We had a $3200 quote from a local plumber. Jonathan came out and fixed it for less than $300! Why? Because he’s the perfect mixture of expertise, knowledge, honesty, and modern technology. They also respected my husband with a veteran discount and also offer a senior citizen discount. We will never use anyone else.

Had an issue with my water pressure on a Saturday. A city worker came to my house and discovered a water leak. Turned my water off. I called Mr Rooter, requested assistance. Within 15 minutes I received a call from the plumber and in less than 1 hour the plumber was at my house. He diagnosed the issues gave me a price and started the work. He worked ver efficiently. After he was finished he said I get a senior discount. Yea. Brandon Prichard was very professional and did a great job. I will be recommending Mr. Rooter especially because they have a plumber on call during the weekend. Thanks for saving me.

Cullen just left our office and has us back up and running. He listened to what I was saying and never tried talking over me. He went right to problem, got it fixed and made sure everything was working correctly. Testing it several times to really make sure. He then explained a few things to me to help me better understand the problem and what to look for. He was very professional, polite and efficient.

An appointment was made with Mr Rooter by the phone receptionist and Cullen Mahiel was my service technician. He arrived as he said he would and as I expected. He dress was neat and clean. He asked me what the issue was and I showed him that I needed two bathroom faucets to stop leaking water. Cullen analyzed the problem. Cullen quoted the hourly rate and advised that he could fix the issue. He repaired both faucets leaving a clean work area and no more leaks. He was very cordial. Cullen prepared the paper work, I paid with a credit card and that was a quick and easy payment method. Cullen offered spelled out the guarantee and said to please call if anything is not working properly. He also asked if there was any other issues and offered Mr Rooters service in the future if needed. Excellent Job! Thank you!

I had another LOCAL plumbing company with tonnnnsssss of experience quote me over $1900 to come fix the issue at my house and a different company quote me about the same. As a 34 year old, I grew up with out a father figure so I’m not the handyman type at all. After calling multiple companies and getting absolute OFF THE WALL quotes, I got ahold of Roto Rooter and got to meet Jeryco Chizer. Super nice and professional throughout the entire process. Informed me of each step and stopped to address any questions and explained the entire process to me from start to finish. When a homeowner has a costly repair, it is super stressful and full of anxiety. Jeryco made it feel very light and made me feel like he would fix it and was super confident about his skills and this job wouldn’t take long at all and would a lot more affordable… didn’t even cost me 1/4 of what those other companies were trying to charge me. Roto Rooter if you’re ACTUALLY reading this… your employee Jeryco is a golden ticket employee that is like finding a needle in a haystack. This guy DESERVES a huge raise and should be a Prime example of what other employees should strive to be like. I’m very thankful for him and everything he did to fix my house. And from now on I won’t even bother calling any of these other jokers in town. Thanks Jeryco. Your a one in a million brother. Keep up the great work!

I do not normally do this but these guys deserve it. Jeryco and his right hand man (apprentice) were top notch. He explained the process throughout the entire time, easy to talk to and down to earth. Gave me a few options on how to keep the problem from happening again and even showed/did something for me I did not ask him to do. Simple, treat people how you want to be treated. Unfortunately it ended being a blockage on the citys side, but he was honest with what was wrong & didnt try to still get money out of me. He was even nice enough to call the city for me to explain what was going on. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter!
