    My experience with Newberry Plumbing was incredible. I walked into my basement to find water all over and went into full panic mode, haha. They kindly talked me through how to shut off the water and gas to my leaking water heater. Further, they were out to replace it in about an hour. They were completely professional, kind, and fair.     I called Newberry Plumbing after 5:00 due to an emergency and received a message immediately. The technicians were at my house the next morning. They quickly diagnosed my problem and the options I had to complete repairs. In the end, I was actually able to have repairs completed by the county at no cost.In the past, I have used a larger, corporate company for my plumbing needs and I know if I had used them in this same scenario, I would have been charged a service fee and been subjected to some token equipment use to justify an additional fee.The Newberry technicians operated in a manner focused on providing the best service, not in a manner focused on how to maximize their fee for a single job.I will certainly be using Newberry for all of my future plumbing needs.

    A huge kudos on a job well done with replacing my kitchen faucet on short notice. I texted Chad around 8 am and by 10:20 am the job was completed.     I had a pipe burst in the laundry room. Chad Newberry Sr had an appointment available for me right away. Chad Newberry Sr and Chad Newberry Jr are such great people to work with during a stressful plumbing situation! During my appointment Chad Newberry Jr fixed the busted pipe and helped me learn about the plumbing in case I have another issue in the laundry room. Ever since this first plumbing emergency I have relied on this company for the last 2 years. Chad Newberry Jr always offers extremely professional and high quality plumbing services! Once he fixes the issue it doesn’t reoccur. I have trusted him and Chad Newberry Sr for other plumbing services such as my toilet not operating properly and a pipe leak in the basement ceiling.     First time homeowner here. I determined that I needed a new garbage disposal...water was leaking from the bottom of the unit so I couldnt use my kitchen sink or dishwasher.     Our water heater started leaking on Thursday and Chad made time to come out and check it out for us the same day. He confirmed that it would have to be replaced and told us that he would be able to have it installed the next day guaranteed.Unfortunately, Chads work van broke down on Friday but Chad and his son still made it out to replace our water heater. They were even able to come a couple hours earlier than expected. Chad also replaced our sump pump last year when it went out unexpectedly.If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. I cannot give enough positive feedback for the customer service they provide and the quality of their work. In addition the quality of the equipment that they install is great as well, especially for the price. No one else even compares. Definitely give Newberry Plumbing a call.

    We had a toilet 🚽 with broken innards and needed to have it either repaired or replaced. I had heard good things about Newberry Plumbing, Chad is also a personal friend. Chad and his son were able to provide quick service within a very short window prior to our settlement and meet the new buyers home inspection requirements via a certified plumber.     The first time I called upon Newberry Plumbing was to install a new water heater. They are highly recommended on NextDoor so I felt confident that I was choosing the right company for the job. Chad pointed out some things that werent up to code and went about making them right (when I replaced it before I bought the water heater myself and a handyman on Craigslist installed it so no surprises there, lol). There were some issues but having dealt with those same issues 13 years prior, I wasnt surprised and they got everything squared away.I used them again recently when I purchased a gas stove and he converted everything back to gas from when I changed it over when I first moved in (can I say what a horrible idea that was?).Every time I have contacted Chad he has been very fast to respond and hes been on time every time and thats just amazing to me considering the work he does doesnt have a set amount of time to finish.Ive been extremely pleased with Newberry Plumbing.     Newberry Plumbing recently completed their third job for me. Over the last couple of years Chad and son have replaced my hot water heater and brought all associated plumbing up to code, replaced my aging sump pump with the latest technology, and just last week installed a new hose bibb on my deck (boy, am I enjoying the conveyance!).With each job they told me when they would arrive and they were on time, I was told what the job would cost and the price did not change, and each time after they left there was no sign that they were ever there, except my plumbing issues were resolved.     I am so happy that I decided to use Newberry Plumbing. I needed to have a leaking toilet reset and they got the job done! Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were very professional and cleaned up everything before they left. They are very detail oriented.     Hands down we have found our go to for any plumbing need. Due to the age of our house we have had things fail and need replacing. They have installed 2 new toilets and repaired another. They replaced all the faucets and drain stoppers in our house as they were breaking or missing parts. Then during a recent lightning storm we lost our backup battery unit to our sump pump. He installed a new sump pump and backup battery unit. Most recently our garbage disposal went bad and was leaking under our sink. They were able to get come the next day and install a new one. He and his team are extremely professional and very responsive. They know their trade and make sure you are educated before making a decision. They are a;so honest and fairly priced.

    We were looking for a back up sump pump for when our power was out after some close calls with flooding. Several other plumbers gave me quotes over the phone, sight unseen, but Chad asked if he could come out and take a look at our set up. Once here, he explained why a water pressure system would cost more and be more disruptive than a battery powered system in our case (long run of finished ceiling between the sump pit and discharge).He always arrived on time, was extremely professional, and even helped us clean up our brick mailbox that was hit by a car while he was here giving us a quote! Definitely went above and beyond, when we hadn’t even hired him yet! We’ve used him several times since then, and always the same thing, responsive, prompt, professional, reliable. Definite 5 Star service!!

I had him come out for a toilet issue, which he was able to fix. Before he left I even had him take a quick look at an issue with the water pressure in our kitchen.
