    Believe every 5 star review you see on Google about Rooter Man of LI. Johnny and his partner Kevin are like the dynamic duo and saved my day. You can tell when someone is passionate about the work they do, by the quality of the work a person does.Lastnight I tried to clean a clogged kitchen sink using an electric snake and of course the pipe shattered pulling my right hand toward the broken sharp metal pipe and slicing my thumb. 2 hours in the urgent care and 6 stitches later I learned a valuable lesson. Dont even second think it, Call Rooter man of LI.Called Johnny 8 AM in the morning told him exactly what the situation was. He was at my house before 12 PM. They cleared the clog and replaced all the broken pipes. Now my kitchen sink is working better then I have ever seen it. I am so happy with the level of service I received.If you need a one stop plumber, Johnny and his team are it. Call him with confidence, I know going forward I will. Thanks again guys!

    John and Kevin rescued my home from a filthy mess late at night. John was patient with explanations, offered options, and made sure to ask if pets were secured before propping doors open.     Had a clog in a second floor bathroom. After extensive work to try and clear the clog it was determined to be a damaged pipe in the basement. Johnny was very clear about what needed to be done and showed me exactly where the problem was. He returned a second day and worked continuously to properly replace the pipe. Every effort was made to leave all areas as clean as possible after completion.He was professional, friendly and empathic to my concerns. And I can say the same regarding his two assistants. His fee was what I considered more than fair!Definately give them a call and feel comfortable that you made the right decision.We all need a plumber who feels like a best friend!     I called Rooter Man, Johnny, to clean my dryer vent (25ā€™ long tubing). He discovered 3 breaks in the tubing, that caused a tremendous amount of lint in my basement ceiling & outside well, that could have caused a fire. He cleaned all the lint, replaced my 25ā€™ tubing & also cleaned the outside 6ā€™ well where the dryer vented to. My repair took 3hrs & you couldnā€™t tell that any major work was done. Everything was spotless. Incredible Workmanship!

    Wonderful team. I called up to have my kitchen drain cleaned from a clog. Johnny and Kevin arrived same day within 2 hours to come fix the problem.     What a lifesaver!. We had a major clog in our drain that others looked at and could not resolve. Johnny and his team came in and felt very confident. Within an hour, they had unclogged the major clog in the drain that was probably about 75 feet deep into our pipes.Called me like a professional first thing in the morning was there by the early afternoon.Couldnā€™t recommend these guys!

    Great service Johnny showed up to unclog our sewer it was clogged with tree roots. He had to pull off our toilet bowl to get this fixed. At first I was nervous, but when he looked me in the eye and said you have nothing to worry about, Im going to fix this and charge you a fair price, I knew right then this was a good man. You can tell alot by someones body language. He definitely told the truth. Hes my plumber till I meet Jesus.

    Last week, we had a problem with our main sewage and we were panicked, so I searched on google to find a plumber and came across rooter man with all positive reviews and even one with the same problem we had, as soon as we called them they responded and came on time. When Johnny and Rafael came to our house, they diagnosed the problem of the tree roots, he was very friendly, professional and the price was reasonable too, so I definitely recommend them for everyone.

    I had the pleasure of having services provided by this company. I initially communicated with Johnny via text. First let me say how personable and professional Johnny is he came out explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. I was going to get additional estimates but I felt comfortable with going with him. We scheduled an appointment, he came on time did his thing and saved the day. He also charged me a lower price than the estimate. I appreciate his time and his work, Im glad to say I have someone I can call if any plumbing issues arise in the future.     I dont usually write review - unless it is really bad or really good. Every time when theres issues at the house, we panic and google to find someone.     Omg!! This company is unreal. My main drain was badly clogged, so I went in search of a company that could help me out. It was almost impossible to find someone who was available for days. In my search I ended up finding Rooter Man through a recommendation. I called the company and for once I had a human, not an answering machine answer the phone. They came out within hours and cleared up my issue. The service men were courteous and respectful. In the end I paid what I feel was a fair price for a quick response, and great service. Rooter Man Long Island will always be on my recommend list.

    These guys are amazing! First time reviewing a service online but just had to get on here, since Google Maps reviews was how I picked these guys in the first place! I was amazed with their service! They unclogged my motherā€™s sink a couple of days ago, but something must have jostled and re-clogged. Johnny had said he guaranteed their work. I called, they were on site in a couple of hours. That in-and-of itself is mind boggling these days! To get a plumber to pick up the phone and then to be at our house in a couple of hours is unheard of! Realizing the clog went deeper into the pipes then previously thought, they made extra sure the clog was clear! Johnny and Co are gents of their word!     I had Johnny and his helper to my home yesterday to fix a clogged utility sink in my basement.After another local plumbing company told me that it would cost $5-$6000 to fix the issue, in addition to breaking up my new laundry room floor, Johnny had the drain unclogged in about 20 minutes.     Couple of days ago I was having severe clogging issues in the toilet. I tried several methods and was not unable to fix it. Upon several hours of research I chose Rooter Man Long Island based on the 5 star reviews they had. All those reviews had something in common. They were right!!! No more than 2 hours passed that I called them, they started working on the toilet. The clog was so bad that they needed two days to fix it. However, these guys are so nice that they came back with more equipment and help and did it the same day since they felt bad for us not having a working toilet. Finally the toilet got fixed and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with their service.

