Bailey Bros was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad she did! I originally had them out for a sewer back up and ended up hiring them for two bathroom renovations. My main bathroom lacked a shower and was unbelievably small. Shaun renovated my bath from start to finish - it’s beautiful! We are so happy with the end result! And Shaun is so easy to work with; he’s part of the family now!

Ray and his team did a phenomenal job fixing a pinhole leak (that had been previously diagnosed as a main water line break by numerous plumbers) they took their time and dug out my yard to properly diagnose the real issue and I’m really grateful to his entire team who worked all day to come( immediately after another job) and fix my issue. Before I was told the water would be cut off if it wasn’t fixed in a short time and they worked non stop to take care of my issue. As a army combat vet and a single mother they are truly a blessing to have in a world and especially in this day and age where so many companies don’t have that old school mentality which is taking care of the customer , and maintaining a level of professionalism and work ethic while be wholeheartedly genuine and generous they answered all questions I had and explained everything down to the leak itself. Ray came out and inspected the work needed to be done. We are getting our house ready because we will be downsizing. He sent the estimate in a timely fashion and work done was exceptional. We replaced the sink and faucet, needed a new garbage disposal and new drainage. We are very satisfied with the work and have called them back to do more jobs. We forgot to shut the water off on hose bib and we need a toilet repair. She’s whistling “Dixie” and I can’t get her to stop. Ray assured me he can silence her.

From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was exemplary. They were kind, professional, knowledgable and went above and beyond our expectations. It was very evident that Rob was an expert in his field and took pride in his work. He worked until every I was dotted, and every T was crossed. Ray (the owner), stopped by and agreed the price I question on a certain area was quoted higher than it should have been and lowered the quote! Ray was heading to the dump and did not hesitate when I asked if he would mind taking a large well water tank we had in our garage. He not only said, of course, he opened the garage and moved the tank to his truck!! For my husband to agree to their estimate, it must have been reasonable. I cant say enough good things about Bailey Bros Plumbing.

Wonderful! I had a major plumbing emergency (no working bathrooms) and a leak from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. They came out on a Sunday night within a few hours of my calling and got one of the bathrooms working and worked on the leak. This morning they came back out and finished the job. I also had to file an insurance claim for the water damage and they walked me through that and sent all the necessary documentation to my claims adjuster. Im so thankful for their help and will absolutely use them again for any future plumbing issues!

No one ever has an issue right in the middle of the day, during the week, during business hours. That being said, my issue came late on a Friday night, and when I called, they answered on the first ring. Not only that, but they were out early the next morning and resolved my issues in no time. After numerous attempts to unclog my bathroom toilet. I decided to reach out to Bailey Brothers plumbing and spoke with Ray Bailey who came to my home shortly after with a few other guys and looked at my problem and told me he would come back the next day due to his snake being currently used. Next morning Bailey Brothers plumbers Harry and Robbie showed up and fixed my clogged toilet and installed bathroom fixtures and a garbage disposal. Both guys were family friendly and answered all my questions. Im very happy 😁 with the service I received. I was also given a military discount by Ray. I also like the fact that they answer the phone and show up on time. I highly recommend.

We didnt end up hiring Bailey brothers, but that doesnt stop me from giving them 5 stars. Ray came out promptly and got us an estimate quickly. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to handle the problem. Unfortunately our financial situation made us unable to go with them, we had a service contract in place with constellation home which made them the better choice for us. I would absolutely go to them in the future for any other plumbing issues I may have though!

I came home to a mysterious leak that caused my whole ceiling to collapse. I called Bailey brothers and Ray had someone sent out within an hour to fix the issue. Shawn found the issue right away without having to tear apart any walls or do anymore damage to the already water damaged mess we had discovered when we arrived home. Shawn capped the tank and came back first thing the next day to replace the expansion tank. By the next day, all our water damaged drywall and carpet was removed by Shawn with air movers and dehumidifiers in place to prevent mold. Both Ray and Shawn have been very responsive and accommodating to us so far with this process and we couldn’t recommend anyone better.

