Electric Norm was very responsive when I contacted them. I had an electrical issue I couldnt fix myself. I did not appreciate that the service call would cost $149 if I did not agree to have them do the job, but I agreed to it anyway. The two electricians (one named Devon) that showed up seemed competent and focused. They quoted me $575 to spend enough time to solve the issue. This was a different approach then the previous electricians I called that quoted me $300 for the first hour, $150 each hour afterwards. Since I had no idea how long it would take to fix, I couldnt really compare pricing, so I agreed to the $575. The two electricians spent the time and found the issue, then corrected it, in about 2.5 hours. I was very happy with the job they did.

Devin and his assistant were super efficient, helpful and educated us in our best options with recessed lighting types and placement. Devon installed new smoke alarms and smoke/CO2 alarms. Hes very efficient and friendly. The day before, on the phone, he talked me through stopping the chirping when the battery needed to be replaced and he described how I could install a new battery and reset the alarm.Devon installed a wall oven and under cabinet lights. Installed a 240 box for hard wiring a wall oven. Completely excellent experience. A few months ago they installed a new motion sensor light, installed new LED fixtures for a stairwell light and installed a ceiling fan as well as explaining what I needed to buy for these installations.

Devon was great! Came to the house, looked over the job ask and provided an estimate upfront. After ok’ing estimate - got job done within 1-2hrs. Final bill was about $200 under estimate. He also hung a doorway chandelier but we didn’t have bulbs for the chandelier (whoops). So, once we bought bulbs, Devon came back later in the day to install the bulbs because it was a 16ft ceiling. It was an overall great experience and Devon was top notch and super friendly. Will absolutely use for any future electrical needs.

The guy at Electric Norm were the 3rd electricians that have worked on my home. They were the best by comparison. I trusted them to install an outlet in my fireplace and they had to drill into the mortar to do it. They figured out an ingenious way to drill so that no one would ever see or know that a hole was created. I had to give them a lot of trust in them, as you cannot just patch a 70 year old brick fireplace the same way you would dry wall if there was a mistake. They did it professionally and I am very happy and thankful. They were quick to schedule and easy to communicate with. High ratings.

Online booking was super easy and convenient. They called the day before to find out what the issue was. Techs were early to the appointment and I received a text message when they were on the way. They listened to the problem, gave me a couple options for how to fix it, and gave me the quote before doing any work. Pricing was reasonable, you’re paying for a professional so it’s not going to be cheap. The work took about an hour, they tested everything to make sure it worked, and cleaned up after. Will definitely use them again.

I found this company through a Google search. I called and immediately got scheduled. Originally looked for a stove hookup, ended up also getting a bathroom light and front light installed. They quoted me a little over $800 for all the work. They did an excellent job installing and everything worked great!I also want to give a shout out to Devon, our electrician. He is friendly, punctual and didnt mind our cats playing around while he worked. You have a gem of an employee and he should be rewarded for his great work (a raise, vacation, anything that would make him happy).

The GFCI plug in our bathroom blew out and melted that wires and box inside of our wall. We were lucky our house didnt burn down...I called multiple electricians and explained our situation and that we have a 2 year old and we are worried....out of 7 places we called, Electric Norm was the only company sympathetic (thank you Keith) and sent an electrician about a month sooner than any other place would. We also knew that we needed a new electric panel (per our initial home inspection) and we decided to have Electric Norm change it out for us. The journeymen and apprentices were professional, kind, clean and helpful; they answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs! Everyone at Electric Norm was a delight to work with. I had a dead water heater that needed electrical updating before it could be replaced. Karen went out of her way to get a team out to analyze the situation (running a new line from our garage under the house to the hot water heater in the crawl space) quickly. They made a plan and Devon and Sanfur got it taken care of in a couple of hours. I like that the quote is for the project and not per hour. They are going to get it done appropriately, to code with permits and if that takes all day, thats what it takes. I dont like getting surprises at the end of a project and Electric Norm delivers on all fronts!

I had a situation where the error signal was going off on a shattered cooktop. Even with turning off the breakers we were unable to get the beeping to stop. Our glass stove top was hardwired in and they were able to come out and disconnect it and stop the beeping! They were able to get out right away and made four people very very happy knowing that they would be able to sleep tonight!!Our technician Phil was very nice and efficient got right to work and had our situation under control and record time! I had a great experience with Electric Norm. They were professional and got back to me within 24 hours of contacting them and I was able to schedule a much needed repair within a short time frame. Aaron, the Electrician, showed up and texted me in advance before his arrival. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He uninstalled an appliance and installed an outlet in no time. I had the pleasure of having Kevin Laker and Carlos show up on time. They worked very hard to make me a happy customer. They installed a GFCI, new power for a garage door opener, installed a new line for the hot tub outside. They repaired the main power box that was coming off the wall. These gentleman were nothing less than professional and honest. I would hire these two men back immediately if I ever needed any other electrical work. They had very fair prices and worked their butts off in the blistering heat. These men are top notch. They get a definite 5 stars from me.
