My new systems can be controlled from my phone. As a bonus we needed to more our installation date up when our old ac failed and they were very accommodating. Our installation was seamless. They were efficient and clean. If you need your systems replaced or repaired. I highly recommend these guys.

Great service! The technician (Jessie) is knowledgeable and professional. He informed me of the findings and the steps to correct them. Even though I have tried to fix it myself, sometimes it is best to leave it to the professionals. Although valuable and informative, the internet can sometimes lead you to accidents that can be regrettable to save a few dollars. Overall, my experience with J&J Mechanical has been excellent, and I will recommend their service.

Even on a holiday weekend, they were able to meet and assist me last minute! Definitely went above and beyond and it was appreciated on a hot weekend with no AC!

Very good with coming out quick to emergency situations. Not cheap but you get what you pay for these days and they stand by their work with good warranties. I’m done dealing with uninsured jack legs.
