We had a clogged kitchen sink; Eric B arrived the next day on time. He explained first what he would do and how much it would cost. It was a lot more than what I was told it would cost to have him come to the house ($75) which turns out the amount we would owe if we decide not to go through with the work. It had been 3 days since we tried to unclog the drain and we were not about to cancel the work due to what we felt to be quite a high bid. He did his job well, was knowledgable, cleaned after the work was done, was friendly throughout the entire process. We appreciate Eric and would not hesitate to ask for his help in the future should we need additional plumbing work. Thank you Eric!

My kitchen drain was clogged and plunger and other ways did not help clear it. Eric B. from Apollo did a thorough inspection and used water pressure to flush the drain. He is pleasant to talk to.It had been at several years since I had the drains flushed professionally. I had all bathroom drains flushed as well, with a 2 year warranty. Eric B. did a thorough job of recording all the work and testing it all in the end to make sure everything was working as expected. Thank you Eric!Update (Dec 16, 2024): Victoria, a young drain tech from Apollo came for a scheduled appointment to flush the water heater in my garage. She did a thorough inspection of all the drains in all bathrooms, including a quick inspection of the AC, explained the work she was doing, and pointed out aspects that needed my attention in the future.Victoria was very pleasant to talk to, was respectful in conversations, wore shoe cover each time she entered the house from outside, maintained professionalism throughout the 2 hours, was very pleasant to talk to, and finished the job without needing any supervision, so I was able to do my work without any distractions while she did her job.Thanks Victoria (and Apollo)!

What a great experience considering the need for a plumber is usually not a fun time. Transparent pricing and thorough explanation of the scope of work to be done. Tristan was fabulous, intelligent, and informative. I didn’t have an emergency but Apollo came out within a couple of days. They are not cheap, but if you are not willing to do the work yourself you will be happy that they are!!! 😎I forgot to mention, they charged me $700 to install a new kitchen faucet a that I had supplied.

Very satisfied with my plumbing repairs with Justus at Apollo. He was on time, nice, and didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything I didn’t need. He came to provide an estimate and then perform the repair. In both situations he arrived on time, and was polite enough to voluntarily take off his shoes when entering the home. The repair pricing seemed on par with other plumbers, but Justus didn’t try to up sell me an extra service. Additionally, he offered to perform the repair on his day off, which I appreciated because the appointment was immediate and it worked better for my schedule. I was confident the repair was done well.

Our bathtub clogged and wouldn’t drain, so we worked with our landlord who got Apollo plumbing out the next day. Eric B was the plumber who showed up. He was calm, friendly, and communicative, and he even wore shoe covers to not track dust in. Although it was a simple fix, it was clear that Eric put thought into the people receiving his service. Just had my furnace and heat pump serviced today. Ty from Apollo was our service technician. Very thorough. Very informative. Good job of explaining what and why he was doing. Had to replace one part in my 25 year old furnace. Didn’t try to sell me on a upgrade. Said my system was still functioning with acceptable efficiency.Couldn’t be more happy with our interaction with Ty. Will definitely request him back for servicing our system next year. Overall had a Great Customer Experience. No complaints at all. If all of Apollo’s employees are like Ty, I am definitely recommending Apollo for your furnace service needs.

Had all new water lines placed in my old home. Zane was the absolute man for the job! Walked me through every step and answered the hundred questions I had, including random plumbing questions that had nothing to do with the job at hand. Very down to earth, professional and an all around great guy! Really helped me with answers with small projects I was doing on the side. He did a great job giving me options with certain cuts that needed to be made, which was very helpful, saving me time and money in drywall repair after the job. Was pretty anxious before the job and I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to ease my anxiety. Did a great job!

I like these folks. Theyre thoughtful, efficient, prompt, courteous, honest, and friendly. Mason, the technician who inspected my furnace, seemed knowledgeable, explained how some aspects of the heating system worked, and reminded me what to do in case I noticed a gas leak. He also added notes to my account which I can imagine will only help the next technician should there be one. Raquel, the interface between the office and me, was extremely pleasant to talk to (read: she laughed at my stupid jokes.) Ive only met nice people from Apollo. I like the fact that theyre a local business. I recommended them.

Plumbing Tech Michael was great. He took the time to diagnose the problem, which required a lot of digging in 100 degree heat. Was able to provide a rough estimate on the spot and gave us a couple of different repair options, to save us money in the long run. He even got on the phone at the end of the service call and arranged for our appointment with a project manager for the next day at a time that was convinient for us. Will be calling them for phase II.

We were experiencing a water leak but weren’t sure where it was coming from. Based on our previous experience with Apollo, we didn’t hesitate to call them. Mike Triptow came out and looked for the leak. He found it after eliminating what we suspected was the source. It was a difficult to reach spot in our home plumbing pipes. Mike helped us get the problem diagnosed, then returned with Sean Kenyon to help us get everything back to normal. Mike and Sean were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Mike even helped us with finding help with the damage left by the leak. We are so grateful for their help and can’t say enough good things about them and our service from Apollo.

I hold Apollo in high regard. They are experts in sewer line repairs and are always honest. I had a situation where the need for a repair was questionable and they explained the work was not entirely necessary. They could have easily just done the work but instead they took the time to explain why the work was not absolutely needed. In the end, the decision was made to complete the job as a precaution and they did excellent work.

Apollo Services has been great anytime I have called them. My AC stopped cooling right in the middle of a heat wave and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Ty came out and diagnosed the problem, which thankfully was the least expensive possibility. He also gave me options for preventative maintenance to make my unit last as long as it can. When I mentioned something else with my zone system that hadnt worked in years, he graciously took the extra time and effort to look into it! He then gave me recommendations and pricing options for upgrades to get my second floor cooling much better, and his honest opinions on which would make the most impact for the least amount of money. Ty was extremely great to work with, as all of the Apollo people have been. Now that they have expanded their services from just plumbing to include HVAC, its been great to have one company I trust to handle it all. Definitely would recommend!

I received thorough and detailed information about my options for the eventual replacement of my water heater including cost estimates. Apollo has been a great service for us. We had Tristan Bellinger out to service out heat pump, which had died during this past heat wave. He quickly assessed our unit and found a defective capacitor. Mason came out for a maint checkup on my ac unit. He was on time and friendly. At the end of the service, I had a couple questions that he wasn’t sure on as he is ramping into this new role, of which he transparently told me, so he called a more experienced technician. That kind of integrity and honesty is hard to find. We all start somewhere and have to learn. No problem at all. Appreciate that vs someone who will lie to you to cover up an insecurity. I have a lot of respect for this young guy and the people who employ him. He did a great job!

Looking forward to having it fixed permanently.
