    Leak Locators were the only leak detectors to return my many calls looking for someone that could come out and find a leak for us the plumber couldn’t identify. They were the earliest available and great at explaining the process. They were great at communicating when to expect them and in very fortunate turn of events were able to help us discover a toilet seal issue and potential pressure gauge issue from their tests that were simple fixes the plumber had missed. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

    I was very happy with the service I received from Leak Locators yesterday. Michael Houston texted me right before he arrived. He explained all the tests he performed. He marked a 2 foot circle where the leak was in my lawn. I carefully dug it up today and a small leak was right in the middle of the circle. 27 inches deep and no dampness on the surface at all. I made an appointment with a plumber for Friday.

    If I could give 100 stars I would. I had water all over the road that was coming from the water shut off by the road. I had no idea what to do! I didn’t even know how to shut off the water!Thankfully, technician Dylan came to the rescue. Despite it being later in the evening after his last job, he graciously agreed to come out and investigate. His expertise quickly pinpointed the source of the leak. The following day, a plumber arrived and, remarkably, confirmed the exact location Dylan had identified. The leak was swiftly repaired, saving me from both potential property damage and a potentially astronomical water bill.I cannot express enough gratitude to Dylan. His willingness to go the extra mile after hours, coupled with his quick and accurate diagnosis, prevented a major headache. Theres something particularly unsettling about facing a problem you cant see, like an underground leak. Dylans skill and reassuring demeanor were a lifesaver! He was so kind, even with me hanging over his shoulder asking a bunch of questions and probably being a frantic crazy woman!     Starting from the initial contact with Cat on the phone to finishing the job by Dylan was a great experience. Cat did a great job of scheduling a technician, Dylan, to come out in time (and texted me before arriving) and finding the leak that we had in our home water main. Dylan was thorough in terms of understanding the problem and locating the leak. Dylan not only solved the problem within the two-hour window, but also professional, courteous, and friendly. Id definitely use them again, but I hope I dont have to. :)

    Dylan did an excellent job and was very professional when he arrived. He quickly found where our leak was and today when the plumbers came out they were impressed with how accurate Dylan was. Also when I had a minor issue with our bathroom sink not having water pressure, Dylan explained that sediment probably clogged the airiator and talked me through how to fix it. Highly recommend you guys and it’s also nice that you were less expense than the competitors and could come out sooner. Thanks again!

    Second review:The bad news: we had another leak on our main water line. The good news: we were able to rely on Leak Locaters to quickly detect the origin of that leak. We called late Monday morning as soon as detecting a leak and the next morning Dylan, showed up right on time at 9:00 am, and quickly detected the leak under our concrete driveway.Thank you once again to both Kath for making the quick appointment and for Dylan for his effectiveness and professionalism.It is once again without hesitation that I recommend the company to anyone facing a similar situation. AGFirst review:It is never easy to find out that one’s water bill has increased tenfold due to a water leak… As soon as finding out, I contacted three water leak detection companies. I called the first one three times and never got an answer… The second one got back to me right away, but could not dispatch anyone for another two weeks… I finally contacted Leak Locaters and I am glad I did.First, Kath got back to me as soon as getting my message. She then arranged for Dylan, a fine young man and experienced technician to come the next day. Dylan showed up on time, used sophisticated equipment, and detected the leak under a concrete sidewalk slab in less than twenty minutes. Later on, the plumbing company called to repair the leak found it precisely where Dylan had located it. All along, Kath maintained constant e-mail communication with me.     We made an appointment with Leak Locaters after our water bill doubled compared to the same cycle a year earlier. Service was friendly and informative. Dylan answered all my questions and showed me around our plumbing system so that I could understand the inspection findings. Best of all, when no leaks were found and no deeper diagnostics required, he cut the charge for the house call in half, and offered to be available if the water bureau proved unhelpful when we show them the findings.

    Just had a great experience with Leak Locators, specifically with Dylan. I experienced some concerning water in my closet and needed to find the source. Gave them a call yesterday and got an appointment for the next day.     Dylan from Leak Locaters arrived on time, even with heavy snow on the roads and he proceeded to quickly locate the leak in our 1/4 mile long water pipe from our well. His equipment had no problem locating the break, even with 6 inches of snow and ice on the ground. His marked spot was within inches of the break. The cost of Leak Detectors service saved me thousands of dollars and I was able to fix the leak myself in only a couple hours after his departure, even with a water pipe 4 ft down in frozen snowy conditions. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

    We were in a desperate situation. Our cistern wouldnt fill. The well drillers told us we needed a new $25,000. well. We bought 1500 gallons of water for $500 to get us by while we got other well bids. The next day all 1500 gallons of water were gone. The pump people came and said the cistern didnt have a leak. We were all perplexed. The pump people told us to call Leak Locators. Dylan came the next day. He spent over two hours going over every pipe on the 3/4 acre property. He couldnt find the leak. He problem solved how 1500 gallons of water would mysteriously disappear in 24 hours. He said a leaking toilet would lose a gallon a minute. He discovered a downstairs toilet we never use was faulty and was overflowing in the tank. That was our easy fix problem. Dylan saved us $25,000. The well people would have happily put in a new well. We did not need it. We are very very very thankful and happy, and have a full well and cistern! Yeah Dylan and Leak Locaters!

    Holy $hit, Batman! These guys are professional, on-time, and know their stuff.Dylan came, called, communicated, located the leak within a very short period, and sent me a report with pix within minutes.Couldnt be more hassle-free than this. The only caveat is I wish they would also have in-house plumbers that would do the fixing, but thats a wish-list item.

    It took a couple of times to get me on the right track to find the pipe. The good thing is the tech comes back if needed. The issue with my leak is it was located smack under the highest point of my front concrete steps on my split level home. I ended up digging a 3rd hole to bypass the steps and go around them.
