Joel and Matt were great to work with. They did a wonderful job with the water heater removal and installation. They explained the process and even made some observations about the plumbing in our new house that went beyond the job they were doing. They helped save us a lot of trouble in making us aware of and addressing problems before they arose. They were always very responsive, and we appreciated their transparency and the work they have done to the house. Definitely a company we will contact again for future projects or problems that may come up.

During the epic freeze where temperatures were falling well below zero, after calling other plumbers whose response was they could only come on Monday, this is with my pipes leaking everywhere. Clear water plumbing came within minutes when I needed them. They gave outstanding service and comfort at a time I had no where else to turn. Thank you clear water plumbing

Joel was able to provide me a ballpark quote over Thumbtack via pictures. We had excellent communication, scheduled an install date. I was able to pick out appropriate materials ahead of time with his guidance. They showed up on time, provided me an exact quote and got to work. The new shower/tub fixtures look incredible. Would highly recommend!

Install whole house water filter.My house is strange, and we had issues, but Joel was able to correct the issue. No more plastic waste and excessive trips to the dump. I have also used him to pinpoint plumbing issues correctly and helpfully. I have inspected Joel’s license, and he’s legit. He advises my plumbers as well.

We messaged Clear Water via Thumbtack in the late afternoon on MLK day to ask if they could come look at our hot water heater that was leaking. Joel replied within the hour. After explaining that we were vacuuming up water every hour to prevent damage to our finished basement Joel was able to rearrange the schedule to have someone at our house the next morning. After inspecting our unit the guys determined that it needed to be replaced. Options were discussed with us and a quote was provided for both tank and tankless heaters. Our new tankless heater was purchased and installed by the end of the day (including running new gas and water lines).The team was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. We were continuously informed of the what, why, and timing of the work they were doing.

I can not believe how quickly Joel and his team responded to our call. We needed a plumber to come look at the hot water and heating system in a condo we were purchasing, and we needed it fast! Joel showed up at 7:30am to be sure he could fit us in to his already busy schedule. Any plumbing & heating needs we have Clear Water will be the only call we make!

Did a great job with our sink and garbage disposal. They were thorough and friendly. Added wiring for the garbage disposal and rerouted the dishwasher to the new drain. They even filled the soap dispenser with our dish soap. Very happy with the job they did and love my new sink!

Had what I thought was a burst pipe in a single location, it turned out to be 2 locations. They were extremely responsive and fixed the issue quickly and suggested feedback on how to prevent it in the future. Looking forward to working with them again, and hopefully next time it won’t have to be an emergency!

My water heater was leaking and I did not have any hot water. I immediately turned to Thumbtack for assistance. Shortly after listing my issue I heard from Joel at Clear Water Plumbing and Heating. Joel inquired about what was going on and I explained my situation. Joel was on another job and he told me that he would be able to come to my home after he completed the job he was on. He provided me with an eta, and called me once in route. Joel and his partner arrived and they couldn’t be any nicer. They had to replace my water heater and provided me with a couple of estimates. The job was completed and they left the area very clean. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them for your needs.
