    We had an urgent problem affecting the plumbing in my whole house, preventing use of all facilities. Called on a Saturday, and Rick was here within an hour of my message. The issue was fixed in less than two hours and I paid a fair price. Great service!

    We had another company come to our house (they refused to quote over the phone), and said all of our waste pipes needed to be ripped out and replaced with ABS (12 points). They said it would be $35,000 and that did not include repairing the floors and walls. I call Pro Drain & Rooter and they gave me a quote over the phone of how much it would cost per drain to come snake and see if they could get it to stop overflowing in the basement. Kyle came exactly when scheduled, and assessed the situation - he started with the drain he thought was the problem and said if that didnā€™t fix it, then he could move on to the next one - instead of charging me to each drain I told him needed to be done. (The back up was in our basement, and I thought he would have to go through all of those drains backing up and work his way up through all the other drains). He was honest, and fixed the problem on the first drain!He was so efficient, and honestā€¦I had him also do another problematic bathroom sink drain that I had tried to get fixed a few years ago and had been draining slow since, (which they charged me $250 just for that drain, and did not fix the problem). Kyle had to replace the p trap under the bathroom sink, and I was nervous that it would cost a lot of money (as I didnā€™t have a choice but to replace it, as it had a hole in it). And he only charged me $8.00 for the part!He fixed all of my drain and flooding issues for only $265! - the other company wanted to charge me over 1000% more! Pro Drain & Rooter is the MOST honest, reliable, and efficient plumber I have ever worked with. We will be using them for ALL of our future plumbing needs!     Ive used Pro Drain for about four years now for drain cleaning and plumbing and every time, the service and quality of repairs has been excellent. If someone asks for a recommendation for a plumber or drain cleaner, I have no reservations about recommending them.The last time they came out, a drain pipe had ruptured behind a cabinet and water was dripping into the basement beneath it. This was not a straightforward repair and was going to require some creativity to come up with a solution. Malcolm got there at 2:00pm and didnt leave until 11:00pm. Not only that, the quality of the work was top notch and his communications throughout the process were excellent. He even had the foresight to put in a clean out in case it was needed. I could not be happier with the repair and he totally exceeded my expectations and then some.

    Im so glad Pro Drain was recommended to me! No extra charge just to get a quote, just an easy flat fee for drain cleaning.     Awesome service! Kay took my initial call and was friendly and knowledgeable! She scheduled me for a Monday and a technician/plumber was able to come early so he came out today!     UPDATE: I chatted with admin at the company and they cleared up miscommunication about their services. They DO have drain cleaners separately from the plumbers. So they had a drain cleaner come out today. He was great! Very nice, professional, and quick.We hired this company because they have drain cleaning listed as a service. And due to the nature of our issue (bad smell from the drain), they recommended we have another company out first to ensure there wasnt water in our crawl space/broken piping. Which we did: and this company didnt see anything out of the ordinary in our crawl space.Cut to our service day with Pro Drain and Rooter, our technician also saw nothing was wrong down there.So he spent a ton of time asking me questions about the smell and in the end didnt have a solution. And when I inquired about the drain cleaning he said, oh we dont do that, youll have to have another company come out for thatSo at the end of the 20 questions, this 40 mins of NOTHING cost us over $200.

    I just had a great experience. A nice young man showed up right on the dock. We took a look at my situation, and he explained that I didnā€™t really need all of the blockage clearing that I was prepared to pay for.     Thomas came to help us when our whole house stopped draining. We had a different company out recently to clear a plugged kitchen sink, but they couldnt get anyone out to us even though they had a 30 day guarantee, and we were stuck.     Wow! Best service Iā€™ve ever had! I called due to my kitchen sink I backing up and was offered a same day appointment with arrival between 3 to 5 PM. Thomas called me at about 2:15 and said he was done with his prior job and asked if he could come early. He was professional, courteous, smart, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the drain pipe 40 feet out, cleaned up after himself including using a cleaning spray under the sink, reloaded his truck and was swiping my credit card before it was even 3 oā€™clock!     Had a clogged tub drain and called after hours. Got a plumber (Jordan) within an hour who fixed our clog in about 10 minutes. It was $160 plus $80 for being an emergency service, which seemed pretty fair. Kind, courteous, and efficient. Cant ask for more.