I had a pipe break late last night, and Bailey Bros was one of 6 plumbers I called. Bailey Bros was the only one that actually seemed genuinely concerned about my plumbing issue.The owner was booked the next morning, but kindly changed his schedule and arrived at my house first thing in the morning so we could have water today. I was expecting to pay a lot for my last minute repair, but to my surprise the price charged was what I would have expected for a non-emergency plumber visit.While at my home they were clean, professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my plumbing issue. Bailey Bros came to put a pan and expansion tank on our water heater, as well as a drain for the tpr valve. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and their price was less than a previous quote that didnt even include an expansion tank. Then when we were having hot water issues the next day after the repairs they came right over to take a look. It ended up being a warranty covered issue but their quick response time and attention to detail as well as willingness to help at all hours was great. Id definitely recommend them and will be sure to call them again for any plumbing needs!

Had Ray repair/replace a copper pipe and bib that had broken off. This was a trick job as they had to go through some dry wall in the basement and through some brick on the outside. They cut a small hole in the dry wall and placed an access panel over the hole once the work was done. Saved me the job of patching up the dry wall. The replacement faucet and pipe are better than new. Excellent, quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for future work.

We had a significant problem with our sewage pipe. The original one collapsed and ruptured the pipe. For two week sewage backed up under our house. After calling one plumbing company and not liking their service, we called Bailey Bros. Ray Bailey was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to walk us through the whole process explaining everything to us. He helped us understand what to expect from him as well as with the insurance company.The job turned into our worst nightmare as we learned that the entire sewage line had collapsed. To add insult to injury, our line was oddly connected to the main sewer. It was actually located up the street and we had a smaller line that was tied into out neighbors line and then out to the street. On top of that, the city could not tell us where the original line ran. But despite those challenges, Ray was able to map out a clear plan for hanging new drop pipes under our home that lead outside to the front of our house as a new line to the exiting clean out.Once all of the work was finished, we ended with three clean outs that we are able to use to check for future clogs. The price was very reasonable and fair. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I honestly felt the total opposite. For a person that knew nothing about plumbing or filing a large claim with the insurance company, I know feel very knowledgeable and capable of holding a conversation on the topic, and making sound decisions regarding pricing and work to be done. Bailey Bros is responsible for that. It is true customer service when the representative takes time to teach you so you can be the most informed.I give Bailey Bros more than 5 stars and I highly recommend them over any other company!

We had to call due to water leaking from our basement ceiling the day before Christmas Eve. They came right after another job in the evening and took care of the leak that day! They gave up front pricing and explained the process needed for finding the leak. They were able to find the leak and repair it. We also did use them for mold remediation, because we didnt want to chance mold growing. They were able to come right after the holidays to set everything up. However, when reinstalling the toilet, they noticed the flange was broken and needed to be replaced. All work was accomplished quickly and professionally. I dont ever come in here or anywhere to write reviews. However, I want to express my gratitude for Ray and Rob at Bailey Bros. plumbing. I had a wonderful experience working with these two men. I recently purchased an older home which had internal plumbing issues. The pipes were not properly supported in a way that made the pipes either level or at the proper angle for water/waste drainage. Rob came to my home, introduced himself, and assessed the problem. He took his time to show me the issue and explain why the problem started. He also answered all of my questions and provided a thorough explanation. He communicated the problem to Ray who then emailed me a proposal/quote. Rob also explained what my options were to fix the problem. They could either use a machine to flush the pipes or just replace the pipes. After I paid for the assessment, Rob came back the next day. This time, he was able to come with Ray who also introduced himself. Rob and Ray worked on using a machine (that uses highly pressurized water) to flush the pipes. Unfortunately, the clog was too bad and flushing didnt work; they had to replace the pipes. Ray worked with me to make sure everything was done in one day. I would recommend Ray and Rob as very experienced plumbers who are professional and respectful. Please dont hesitate to call them if you are looking for a plumber in the Parkville/Towson area. Ray is fair and only wants to make sure the work is done right and is complete. Rob is also great and both guys have done a great job in my home.

Bailey Brothers plumbing was absolutely amazing. We needed a whole new tub and tile due to a leak and we only have one shower in our house. The day after our leak he came out told me immediately what was wrong and was very honest and straightforward.
