I called because we had low water pressure in a couple specific areas of our new home and the lady who answered was knowledgeable and immediately offered a solution we could try ourselves to fix the issue. She was exactly right and we were able to address the problem without having to book a plumber at all, which was a relief. I was impressed that she was able to help us out over the phone and was transparent about how far out they were booked and that she didnt want us to have to wait and pay if the solution was simple. And it was! Thank you! -

I called Bob the Plumber after getting home from work around 3pm and finding over a foot of water in my basement. Even though it was late and they had two stops ahead of me, they still made it to my house that day around 8pm. The problem turned out to be pretty simple, and they provided a reasonable solution at a very affordable price. For responsiveness alone I give them 5 stars -