    Mario came out first thing after I just requested an appointment late in the afternoon the day before. I have an older home (built in 1924) so didnā€™t want to use harsh chemicals. After trying my own remedies, then calling a handyman with a snake, I phoned my old property manager for her recommendation. She told me she always uses ProDrain & had excellent service at a very affordable price. She was spot on. Mario was here 5-10 minutes. He was professional, efficient, & delivered exactly as promised. $105.00 for a cleared drain. I couldnā€™t be more impressed. They deliver on their logo: ā€œWe clean out your drain...not your wallet!ā€ And no Iā€™m not related; this is the first time Iā€™ve used them and am so happy not being in standing water when taking a shower!     While visiting family, their house had a major blockage of the main sewer line. All drains were completely backed up. We called Pro Drain, and they were able to schedule an appointment for later the same day. Austen arrived early and was a consummate professional.     These guys are awesome. Professional, very responsive, very reasonable. I clogged my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day and in trying to unclog it myself (bad idea) I had it backing up into my washing machine. I called the next day to see if they were open and had anyone available and Chris was at my house within an hour of calling in. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and had my sink unclogged within 20 minutes, stuck around to make sure I could get the washer drained AND it did not cost me a small fortune. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know and wont hesitate to call them again for all of my plumbing needs.

    My son flushed Dixie cups down our toilet and was referred to Pro Drain from our regular plumber since they dont do clogs. They sent someone out the same day I called.     Excellent service! They squeezed us in the same morning we called for a clogged bathroom drain.Jake was very helpful and professional. He explained where he thought the problem was, fixed it, was meticulous about cleaning up afterwardsā€¦asked if there were any other issues we wanted looked at. It was what you would hope all callouts for services would be like.Pricing: again- it was like all services should be. I was given a rate for what it could be depending on if either A or B had to be done. In the end the bill was option A and there were no random charges. As a new homeowner with sudden plumbing/clog problems I was so worried about cost & about being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge.     Ive had ProDrain out to my old house and now out to our new house. We have been customers for over 8 years. A few days before our scheduled drain cleaning my garbage disposal started leaking. I called, knowing that they now have service plumbing as well. When he looked he said that it was just loose. He tightened it up and saved me a whole lot of money. Quality and honestly are sadly not a given these days. I highly recommend ProDrain and am so happy I can count on them for our other plumbing needs if they should arise.I had to update my review after George came out today and replaced a cracked tank.     When I had called to ask questions about my toilet; the gal on the phone was so sweet. She told me the next steps to schedule my appt and it was within a few days. Chris was my technician.     They returned my call right away. Conveniently scheduled our window from 8 to 10 p.m. the same day, so my husband and I didnt have to miss work. I wasnt super excited about waiting around until 10, but it turned out I didnt have to. The gentleman who arrived (a few minutes before 8!) to unclog our kitchen drain was professional, courteous and quick. He even offered us some tips and ideas to prevent future clogs.     Chris from Pro Drain just finished up here and I will be recommending them to anyone I know needing drain service. I had called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. Chris was right on time and even though I got there about 10 min late he was very understanding. He finished quickly even when added on snaking our shower drain, which I had failed to mention initially over the phone. I had been meaning to replace the old drain pipe under the sink and he sold me a kit at cost which I can install myself, which saved me a Home Depot trip.The only thing that was odd was there being an additional fee to cover the credit card processing fee. However since I felt the cost of the service was fair, they were very up front about it and I ended up paying by check, its not something that effected my opinion about them.Overall, I wouldnt hesitate to call them again in the future for any drain issues.

    Most amazing experience! A special thank you to Andrea and Eric!! Im in SE Portland and tried to find someone local, but both were a bust. The first one took days to even commit to a 6 hour window (what!?), the other was concerned he wouldnt be able to quickly fix my problem but recommended I call Drain Pro...boy was I appreciative!     Because of the number of pets we have, weve used their service 3xs over 6 years. Washing machine and kitchen sink/ dishwasher all on the same pipe system. No matter how much you shake the blankets, pet hair causes havoc in the washing machine. Austin has been the tech twice. All 3 visits were ordered in the morning and came same day.     Bought a house and needed a bunch of little things done (piping, toilet installs, faucet repairs, etc...) but together it ended up being a good chunk of work. I got a bid from another company but ProDrain came in cheaper and had better reviews.Very happy that I went with them---they were on time, courteous on the phone and in person, and were quick to respond to my requests.I would absolutely use them again.The job ended up coming in at the lower end of their estimate but I think a large part of that had to do with an apprentice coming onsite and taking care of a few minor things off of the plate of the main plumber. The apprentices hourly rate was more than half that of a regular plumber.

