I would like to share my experience in dealing with Porter Plumbing, it was absolutely fantastic. Yesterday evening I had water leaking out from under my kitchen cabinets. I called the next morning and Porter Plumbing was able to work me into their schedule. The entire Team that serviced my home, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to locate the issue quickly and resolved the water leaking. If you want a plumbing service that has top notch service, that won’t break your wallet or won’t be take advantage of you, this is the business for you. They have my future business for life. I’m really impressed with Porters Plumbing. I needed a stove connected and they came out on Christmas Eve. He also understood I didn’t have much knowledge about what was needed to hook it up. He didn’t get frustrated. He was very patient and made sure the job was done. They have a new customer. -

These guys were excellent. It was my first time using them. Starting with my initial phone call. I needed my water heater replaced so I called. Dwayne (the owner) answered and was very nice & professional. To my surprise, he told me they could be at my house within a few hours to complete the job. A couple hours later, the guys called to tell me they were on their way and had already arrived at my house before I did. Tyler & Steven went to work immediately. They were nice, professional, and efficient in everything they did. Before I knew it, they were completely finished. Everything was picked up and left the way they found it. Thank you guys for everything. Great job. -

It ended up being a larger issue than what I thought, they explained what needed to happen thoroughly and was able to get it done within the same day. I never write reviews but this man and his team did so good I have to come on here and let everyone know. We needed the old cast iron pipes under our house replaced and we had quotes from at least 10 different plumbers. Plumbers that were always late, had to reschedule, or never showed up. The owner showed up every single time he said he would, gave us a quote that was significantly cheaper than every other plumber, got the work done in 2 business days, did extra work for me that he knew I needed without even hesitating, cleaned up after theirself, and kept me updated through the whole process. I am so happy we chose this company and I feel soooo relieved and a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I literally can’t thank them enough. -

Contacted them for an issue I had after the freeze and within an hour they were able to fit me into their already busy schedule. The issue was repaired within no time and they saved me from being without water overnight. When life throws a curve ball at me regarding any type of problem that Porters Plumbing Solutions, LLC can handle, that’s who I call. My 14 year old hot water heater decided to bust late this morning. 🤦🏻♀️ I immediately called Porter Plumbing, and Dwayne Porter was at my house within 30 minutes.
