    I was doing a late night install of a bidet and I had done something wrong leaving my toilet in an unusable condition. I looked up plumbers and I saw Perry was a local guy and had great reviews so I sent over a text explaining my issue and a picture as well and after a few minutes I had an appointment for the next morning. He arrived at the time he said he would and was super professional the whole time I canā€™t recommend Perry enough. He fixed my issue and went above and beyond trying to make the toilet seat go back on properly. Moral of the story is you get what you pay for donā€™t buy the $30 luxe bidet on Amazon but definitely pay for a good old school honest and reliable plumber.

    I got home from a very long day at the hospital in the city to find water leaking from my basement ceiling. We were not sure where the leak was coming from. I put in an emergency call into Perryā€™s Plumbing about 11 oā€™clock at night not sure if they would call back. He called us back told us to send pictures and he stayed on the phone with us and walked us through it step by step so we were able to finally stop the leak. We are so thankful for his guidance. Since we have to call the town water district, Perry told us he would be back on Monday. He even checked in on Sunday to see how we were doing. I definitely recommend Perryā€™s Plumbing. Very caring and very helpful. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!

    I called and left Perry a message on a Saturday evening about a problem with my Moen Kitchen faucet. He got right back to me, had me send him pictures, then walked me through what to do until he got there. He stayed in touch and came exactly when he said he would. He wound up rebuilding the faucet so well that it works like brand new. He left the space where he worked in immaculate condition. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend him!

    My parents have relied on Perry for their plumbing needs are were able to recommend him to me and my husband. We recently moved into our home and had an issue with an upstairs bathroom sink draining slowly, and recently this has become a very persistent problem with water not draining. Perry was responsive to our request, prompt, and was able to solve the problem in about a half hour. He explained to me what he did, as well as where the various drains in our house were located as well. I am very grateful for service that comes so highly recommended and we are very satisfied.

    I highly recommend Perry. Last month we had an emergency plumbing issue with a toilet a few hours before we were scheduled to leave for a vacation.     I called Perry plumbing to replace a shut off value for my washing machine and he was able to come over right away to replace it. While he was finish replacing it I notice a bad leak on my shut off for the outdoor water pipe in my basement. He was able to jump on it right away and replace it even though it was in a difficult area to work on.

    We were recommended to Perrys Plumbing by my son-in-law, they had used him and were very satisfied. We had a problem locating our main water shut-off for the house. We are new homeowners to this house. We were told that it was in the in front of the house under the sink. We were having a new dishwasher installed when we realized that was not the valve to shut off the main water. After the dishwasher was installed we had to figure out where the main valve was so we called Perrys Plumbing and he came within the hour. It took some time but he located the valve in the wall behind the refrigerator. He cut out a piece of wall and replaced the valve. Now it is very easy for us to access the main cut-off for the house in case of an emergency. He was very helpful and knowledgeable during this service. We would definitely recommend his services.

    A very nice honest man, he help me over the phone at no charge to solve my problem. I thought i had a pinhole leak but it turned out to be just water condensation on my cold water pipe. That pipe runs around my boiler system and thats what cause the water condensation on my pipe.

    On Friday afternoon July 5 we noticed water leaking from our basement ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. So we had to turn the main water valve off. We needed a plumber very soon. We looked online and found Perry, read his reviews and that he took emergencies. We decided to call him. He soon arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had our water back on. From the time we called he was over in about an hour. Hit the leak origin and fix it in about 90 minutes from diagnosis to repair. I cannot recommend him enough. He is the best plumber, honest and dependable! Additionally, his prices are very reasonable.

    I called Perry this morning because of a pipe burst under the kitchen sinkā€¦ He immediately got back to me and said lol.. take a picture .. being an older guy I was what?     This is our first experience with Perry, we had an emergency pipe that cracked. He was reliable, meticulous, investigated to find the source of the problem, he didnā€™t just go and cut, and make a Mess. He also explained what he was looking for and walked us through the process.     PERRY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This morning at 6:30 AM I discovered a leak in My basement closet ceiling which was right next to the Hot water heater room. I googled plumbers near me and filtered the highest reviews and Perry came up with a whopping five stars and 84 reviews. I took a chance and called Perry. He was very responsive and even texted me back-and-forth which I appreciated. This showed me he cared and that he was professional.     IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER ON THE SPOT IMMEDIATELY CALL PERRY!!!! Thank you perry for responding to our emergency so quickly!! We had a busted pipe due to an accident made trying to fix another problem (screw in the copper pipe) and it rained in our kitchen for a good 20 mins. Thanks to perry for responding to our call, getting here, fixing the pipe, and was in and out in less than 30 mins. 10/10 RECOMMEND.     Ill try to make a long story short. Perry from Perrys plumbing went above and beyond and I cant thank him enough. Over the last 6 plus months we have had a leak from the upstairs bathroom dripping through the ceiling down stairs. It was so frustrating because the leak was not constant. It would leak one day, and then not leak for weeks. I had 3 mechanics come over and try to solve this issue. The first ran the water in the shower, flushed the toilet, ran the sink, but couldnt recreate the leak. So he put some caulking on the inside of the shower stall. Eventually it leaked again. The second, again couldnt recreate the issue and just wanted nothing to do with the job. The third, came over and told me i would need to gut the bathroom and start new. (The bathroom is only 2 years old) We just bought the house a little over a year ago and we had to stop using the shower because of this. Which is really disheartening considering we spent a lot to purchase the house. Then I called Perry. He was so nice, he asked me a bunch of questions over the phone and even gave me some quick ideas/tests to try and figure this out. At the end of the call, he told me to cut a hole in the ceiling and then call him back. A few weeks later we got a chance to buy a sheet rock knife ($10) , and cut a hole in the ceiling . We then ran through the simple tests that Perry told us to do. I called Perry, he gave me some ideas over the phone from his experience of what he thinks it could be. We proceeded to test the bathroom, and of course Perry was right. It was as simple as a small stream of water getting through the shower doors and out onto the outside of the shower . Perry never once asked for money. He spent his own time trying to help me, without insisting he come over just to make easy money. I was so frustrated and so close to paying thousands of dollars redoing the entire bathroom. Perry not only saved us time and money, but he also showed us that there are really great people still in this world willing to give a helping hand and not out there just trying to make an easy dollar.

