    I had a great experience with Jesse and PJ’s plumbing and would highly recommend using them! We were in an emergency situation and they were quick with updates when their tech Jesse would arrive.Once on site Jesse went above and beyond to fix our problem.     Amazing company! We had to replace our hot water heater and the scheduling staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Jesse came out to replace the unit and he was prompt, professional, and kind. He showed me the issues with our old unit and made sure I understood the new unit. I would highly recommend PJ’s Plumbing & Heating!

    Had a problem with our heat so I called PJs. They were able to fit me in the schedule very quickly, even in January. Todd was our technician and he was great. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained to me exactly what needed replacing and why. All problems were fixed and we had perfectly working heat within just days of making the call. Would definitely recommend PJs.

    Call first thing in the morning as our boiler was out and we had no hot water. They had a guy who could come same afternoon (at $95/half hour travel charge - high, but not really unreasonable given the remoteness of Big Sky). Brodie arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional; he diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot, and told me our expansion tank was near end of life. No hard sell, but suggested I’d already be charged for drive here and back so I could save $ replacing it now. Meanwhile, he explained everything, took photos, helped me add common wire for a nest thermostat and showed me override switch for radiant floor priority vs water heater priority in case we have issues in the winter. Great service - expensive - but it’s hard to find competent repair folks in the mountains who aren’t off fly fishing.

    We had a leak that affected both levels of our house. I called PJ’s and they provided timely service. The problem was fixed as well as them giving us feedback about what steps we could take in the future because we will have some replacement of water heater and piping that will need to be done.     I am making a list of my top 10 businesses in the Bozeman area, and this is one of them! The list of service businesses in Bozeman area that won’t show up, won’t follow through, won’t return messages is a mile long, and PJ’s is NOT on that list. My experience with them has been head and shoulders above the rest of their competitors. I had calls and emails with 3 of their competitors that never followed through, never gave an estimate, and never showed up, and one of them is based .8 of a mile from my front door!They showed up at the scheduled time, found the issue that I had, and fixed it on the spot. My service tech, whose name I hesitate to say because I don’t want him to get to popular and I can never get him again, but it rhymes with “Bike” :) He took a list of other things that I wanted to get estimates on and he followed up, and gave me estimates! I received some of my estimates via email right as he left the driveway. IMO thats top 1% .The young lady in the office Melissa is fantastic, she follows up when she says she is going to, she takes charge and initiative to get things done and gets back to you every time. MVP employee of SW Montana by far.I set another appt to get my drain, garbage disposal, and water system outdoors fixed, and my experience was the same.     Desperate to find reliable, affordable water heater service we called at least 3 highly rated companies including PJ Plumbing. Melissa at PJ Plumbing took our call and was extremely helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable with regard to what we deemed an emergency situation. She took the time to explain our options, rates for repair/ replacement and most importantly she was the only person who informed us how to reset our water heater as a possible temporary fix, until a service rep could be scheduled to come out and evaluate our situation. Excellent customer service is almost unheard of these days, but Melissa went above and beyond our expectations. I hope she will be recognized and rewarded for her attention to detail and personal connection to current and potential customers.Once again PJs service has gone above and beyond the norm. Gary arrived today to flush our water heater. When he finished he kindly replaced the air filter in my furnace. It has become more challenging for us to navigate the crawl space as we age so I was very appreciative of his assistance. PJs hires respectful, professional technicians and staff who genuinely care about those they serve!