    Chris saved the day! We have a very old utility sink that our HVAC system condensation drains into and it has been backing up. Chris kept me informed of the whole process and let me know that age of the pipes there might mean it couldnā€™t be cleared and had to be replaced or we would have to vent outside (which he showed me how to do). But he didnā€™t give up! He got it cleared and now we can get through the holidays without having to do any emergency repairs. I would not hesitate to call them again and we will look into their service when we do replace that sink and itā€™s piping. Thank you Chris!

    I ended up having a toilet drain become blocked on a Saturday and called the plumber I regularly use, he recommended ProDrain as he had used them himself and they were an honest company that would do right by me. I called and spoke with Dishawn and explained the problem. He told me that he would be at my home within an hour which he was. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found that I had a main drain clog and quickly resolved the problem. The price was very reasonable being a weekend at $175.00 per hour and Dishawn had it resolved in less than an hour. He was professional, and very helpful. I would not hesitate recommending Pro-Drain to anyone else who needs Plumbing and Rooter Service work done. I am very happy with the service. Compared to other companies in the area these folks hands down are awesome.

    As a contractor myself I could have not been more pleased with the service I received from Austen @ prodrain. It was Christmas Eve and our kitchen sink backed up. I pulled the disposal and the p trap and everything was clear, tried several times to snake the drain pipes but still was backing up. I called prodrain who I have referred to my customers several times and they were closed because of the holiday. They had an emergency number for drain clogs. I called and Austen answered said he had a slot and he came over. In an hour he had the drain clear, cleaned up after himself, and very very pleasant to have in our home. He acted and did his job how I expect my employees to perform their jobs in our clients homes. The price was what he quoted and now we have a working kitchen sink for Christmas.     Christopher Roberts just left my home and I am in total awe! I havent had this much water pressure since the day I moved in. He was quick, efficient and very courteous. I went to Home Depot rented a snake pushed a garden hose down the drain with an expanding declogging attachment and cleared the blockage myself.***update ***I feel it is incredibly important for people researching a companys reputation to get a clear view of them so I want to be clear, I wasnt happy as a customer by the owner of the company returned my check and was empathetic to my situation. I cant express how much I appreciate this approach and the integrity of the owners.If, I ever need this kind of assistance, I would not hesitate to call them.

    Kitchen sink. Clogged again. Unhappy with the price and service and attitude and ashtray smell of my previous plumber, I went looking for a new relationship. Booking service at ProDrain was tops, the cost is a flat fee (not ā€œwe start the meter when the driver starts the engineā€), the plumber arrived on schedule, and tried like hell to declog the sink. 65 feet outā€¦ nothing. So what did he do? He called the most experienced plumber on staff who came out same day and finally diagnosed a bad plumb that sent the snake the wrong direction. (I know this is not proper plumber jargon, but Iā€™m not a plumber!) Price for all this? Same flat fee! Thatā€™s integrity. Both men were positive, professional, and very glad to work for this company, which makes all the difference. ProDrain didnā€™t make any money off me that day, but I have told all my friends about them and Iā€™ll use them from now on. No doubt. You should too!

    For several weeks, our basement sink would flood every time we did laundry and take days to clear. After trying Draino and attempting to snake the drain ourselves without success, a friend referred us to ProDrain. The person who answered the phone was friendly and helpful when making the appointment, answering all my questions and setting an appointment within two days. Chris arrived on time, giving me a call 15 minutes before he arrived. The job took only about 30 minutes. Chris explained the problem, how he fixed it, and took my payment on the spot. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I will definitely use ProDrain again!

    We are almost ready to move in to our new home and our toilets were draining really slow. We called a plumber and he highly recommended ProDrain to scope our pipes. I called and they were there within a couple of hours. Chris Terrones was very nice and knowledgeable. He didnt find anything in the pipes but suggested that the sewer pump wasnt working.     I had a wonderful experience with Pro Drain. I had a friend (who is not a plumber) do some piping under my kitchen sink, and it was a bad idea- nothing worked properly and it constantly leaked. Eventually it got past the point where I could get it working again even temporarily, so I called Pro Drain.They came out the very next morning and completely repiped under my sink, removing most of the old galvanized pipe which needed to go and repiping it so everything was at the correct angle. My sink is now leak-free and drains perfectly- at at a totally reasonable price. The plumber (whos name I cant remember, sorry!) was extremely nice and competent as well.Highly recommend Pro Drain for any plumbing work you might need!

