    We want to extend our highest compliment to Paul Cancillieri. He is an outstanding representative of your company. All Dry has completed extensive work in our house, which includes a broken pipe repair, extensive clean up which was followed up with the renovation of two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a laundry room. Paul and his team are awesome! We have been homeowners for more than 40 years so we know what excellent work and fair prices look like. Paul and his team all have excellent work ethics. They come to work on time, work the whole day while doing it around your schedule. They kept the rest of the house neat and informed us of the progress in each room as the work was completed. Paul was at our house every day, answered all of our questions, and most importantly he listened to who we are, what we like, and what we wanted. He made useful suggestions and helped every step of the way. He always communicated with us, answered calls and called us back when he said he would. Paul always demonstrated a “willing to help attitude.” We are delighted with Paul and the ADU Team.     Highly recommend going with this company. We had a bad storm one night and found out the next morning that water had entered through the chimney and into our ceiling and down the walls. Jason came out the next day and was able to tell us exactly where the water damage was located. Crew came in and finished demolition and sanitation in less than a day. Found that the area was extremely wet and mold was starting to grow. They had to leave dryers and dehumidifiers for the next three days in order to dry the area. Once done, they picked up the equipment and cleaned the area. Very professional and did great work. Extremely satisfied!

    We had a leak coming down into our basement and created damage to our basement ceiling. Joey from ADU came the same day and was super helpful and efficient. He was able to identify the source of the leak within 15 minutes and quickly referred us to the right plumbers to fix our issues. Highly recommend ADU.

    We had a busted pipe and All Dry was recommended to us. It was the best recommendation we ever got!!! Martin, the owner, was so responsive. He had a crew out to our home within hours. Joey was in charge of the crew and he was the nicest and most accommodating person. Whatever issues that came up, he would deal with efficiently and turned any problems around.     Mr. Pederson, who responded with alacrity to our call, was congenial and informative. He slipped into the crawl space, which was much appreciated and inspected it thoroughly. He reported that there was very little water and no mold, that the French drains were working and that no extraction was needed. That kind of candor from someone who might otherwise seek to create a job is refreshing. Then he bowled me over when he said that there is no charge since no further work is needed. Just wow.

    Shortly after my mother moved into her home we noticed that her water heater had broke and flooded her entire basement. A neighbor recommended we call Shane Pitta with All Dry USA. She spoke very highly of him and the company she reassured us that he will assess the situation free of charge and walk us through the process without being sale-sly. Well, she was right! I couldnt be any more grateful for Shane!!! He showed up on time, he showed us what we couldnt see using his equipment, he thoroughly explained the process of what needed to be done and why. He went as far as explaining the insurance process to me and assured me that everything would be covered under insurance and helped me make the claim. His employees were beyond polite and professional . Andrew & Gerard worked like a well oiled machine just as Shane advised. The job was completed in 1 day and machines were out and everything was dry!!! I was so nervous it would be a mess afterwards but it was a seamless process from beginning to end!!     Terrific experience with ADU. They were very upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. A very unfortunate situation with a ruptured hot water heater tank let to mitigation and construction but ended with a great result. Peter and his mitigation team did a wonderful job and Paul and his construction team were fantastic. Very organized with a high attention to detail. The end result was very impressive and we’re ecstatic with the work that was done by ADU. Would highly recommend.

    I called ALL DRY USA because I had a leak in my dining room. I was able to arrange for an inspector to come to my house. The call and appointment was easily handled. Martin Light, Operations Manager, came to my house. I explained the problem. Martin took out his equipment and was able to identify the problem and suggested a remedy. He was able to assess, identify the leak, and suggest a remedy in about 20 minutes. He is truly a professional at his craft. I am so pleased with ALL DRY USA and their employees.     We were told we had some sort of water leak and the bathroom would need to be torn apart to find it. Only having one bathroom in our house, I was a bit upset. We sat down and he explained every detail and what was going to happen first and then next and next ……….he sent his plumber rite over to temporarily repair the rusted cast iron pipe , and also sent a company to snake out the rest of the pipe to ensure that it was completely clear, giving us piece of mind . The same day one of the Kruse came and removed everything that was damaged, and or wet, to prevent any mildew and war mold from developing. The next step was for us to pick out the finishes for downstairs, which we did, and they picked up all the materials and drop them off at the house and a day later dear crew began to completely renovate the basement area, a few days later it was done and it looks unbelievably beautiful. Everyone at All Dry was very knowledgeable and informed and every day kept us informed also; never left us hanging or wondering what was next. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do the first call I’m going to make is to All Dry . Trust me, just call them and you’ll be very happy that you read this review
