Ken at Mr. Rooter is fantastic. Hes been my go-to plumber for many years and has dealt with everything from the furnace to the kitchen sink. He even showed up at 5:30 on Christmas Eve to help me with a sudden problem, with a smile on his face to boot! Best and friendliest service around.

When you need Emergency plumbing service, Mr. Rooter is a good choice. I used to balk at contacting Mr Rooter because they won’t tell you how much they’re going to charge, not even an estimate, and it feels kind of like they are laying in wait. But when you need them, you need them and you just gotta accept that it ain’t gonna be cheap. They’ve done some good mainline cleaning for me. And a pipe that Roto Rooter didn’t trust because it was too old, but Mr. Rooter took care of it and did a great job. They’ve also diagnosed a couple of problems for me when I’m not in town and when my tenants weren’t well-versed enough to diagnose it themselves. Anyway, I think you see what I mean. If you can avoid emergency, plumbing service, avoid it. But if you can’t, might as well call Mr. Rooter.

I called right away Monday morning and they called back within two hours of me leaving a message and got my information and said they’d do what they could. Everyone my wife and i dealt with were very friendly. I set the apt and my call was answered promptly by a friendly staff member. The service tech called and let us know he could be there earlier than our scheduled apt which worked out for us. He was able to diagnose the issue and had all the parts on hand to fix it. I would call no other plumber than Mr. Rooter. Ken is extremely professional, on-time, honest, and he took the time to show me the cause of the problem. I have a Lochinvar Knight boiler that had a Lockout/Error message due to Air Pressure Switch two weeks ago. I called local HVAC companies who were going to charge me $159 to $189 for sending a technician over. That wasnt even going to include the repair cost - yet. One of them was Mountain Heating & Cooling who promised to send a technician in two days but nobody showed up. I called Ken and he dropped by right that afternoon because he happened to be working near my area. It took him 1 minute to diagnose the problem; it turned out my external air intake was clogged and he took the time to show me where to look first and go from there. Thank you Ken. This past Friday, he also replaced my garbage disposal and four kitchen and bath faucets as well as took the time to clean the heavily clogged sump pump and repair my leaking toilets - all in one afternoon. He is extremely efficient. Thank you Ken and Kristy. You are God-sent!

This was inevitable as the drain lines are metal and are 70 years old. Upon the leak happening Daniel the repairman fit us into his schedule and repaired the old line quickly. He charged a fair amount and left the work area very clean and neat. I am impressed with the plumber (Daniel) and Mr. Rooter. Thanks!

Mr. Rooter is truly a class act. They came out to my house after another company had done a preventative sewer rooting (to clear roots). About 10 days after the other company came out, the sewer line backed up completely. Ryan from Mr. Rooter came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The other company had used the wrong size blade. Mr. Rooter also ran a camera through the line before and after to show me exactly what was going on. Ill never use another company again. The work was completed in a professional manner and in an impressively quick time frame. The device would prevent a sizable repair if heater leaked.
