    I had a water leak that was going from my upstairs bathroom to the kitchen below. gave a call to Kenneth & Sons Water Heaters and explained my issue, saying i needed it fixed on the day since it was my only day off. although they were tied up, they managed to send someone over to take a look. michael located the issue and fixed it, even going out of his way to purchase the necessary part. did an excellent job and the cost was lower than expected. i was really happy with the work they did. very professional. i would definitely suggest them to others and i plan on using their services again in the future. much appreciated.

Id already tried reaching out to several plumbers and been met with excuses and additional charges. Dillons response was a refreshing change. He assured me he could be at my place in an hour and a half, with no additional charges for a weekend service. I invited him to come over. I had earlier replaced the inner parts of my toilet but there was still a leak. Dillon inspected it and confirmed that I had done everything correctly, including replacing the tank. However, he identified a broken supply valve that needed to be replaced. He immediately fixed it. He also noticed water damage on my wooden floor caused by the broken valve and advised me to contact a restoration specialist. He even arranged for them to call me. All of this was done in a single day. I was thoroughly impressed by their service and would gladly recommend Dillon and his team to anyone in need of a top-notch plumber. They are truly a cut above the rest!

He has a modest $79 fee for his service call, which makes sense considering the cost of travel. Upon his arrival, he assessed the situation and provided me with cost estimates for the two services I required, which were unclogging a drain and re-piping. If he had charged by the hour, the bill would have been significantly higher, especially since the stubborn clog took more time than expected to clear. What should have been a 2-hour job extended by an extra 30 to 45 minutes because of the persistent clog. I appreciated his upfront pricing! Michael was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and made sure to clean up after completing the work. It felt like he was never there, except for the excellent pipe work he did under the sink. He even shared some valuable tips on how to assemble the pipes and maintain the system to avoid future issues. This kind of service speaks volumes about his quality. They professionally handled the plumbing for 1 and 3/4 baths, our kitchen, a couple of outdoor faucets, and our hot water heater. The crew was extremely informative, respectful, communicative, and friendly at every stage of the project. Our house is a bit on the older side and had some tight spaces and previously botched jobs, but they tackled everything with ease and expertise. They adhered to their estimated timeline and budget, which was greatly appreciated. Moreover, they minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to access the fixtures and hook-ups, preserving the integrity of our home. They were particularly ingenious when it came to preserving the upstairs bathroom shower tile. They accessed the lines from the other side of the wall through a small hole made in the back of the towel closet, ensuring minimal disruption. This same resourceful approach was used for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Isaiah, Dillon and their team were considerate enough to work on one bathroom at a time, which allowed us to keep the water on at night and stay in our home while they worked during the day. Their attention to detail and communication were truly top notch. They neatly replaced the grass on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house, added a cap on one of our outdoor faucets, and made sure our plumbing was up to code in all areas. This included drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and installing a new hot water pressure release valve. The result? No more orange water, actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower, a brand new main stack, and no more slow drains or leaks! We were incredibly impressed with their service and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

    I got a quote for a tankless water heater from a plumbing company. Even though i havent used their services yet, i feel the need to commend them for their honesty. Michael was extremely candid with me about why our hot water heater was malfunctioning, despite knowing that this might affect our decision to buy a new tankless water heater. He also made it clear that with a tankless system, we wouldnt have hot water during a power outage unless we had a whole house generator. This isnt the case with a conventional water heater where theres a reserve of hot water even if the power goes out. i believe Michael deserves a pay increase and the title of Employee of the Year!     I had a persistent leak in the wall separating my living room and kitchen. Initially, I thought my dog was to blame due to the amount of water. So, I decided to call a plumbing service. They dispatched Dillon to my home. Dillon came equipped with a compact FLIR camera and after a careful inspection of the L-shaped wall, he pinpointed an area in red where he suspected the leak was originating from. We proceeded to the kitchen where he indicated he would need to cut through the back of a lower cabinet to access the drywall and reveal the walls interior. Much to my surprise, we found a white drain line and a blue drain line. Dillon turned on the sink water and through his camera, detected an active leak bubbling away. He even provided a video for my reference. Once I agreed to the repair cost, Dillon swiftly prepared a new PVC drain junction and fitted it. After installation, he carried out a thorough leak check which came out negative. He then announced the job was done. He cleaned up the area and I settled the charge of $605.05, which covered the trip and FLIR leak diagnosis. Despite feeling a bit guilty for wrongly blaming my dog, I was satisfied with the service. What impressed me was that Dillon only made one access hole, and it was discreetly located at the bottom rear of the cabinet. His leak diagnosis and repair skills were exceptional. As an update, Dillon returned to inspect his work after the kitchen demolition was completed. His work stood up to scrutiny and I even asked him to check the old kitchen faucet lines. He noted that one or two of them were corroding from the inside out. I gave him the green light to update both inlet lines and install new faucets. Once again, his work was excellent.     The handle of my chilly water shower was causing a consistent leak from the tub faucet and required a new cartridge within the handle. Isaiah showed up, got the part out in under 10 minutes, and left to secure the correct part from a nearby supplier. It took some time to locate the part (they have a plethora) and to wait in line (due to social distancing) for the $35 part. He installed the part within 15 minutes and tidied up. The charges were $200 for the labor/time and $50 for the part. im okay with the extra $15, considering it as a built-in tip. i was satisfied, all things considered. The first plumbing service I reached out to wanted $900 to tear down a wall, cut my plumbing, remove the entire fixture and plumbing, and replace it with a mismatched fixture set in a battered box that had likely been lying around in their shop for a while. It did not match my existing fixtures at all. I asked the guy to leave, and he left grumpily. Hed only been a plumber for 5 years, while Isaiah, the reliable plumber from Bel Air, had decades of experience under his belt.