    I have lived in this home for 23 years and Iā€™ve come across many people in the plumbing industry, and I have never ever met anybody as honest and professional as John. Not only is he an extremely knowledgeable plumber, but a seriously all around nice guy. Heā€™s very specific and explains EVERYTHING. His sidekick Elijah is also a lovely guy and very courteous.     Big shout out to Rooter Man Long Island! For the last 3 years I have had a few plumbing problem and have gone through some plumbing companies that honestly had no clue what they were doing or were price gauging me and my wife. Then 2 nites ago called Rooter man up and all my problems solved at a reasonable price. They solved one of my original problems that I had but also saved me $10000 dollars that another plumbing company had quoted me for something else. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very efficient and will spend time with you to put your concerns at ease.     We had a really bad stoppage in our main drain line. We were not able to run any water in the house without everything immediately starting to back up.     I had a very positive experience with the employees of Rooter Man. Mike called me back immediately and set an appointment for the same day between 3 and 7. I didnt even have to wait. John came to my house right away. He was very honest. He said there was nothing wrong with the plumbing or the toilet. He said it was most likely due to too much toilet paper. He did not charge me for the service appointment. He said he will come back if it happens again. It is rare that you find service men that are this honest. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I highly recommend them in general to anyone else.

    I called about 3 pm and dispatcher said Johnny would be at my home before 8 pm. He and crew arrived a little after 5:30 pm. They diagnosed the problemā€”roots obstructing the sewer line and set about remedying the situation. They kept putting the snake thru the line until it came back clean. They then administered a root dissolving chemical and gave me some to use the next two nights. Johnny cleaned up any mess he made and his charge was fair. I recommend without reservation. Great job.     We had a triple whammy at our house. The sewer got clogged , our toilet bowl was broken and we needed a new faucet! We called these guys and they got over to us in less than two hours.     If I could do it myself I wouldā€™ve and I tried everyday with my bathroom sink, until I couldnā€™t take it anymore. I googled plumbers And they were the first one listed. Called for a free Quote Representative said they be there 4-6 that same day believe he came 5:30. Never got the free quote he just went to the problem and immediately Fix the situation, lil pricey for a lil thing I thought but guess what I know it wouldā€™ve been way higher with someone else. Very professional, on time, I would use them again any time. He explained about the warranty and if it happens again.     I live in Lindenhurst. I have a backyard that floods badly anytime there is a rainstorm. A year ago, a had a sewer system and sump pump installed by another company; the sump pump broke within a month of installation. Naturally, that other company would not return to look at their failed installation. I then called Rooter Man to see if they could fix the pump. The installed a new sump pump correctly. Rooter Man also showed me how to maintain it, so that the pump does not breakdown again. They did an amazing job. Just this passed week, It was not working again. I assumed the pump broke. I called Rooter Man. They arrived the next day. It turned out that the rainstorm had triggered the shutoff on the outside electric outlet. Nothing was wrong with the pump. Once Rooterman reset the electrical outlet, the pump was back to operating perfectly. I was not even charged for the service visit. Just a great plumbing company. Its so nice to be able to deal with an honest and reliable and professional company. Highly recommend them!!

    Iā€™m more of a do-it-yoursself kind of guy. When the sink in the kitchen started draining slowly, I took apart and cleaned the trap and all of the pvc running to the back of cabinet. Finding no problem there, I went to the basement and opened a clean out. The section of pvc was full of mostly solidified grease which I pulled out with a piece of tubing taped to the hose of a shop vac. The stench was impressive.Clearing this section didnā€™t solve the problem. The idea of clearing more sections this way was about as appealing as the idea of wearing fiberglass underwear.So, as my father, the least handy person ever put on this earth, would suggest, I decided to go as Dad would and ā€œget a guy inā€.The price was fair and he got the job done. We chatted about life, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars.If you have a clogged pipe and you need to ā€œget a guy inā€, I suggest you get this one.

    Johnny is great, he came by the first time on 6/11/24 for dryer vent cleaning. It had been a couple years since the last time i had it done. So much came out of it! A couple weeks later the light came back on, i called concerned that maybe it was getting clogged or the tubing was damaged, he came back right away and checked it again to give me piece of mind. Would absolutely recommend!

    I will never use another plumbing service other than RooterMan extremely professional. I hired another plumbing company to help service my issues that I had in both my bathrooms. The other companys were charging me an arm and a leg and trying to tell me I needed this and that trying to upsell me on extra services. I call RooterMan and told him exactly what was going on and he got the job done. He is very knowledgeable friendly and Courteous. Not only that, he didnt try to upsell me or scam me in any other way Like the other plumbing companies. He is very punctual.And on time when you was running late to my house. He gave me a courtesy call and explained that he was held up that he will be there as soon as he could within 45 minutes. After that phone call I get a knock on the door and the plummer was there. I know when I had over night emergencies At ungodly Hours he still came out to my house 1130 at night with a smile on his face Hes always willing to work and help out. With other companies, especially an emergency service late at night.They charge you an emergency service fee plus overnight fee. But that was Never the case the prices are extremely fair all across the board. Ever since he worked on my house I never trusted another plumbing company again I know when I ever need help Rooterman will be on speed dial!!