    Perry was very responsive. We called on Black Friday and he immediately responded by coming to the house on Saturday. He diagnosed the issue and told us what needed to be replaced in order to resolve the leak from the kitchen sink. He worked through the issue quickly and had the parts needed.     I have been home recovering from cancer surgery and access to my only toilet is paramount. I called Perry around 4:30 pm because I was having problems with my toilet. I was desperate! I He was at my home within 15 minutes. He tried auguring my toilet about 4xs to try to remove whatever was blocking toilet from flushing properly. Could not unclog it. Even though it was getting late, he took toilet off, took it apart , took it outside ran hose through it. Nothing worked. He felt that I needed a new toilet, which I did not have. He got in his truck and went to home depot and purchased a disabled comfort Toilet and installed it. He recognized my problem and did not leave until I had a brand new toilet.. He spent about 4 hours. Perrys a nice guy, explained everything step by step and really helped me out. Great plumber, I will use him again when needed.

    Perry of Perryā€™s Plumbing is awesome! I have used Perry in the past and he did a great job then of fixing my frozen pipes in an emergency so he was the first person I called to fix my toilet and he showed up the same day in less than 2 hours. I thought I needed a brand new toilet bowl but he was able to rebuild my toilet bowl (saving me money) and explained to me everything he was doing and replacing and give me some valuable household tips as well clean up after the work was completed.     We had a clogged pipe and called Perry. He also gave me an estimate of price range over the phone after describing the issue and providing pictures.When he came, we had to move the laundry machine to access the pipes. He then told me that it was going to be on the high end of the price estimate and I agreed. He was pretty thorough with the job. He used a blow bag to clear the pipe from the clogs. Took him 1.5hrs from start to finish and putting everything back. 30day guarantee for the job and I am pleased with the job done. Very nice and honest person.

    This review is long over due. I have to say Mr Perry was the only plumber that was able to fix my leaky kitchen sink. I had a problem that my sink would leak every few months and I called 3 other plumbers prior to him and they would come fix the leak but it would come back. He has been the only one that has gotten the root cause of the problem and itā€™s been over a year now and I havenā€™t had a leak since. He also was able to save my dishwasher since part our the leak caused an issue with it and he was able to savage it. Heā€™s a tough guy and has a smart mouth so donā€™t try to get a discount or ask him not to charge you tax because you will pay taxes as he stated he doesnā€™t cut corners. He is also very detailed a writes a full service summary on your invoice .

    I used Perry to fix a leak in my shower last Sept on a Sunday and he was able to to fix the leak with no issue. The leak reappeared in June so I called Perry and he came the same morning. The Moen cartridge that was previously replaced had to be replaced again and Perry was done in about 30 minutes and honored the one year warranty. I recommend his work and will use him again for any future issues!

    Man Perry is a life saver. Came home from a two week vacation to find out that we had a leak in the basement.     I was lucky enough to call Perry on a Saturday morning after busting a hose pipe connected to the house and incurring a resultant leak between the siding and the foundation of the home. He was extremely responsive and returned my call within 10 minutes, asking questions to get as much information as possible before coming to do the repair. As I soon learned, crawl space is a dirty term in plumbing, but despite it all, Perry climbed in and out of ours multiple times to access the piping and give us a new faucet system so that I can finally water my lawn and offer my dog the joy of jumping through a sprinkler on a hot summer day.     Our garden hose spigot would not turn off. Perry came right away on a Saturday evening and replaced the spigot quickly and professionally. Notwithstanding the emergency weekend call, he was generous with his time and showed us where the valves were inside the house, so we could turn off the individual spigots to avoid emergency calls in the future, how to turn them back on safely, as well as how to avoid pipes freezing in winter.     On a Sunday early afternoon water started flooding out of my sewer line vent when the washing machine was running. There was hints of an issue before with the downstairs toilet making bubbling and gurgling sounds. But now water was flooding out of the sewer line and I was worried about even using the toilet.     Googled plumbers near me, saw Perry was well reviewed and took a chance. I am glad I did because I called him for an emergency and left a voicemail since it was after hours. I got a call back within 15 minutes, he was here fixing my leak within 15 more minutes and he was done in another 15. Would highly recommend him if you are looking for service and dont know where to start like myself, very reasonable price for an emergency call.
