    Absolutely the best experience. You know you’re already having a bad day when you have to call a plumber, but Kyle and team made it the best experience. they located the problem quickly and was able to get it fixed the same day.     Dylan came out to inspect a possible leak at the property I manage. I deal with a lot of vendors day to day and they rarely make such an impression that I have to give a review!     One of my tankless water heaters stopped heating. After several calls quoting $200-$280 dispatch fees, with costs on top of that charge, I was so relieved to get a $75 quote from 800 Plumber & Air, assuring me that it would be applied to any work or parts needed to fix my issue. They were able to get a service person out at the end of the day. It turned out the tankless heater just needed the resent pushed on the inside of the panel. There was a bit of confusion over the initial $75 being a dispatch fee but in the end, 800 Plumber & Air stuck to their word and only charged me the $75. Would I ever use this company again - most likely! Would I ever refer them to anyone - most likely! Thankful that I have hot water again - of course.

I had water backing up into two sinks and they were able to arrive within 24 hours of calling and clear the problem including doing water jetting to help prevent it in the future.     John the drain technician arrived shortly after I received text he was in transit. He paid attention as I described the problems I was experiencing with a sluggish drain. He explained the plan of attack and also informed me of a worse case scenario given the age of my home. He went about his business, sent down a camera as well and got things flowing. Turns out the worst case scenario didn’t play out, but I appreciate the fact that it was pointed out. There may be a root problem on the City’s side of the waste line, I wish I was as confident of their response as I am with 1-800 Plumber & Air. John cleaned his work area up, presented me with a very fair price, let me know to call in with any concerns. I highly recommend 1-800-Plumber & Air for any plumbing, drainage, or HVAC work. Great service and prices.

    In the middle of remodeling our kitchen we discovered that our gas stove shut off valve was damaged. They were able to come out the very next day and help us make the necessary adjustments to keep our family safe and move forward with our project. They sent us a picture of the person who would be coming and gave us a little bit of their background so we knew exactly what to expect when the person showed up. He was prompt and professional definitely worth the price we paid which by far was more reasonable than any of the other quotes we received!

Wilson was prompt, kind, respectful, showed me what was happening and advised me of my opinions. He was able to unclog two sinks and replace a pop up in less than a couple hours.     Aron from 1-800 Plumber came out to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I know nothing about plumbing and was really quite relieved that Aron was personable and knowledgable enough to explain the process to a layperson. The other quote I received was out of thin air, so the fact that he was able to explain the reasoning behind his quote made me more confident that he had a plan. The cost was acceptable, the work seems to be quite good, and he didnt make any mess for me. 10/10

    I met with the fire inspector today for a buiding that has been on fire watch. While I waited, a commercial tenant came running in. He was screaming, Turn the water off!!! My team jumped into action and handled the water while I ran outside.The fire inspector was standing there as water rushed out of the ceiling and into the street. I turned my head and called Jenn at 1800 Plumbers and she dispatched someone immediately. I remember whispering into the phone, The fire marshall peoples are here and I need help right now.Property management is a beast. I cannot do this job without people like Jenn and her team.     Alex came over and helped us get our drain unplugged after some Thanksgiving cooking left us without a working kitchen. He used a camera to figure out that the plug was just out of the reach of the plumbing tools I had, and he took care of it within an hour. He is super friendly, and I’d call him again.

    1800 plumber came out to my property which had a broken waste line under 2 units and was a total mess. They were able to get out here in 1 day complete all of the repairs in a very timely manner for which the amount of work that was to be done. All of the mess was cleaned up and I had 2 units which were 100% back to normal within 6 hours. I will be using 1800 plumber for all my plumbing needs moving forward. I wanna give a big shout out to the Journeyman Keltan and his apprentice Christian, they were both Johnny on the spot with all the repairs and with it being in a dark crawl space with little room to move. Those guys saved us from having to displace 2 families today.

    I am the on-site manager of the Paramount Parke apartments run by Real Property Management Solutions. Over the last few days we have had a major plumbing emergency. We were sent a journeyman plumber by the name of Shawn Eddlemon.He was absolutely excellent. 💯He came here quickly and stayed late Saturday night trying to locate the issue. He made sure we were in a safe place before he stopped Saturday and came back on Sunday. On Sunday he took a huge part of his day yo fix our major leak and frankly it was awesome.He communicated very directly with me. He was super respectful and down to earth. He didnt sugar coat anything and told me exactly what was need which I appreciate so much.I am not a plumber so I dont know everything technical but he explained things on my level. He showed me pictures of the steps he took. He called me to fill me in when I had to step away for bits of time. I completely trust him to be here working on the units and around the building.From now on Ill be requesting him for services in our building whenever possible.

    I hired this company to repair a mess another plumbing company had made with my bathroom installation. The mess was so horrendous with multiple code violations that the city wouldn’t pass the work and the original company was nowhere to be found. Gordon came to take a look and gave me a bid. I had 4 bids in all but 1-800 Plumber was more reasonable and I trusted Gordon. I’ve been burned before so I was understandably cautious, however I felt very comfortable with Gordon and Chris. Gordon completed the work and it passed final inspection with the city. The city inspector even commented that it was a good job. I hired them again for another plumbing job. I highly recommend this company.

    So being a maintenance supervisor in a large apartment complex you have to deal with a lot of different vendors. Basically the good bad and the ugly. Dylan came out and went above and beyond with getting the hot water replaced and installed. Due to unforeseen circumstances he had to shut off water to the whole building and redo the valve on the water inlet to the hot water tank. It was probably the quickest I have ever seen somebody do that repair and get water return back to all of our tenants. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them with future plumbing needs.

    I have issue with the hose bib spraying water into the inside wall and subfloor causing some standing water inside the house. I called 1-800-plumber after calling some other plumbing companies but did not take mall call or response, 1-800-plumber responded was able to schedule a plumber the next day. The work he did was professional, including the risk od replacing the bib where the other side of the wall is actually a kitchen cabinet. But he managed to replace it without any issues. The charge seems also reasonable (eventhought I think is tad higher than I expected) for that kind of job.
