I called in about an issue with my account. The woman who answered (her named started with a Z), was articulate and straight forward. She was very gentle and explained everything perfectly. This is my experience with them. If I have issues with them, I will update this review, but so far the customer service was great. -

Pge aware that my power was out within minutes after it happened. I requested a call when power was restored. I was out for 3.5 hours and got the call two minutes after power restored. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what you people do to keep the power on, especially in this miserable weather, bless you all!!!! -

Very easy to get a hold of PGE Customer Service Agents over the phone.We moved, so ended our service. A couple weeks later, moved in and they were able to start our new service very fast and smoothly. My Agent was funny and friendly! I enjoy online bill pay where I can see all our bill details and local outages (if any). Thank you! -

Thanks to Dave today for restoring the power !! Big thanks to Wesley of Service Coordination for getting the light on!! Dave was very helpful in answering all questions and even installed a tree guard to prevent chafing from a front yard fir tree. Thanks again for your response AND SERVICE. -

I give them money and they give me electricity. This arrangement has worked flawlessly every time. Except for one time during 75 mile-per-hour winds when the power went out. But they had it back up in a few hours -

In the past, Ive moved my PGE service online, but today I wanted to call in. I dont know why people are so disappointed and writing negative reviews; I found service to be fast and friendly. -