Dont waste your resources on sub-par plumbers. Reach out to Sebastian straight away. He is dependable, honest, affordable, and above all quick! Youll find Sebastian ready and waiting at your doorstep as early as 730am. Isaiah is there, too, firing off emails to the gas company at the crack of dawn. I felt completely reassured that I was in capable hands. Heres my story: I owned a two-family home. One fateful morning, the gas company cut off my gas supply due to a leak. My initial mistake was allowing the gas company to inspect my property. I did so because I received a notification threatening a fine if I didnt comply. If you suspect your property has any gas pipe issues due to its age, dont let the gas company in. They will shut off your gas mercilessly, and your days of discomfort will begin. Contact Sebastian before any inspection. Its crucial to fix any issues before theyre discovered. My second blunder was not finding Sebastian and Kenneth & Sons Water Heaters right away. I spoke with numerous plumbers and had many visit to provide repair estimates. I wasted precious days searching for the right plumber. Among the ones I encountered, there was an unlicensed one that charged more than double what Sebastian does. REMEMBER, YOU HAVE ONLY TWO BUSINESS DAYS from the time your gas is cut off TO GET IT RESTORED. Otherwise, you could spend a considerable amount of time (a minimum of two weeks to several months, depending on your plumber choice) without hot water and heat. After wasting two business days, I found Sebastian. He replaced all the gas pipes in two days and secured authorization from the local building department the following day. He reassured me that the entire process, passing the building department and final inspections, would take a maximum of two weeks. However, for me, it only took a week and three days to complete. I truly appreciated their hard work. I hope they enjoyed the pecan pie I gifted them. Aside from my wife, it was the first time I had given my favorite pie to anyone else. Once again, many thanks to Sebastian, Isaiah, and their amazing crew!

    The standout person in this plumbing service deserves a full 5 stars! My journey with these water wizards started about a year back. My old home was having water pressure issues, probably due to the ancient well system. I was informed that air needed to be added into the wells bladder. They came over, did their magic, and voila! I had water pressure back for about nine months. Come spring, the water pressure problem resurfaced. I rang them up and they quickly diagnosed that I needed a new well casing and pressure tank. Even though it was a bit pricey, I needed water, so I had them replace everything. I had reasonable water pressure for about a month, but it was not like when I first moved into the house. Soon, the pressure started to dwindle again. I couldnt even use my shower, my bathroom sink, or run a load of laundry without resetting the washing machine. And with three children in the house, laundry is a must! However, when I called them again, everything changed because Michael showed up! I cant express how grateful I am for him. He was the only one who thought to flush the pipes. They were so jammed with rust and dirt that water couldnt pass through any of the pipes going to the back of my house. Michael diligently spent three to four hours flushing the pipes! He ensured that my shower had pressure, all my sinks were working, and my washing machine was running before he left. As a mom, I cant thank him enough for the time he took to ensure everything was working properly before he left.

The root of the problem was literally roots - a gigantic heap of tree roots were infesting my main sewer line. dillon came to my rescue, responding promptly to my evening emergency call and working into the late hours. He came back the next day to diagnose the issue, kindly cutting an hour off the service time since they couldnt safely identify the problem in the dark. Come morning, this incredible team was quick to pinpoint the issue and present me with solutions. Sebastian, the plumbing supervisor, went out of his way to assist me, ensuring everything was operational before the holiday. He liaised with the city on my behalf and worked tirelessly to remove all the roots, both on and off my property.     Dillon and his team from this plumbing company are known for their high-quality work, but thats a given in this industry, right? they visited my residence to replace my water heater, and they did an impressive job. the team was amiable, professional, and showed great respect for my property. their pricing was also competitive. all of these factors make them recommendable, but let me tell you why they are my go-to plumbers. when they reactivated the water supply, an unforeseen issue arose. the manablock, which they hadnt even been working on, broke. it wasnt related to the water heater at all, and definitely not their fault, but they still spent an additional hour and a half trying to resolve the issue. they contacted numerous plumbing suppliers around the area, but none had the necessary part. we had to shut off the water to the entire house until a replacement could be located. that was on a friday. dillon was supposed to be leaving town for the weekend for his anniversary, but he assured me he would keep me updated about the part once he had located it and confirmed the price - which he did, even though he was away. that level of commitment is rare. when the part arrived on the following tuesday afternoon, they were immediately at my doorstep to fix the broken pipe. they didnt delay it until the next day; they wanted to make sure i had water again that same day. this plumbing company truly goes above and beyond for their customers, setting them leagues apart from other plumbers. in my eyes, there are no other plumbers out there that can compare.
