    I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Tyler and Ian are not only knowledgeable, but funny and personable. The price they quoted is the price I paid. The work was done both professionally and quick. I would hire them again in a second for any plumbing needs. Great work. Great price. Great guys.

    Called New Age Plumbing on a Holiday weekend Sunday for a clogged main line effecting my whole home!! They explained the emergency service rate, which was more than fair, a d arrived within 45 minutes. They were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. I could not ask for better service in my time of need. I would highly recommend and use again.

    I 100% recommend Age Plumbing. They answered my call and were at my home the same day (within 30 minutes) to fix an issue Id been struggling with SOMEONE (a large store Ill not name because thats not what we are talking about) to handle for almost a month.The guys were extremely professional throughout the entire process, and did not leave me with a mess to clean up or broken things to replace. Not only are they professional, but they were courteous, meticulous and obviously knew what they were doing so I dont have to worry about issues with the quality of their work.Sometimes I feel like I cant give my money away to local businesses here in Blackstone, because they never answer the phone and if they do the will say I have to wait a week before they can get someone out. Many companies dont provide service to our area at all. I am happy to know if I have a plumbing issue I know who I am going to call, and who you should call right now if you have read this far into my long review, and thats New Age. Thank you gents-

    I can not say enough about New Age Plumbing. I submitted a claim with my home warranty company on a Friday evening. New Age Plumbing scheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. I emailed them on Sunday morning because of a scheduling conflict with my job. Ian and Tyler responded to my email within five minutes. WOW! Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring top-notch service are impressive. They have been very accommodating with my work schedule. They are the best! Hands down! I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, New Age Plumbing! You are the best!

    We had a total house blockage, American Home Shield jerked us around with incompetent techs.I call New Age Plumbing and spoke with Tyler in absolute hysteria and tears and he calmly understood, calmed my nerves and although they were booked he found a slot. They are personable, extremely professional, knowledgeable beyond their years and so caring. Their prices are under market. It was not nearly anything I expected. We ended our visit in tears and mutual hugs. I have unofficially adopted them . They really know your needs but also explained everything and the cleanup too. They are definitely my choice for all plumbing needs.

    Ian and Tyler did a wonderful job. I was able to get a same day appointment with them and they showed up on time and with everything they needed to take care of my issues.     Great and prompt service. Very knowledgeable and up front. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity. Had my problem fixed quickly and gave recommendations for other services that need to happen in order for my plumbing to operate properly. So glad I gave them a call!     Communication was amazing, Thier professionalism was undeniable. Not only was the work done clean and organized so was the work area when they left. They have most definitely retained a customer, I have already saved a reminder to call for the yearly descaling of our water heater. Im greatful to have them in this area.

    I highly recommend New Age Plumbing. The issue started with a repair request through my home warranty company. Of course home warranties dont cover everything but the team at New Age took care of two issues same day and called me to explain everything since I was actually in another state at the time.     Shower repair, faucet install in Blackstone. Had work done about a month ago, and could not be happier. On time, reliable, dependable, courteous, professional, and great price. Any plumbing issues we have from now on, we will only be calling them. Could not get other companies to answer the phone in months prior to finding New Age. Highly recommend.

    Ian and Tyler were prompt with communication, on time and were two honest individuals that I will definitely use in the future for my plumbing needs!     I had a leak and did not know where it was coming from. They came out and found the place that was leaking. Fixed it and I am very happy with the service. Very nice men and is very passionate about what they fix. I would recommend them and I will call them back to fix any plumbing needs that I have in the future.

    Exceptional professionals! Outstanding workmanship! Unmatched customer service! Extremely reasonable pricing!My elderly mother lives in rural Blackstone, VA, while I live in Virginia Beach. Google was my source to find a plumber local to her home. How fortunate I was to find New Age Plumbing (Ian and Tyler)! From my initial phone call through the projects completion, they provided stellar service, prompt (super prompt) responses to phone and text messages, and completed the work extremely timely. The job entailed drilling through concrete slab and cinderblock walls to correctly install a washer drain and attach it to the septic system. The home was built in 1939 and is not properly maintained. The washer was draining into the backyard: 1 - not up to code, and 2 - making a huge mudhole in the yard. Ian and Tyler assessed the issue, provided me with a timely and reasonable quote and completed the work within 2 days of my initial phone call. I recommend them without reservation! They have set the bar high for any local tradesmen, and I will be calling on them for any future issues at my mothers home.Many thanks for a job well done!Jim and Lori Attwood

    They came out and fixed a clog Ive been battling for months that has affected both my washer and kitchen sink drain. Turns out I have a major grease issue within the pipes. They fixed my issue (snaked the clog) but made sure to let me know that it would happen again unless I did preventative maintenance. They explained to me very thoroughly what would happen and let me know that there were products I could buy to put down my drain routinely for that issue (apparently not everything in the stores tackle grease, who knew🤷)or use the Bio-One product they sell. I have ordered some of their product and will give another review on that once I have tested it out. Very professional, punctual, have great attitudes, and very informative, Pricing was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend.

    Ian and Tyler are good guys that do outstanding work. Im renovating a bathroom in a mobile home. They put in a new tub drain. The work they did was more than I expected. The new drain is very substantial and will never leak.If you need a plumber, dont hesitate to call New Age.

    We contacted New Age Plumbing because we were having issues with a toilet. They arrived when scheduled (and texted before hand to confirm) and tried to unclog my toilet. After multiple attempts they advised that I was going to need a new toilet. After installing the new toilet they were able to confirm that my 3 yr old grandson has flushed a small bottle and it had gotten stiluck, which is why they were unable to unclog it. We were very happy with their services, they charged exactly what they said (actually less, because they ended up not charging us for attempting to unclog it since it didnt work). Would totally use again!
