Weve been using Campbells for years. Chris has looked after our super old furnace for a long time, keeping it going and when it was time to upgrade to a new combi-heat/hot water system, he and Aurora did an excellent, professional, efficient job getting it done! They had to uninstall old, big equipment from a small, awkward space and they took great care to not damage anything or inconvenience us unnecessarily. And, when we had a hiccup with the system after install, Chris got it resolved super fast. Always professional, kind, responsive, and over-deliver.

Chris was amazing and always is. He really cares about his work. We feel confident when he arrives that he is trustworthy and professional. Last spring he put an air conditioner in our home. Our furnace damper switch failed so heat was not reaching a vital zone in the house. Chris diagnosed it quickly and luckily they had the part in stock so kudos to their parts departments and also to the wonderful lady in their office who volunteered to drive it out to Chris on a busy Friday afternoon. We have used Campbell Heating, i.e. Chris, for many many years and love his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything. He is hard working and very honest. In todays service world, and its many nuances, we have always been able to count on Campbells and Chris to provide A1 service. On the downside, because of their success, they are very very busy and so patience may be necessary especially if you want Chris. His knowledge of our heating and cooling system is second to none.

I had an upstairs bathtub leaking to downstairs. First plumber that came told me they were going to remove sheetrock downstairs to fix pipe leak. Adriana from Campbells came and immediately identified the problem as the tub drain needed resealing. She also looked at a hotwater heater that was slowly leaking and identified the issue as needing a new expansion tank. She was quick, kind, very explanitory and went over and above her duty. This was the first time my husband and I had to call on a plumber in this area, didnt know who to call. We checked online for a plumber and called Campbells not knowing if we had made a good or bad decision regarding our pick. If you are in the same boat, this company is a great choice! The plumber was amazing! He explained to us exactly what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and the cost involved before he got started. He was very good about answering any and all questions my husband and I had. He also took the time to show us how to maintenance it ourselves and explained to us the parts that may go bad later down the road and what those costs would be. He went up and beyond what his duty was and my husband and I sure appreciated it. We will use this company for all of our plumbing needs moving forward. I have been a Campbells customer for just short of 10 years. While the service quality was good in the initial years of my experience, it has ramped up to an even higher level with the addition of Chris Clayburn in recent years. He takes care of my air conditioning and heating units. He has superior knowledge of the technology, and in his recent visit, he had some new high tech tools that give him device performance intelligence that improves his accuracy and productivity. He took the time to explain these diagnostic devices and demonstrate them on his recent annual preventive maintenance visit. Ironically, another Chris from Campbells takes care of my tankless water heater, and does an excellent job on that critical component in my residential infrastructure.

I placed a call for our air conditioning system late Sunday night, July 2nd when Mike promptly answered the phone informing me that Id have to call Stacy the next morning at 8:30 AM. Surprisingly, I received a call from Stacy at 7:30 AM on July 3rd following up from my call for assistance the previous evening. She said yes, we can help; Ill send Chris out there at 10:00 AM.Chris Clayburn arrived earlier than expected and did a great job diagnosing our entire air conditioning system. He was very diligent in his approach, communicated what he was doing and why; and, explained what was potentially happening with our A/C system. This was truly a team effort as Chris boss, Pat Krogstad, came out to my house to deliver some PVC piping and tools to Chris for my A/C repair.Chris was extremely pleasant and professional and solved our A/C issues. He took the necessary time to review every aspect of our A/C system both inside and outside. His diagnosis was spot on and we havent had any issues since he was here on July 3rd.I highly recommend Campbells Plumbing & Heating for their follow-up, customer service and high quality technicians. Campbells came highly recommended to us by a construction friend of ours. So when our water heater began acting up, we contacted them to come and troubleshoot the problem. The problem turned out to be that we needed a new water heater, PRONTO. Cambells gave us a quote and suggested the best method to fix, what could have been a continual problem. Chris C. was our technician and he was wonderful! He was efficient, extremely professional and helpful. He completed the job quickly and with minimal interruption to our daily life. Project 212952 / Order 17669 Weil McLean Boiler venting replacement from unit through wall. Chris S was very clear on what needed to be done, quoted the price up front and was pleasant . We had old PVC type tubing that was old and cracked and no longer did proper venting. It took a lot of bracing and rebuilding and I am very happy with the result.

Having never lived in a house with water heat base boards, I have come to rely on Campbells to help me when problems come up. I had Chris Clayburn out today because the heat in two zones wouldnt turn off.He fixed it right away and replaced another part that was corroded. He took a picture of what was wrong so I didnt have to go down in to the bottom of the house. The picture showed me what he was talking about and how he was going to fix it. Chris C was very professional and thorough with his maintenance work on my 20 year old furnace. He did his work quickly, cleaned any mess he made, and patiently explained what he did, why he did it, and gave tips on how to squeeze a few more winters from my aging furnace. His company also replaced the water heater when the original one died less than 24 hours after I moved in a few years back. Great work as always. Highly recommend. Fair pricing, too.Their other Chris (plumbing expert) was here today to replace old parts and shore up pipes that had wiggled loose in the crawlspace. He arrived on time and went right to work. Knew exactly what needed to be done, and when he had to return to the shop for another part, he came back quickly and finished the work. Left the work area spotless. Im happy with the work, and glad Campbells offers their Advantage program. Campbells takes care of their customers.

I cant say enough positive things about Benjamin. He came to my home to address a leaking hose bib, and he worked really hard to make sure that we werent responsible for the cost (the house was under warranty). He was polite, respectful, and courteous. He even showed me how to turn my sprinklers back on, which he had no obligation to do. I would recommend that you do business with Campbells, and that you ask for Benjamin by name.

Chris not only slipped in my job for diagnosis, but also found a break in the schedule to do the install a week and a half before their next scheduled opening.