    I have a sewer line that gets blocked occasionally. When it happens the entire house is shut down so speedy, reliable service is really important. I called ProDrain in the morning and they said that they would have someone out between 5 and 7 in the evening. Chris showed up at 6:00, understood completely what had to be done and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Then he cleaned up where the blockage had made a mess, tested all of the toilets in the house and discussed ways we could avoid the problem in the future. This is the second time ProDrain has come out (they sent Mario before) and both times I have been eager to write a positive review. By the way, the price (although overtime) was very reasonable and exactly what I expected.I have complete confidence in recommending ProDrain.

Even my mega plunger deluxe was not doing the job.     I have used them a few times now. I was actually originally referred to them by a plumber for a clogged drain. He told me that he actually used their drain services on jobs where he was doing the plumbing service. I have used them for drain services 2 times before and will call again if needed. Today I actually used the regular plumbing service. I called to check on the intended time of arrival so I could plan my day and and was told they could arrive a little early, at 9:30 AM if that would work. My clock clicked over from 9:29 to 9:30 and Brain pulled in their truck. Amazing. He not oly fixed all the issues I had to about an hour, he showed me why my system failed and what he could do to help make sure it did not happen again.He went beyond just fixing it. We also talked about some other concerns I have and I am planning to call again really soon to resolve the other concerns I have and I will not be calling anyone else.     My laundry tub would not dean after plunging and Draino. This mourning still standing water so I called Pro Drain. They could send someone between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. Plumber came at 1:15. We went down stairs and tub had drained between time I call and when he came. He checked it out by running water in the tub and it was draining fine. He said he had been close by and would not charge me. He gave me a tip about getting a filter for the washer house so if tub backs up again all the crud will not get sucked into my washer.     I noticed the other day, while cleaning a toilet in the newish home I recently purchased, that right after its flushed and the tank has finished filling, theres a dribbling sound that lasts several seconds. Fearing a small leak, I had ProDrain come out to look. After some diagnostics, George (owner) determined it was probably just an artifact of my particular model toilet having a substantial drop from spigot outlet onto outlet connector (as shown in manual). He tested his hunch by having me pour water into the bowl, which indeed reproduced the sound. And Im embarrassed now to admit this, but we then checked another toilet of same make/model upstairs, and though Id never heard the sound from it before, I could hear it there as well (just not as loud). He charged me for less than an hour of his time, and never had to dismantle anything outside the tank (if it aint broke dont fix it). Ill definitely call them again if/when I need help!

    I saw ProDrain and 3 Mountain plumbing when I was making my initial decision. I went with 3 Mountain. They did not bring a camera as advertised and charged $264 to snake the pipe unsuccessfully.     Wow, these folks are awesome. Id been dealing with a problem of my kitchen sink backing up into laundry sink. The gentleman who arrived was professional, prompt, took care of the issue, (on very old, funky plumbing, I might add.) Cleaned up after. They were able to fit in me today. And they were half the cost I was quoted for a 3 day out appt. with another company. They came recommended by a plumber we know, and Im so glad we called them. 100 percent recommend.

    Pro Drain is my new go-to for drain issues! Over the weekend, we discovered a clogged kitchen sink.     Unexpectedly had a clogged drain so called Pro Drain; the soonest that someone could come out was the next morning which was excellent. I made the appointment and while I attempted to, and seemed to, repair the clogged drain on my own, I decided to not cancel the appointment just for peace of mind. Glad I did not cancel because I did not tighten one of the pipes and it could have caused major problems. The plumber explained what I needed to be aware of and made sure all the lines were clear. I highly recommend Pro Drain.

    Called this morning after being referred by the local company Anctil Plumbing. We had water from upstairs emptying into the downstairs toilet! Luckily they were able to come out same day. We were so happy when our technician Dishawn came out and fixed everything in less than an hour by clearing our main pipe. Everything is back to normal! So helpful, reasonable prices and saved us money by letting us know additional services werent needed at this time. Awesome. We would definitely call again if the need arose.
