This is the second time we have used Connor Plumbing and both times we were blessed to have Garrett service us. He is pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and he makes sure the customer is taken care of without being ripped off. I love that we are notified on arrival time, issues are inspected, cost is given to us before the work is actually done, and all instructions are given such as “ok I will be shutting the water off for about an hour”…it’s the little things that we really appreciate. We couldn’t be any happier with Garrett’s excellent care. Thank you, Garrett!

Had a MAJOR water line break under house (house on piers). Called Connors and they were able to come out that day to evaluate and schedule repair for early next day. Had a GREAT experience with Sean, he explained or was able to show me everything that had happen and what it would take to repair. Was repaired to my satisfaction in a very timely manner. And I appreciated that Sean stayed to check after water was turned back on to make sure all was repaired with no leaks anywhere. This was my second time to use Connors within a few years and as with the first time I was extremely pleased with my service. Thank you Connors!

I visited Connor Plumbing’s website Late Tuesday pm, expressing my issues with our plumbing and asking for help.They returned my call Wednesday morning and the Plumber (Justin) was at my house by 10 am. I would recommend their Company to any one of my friends or family members!From the women who I interacted with on the phone, to Justin…they were ALL very nice and extremely professional.Justin did an exceptional job, his mother raised him right!He went above and beyond by bringing a ladder upstairs for me so I can change a filter……my foot is broken.YAY Justin!Connor Plumbing will be my go-to Plumber!Thanks again

I called Connor plumbing this morning when an appliance installer left us high and dry because a gas line was too short to a new gas range we purchased. The telephone receptionist at Connor listened attentively as I explained my situation and promised to call back with a service time at 1 o’clock. Shortly after 1 o’clock Connors called to say that a service tech would be out within the hour. At 2 o’clock the service tech arrived, provided two quotes (one to do the gas line and the other to complete the installation of the stove). We agreed on the stove installation price and the service tech (Robb) began to work immediately. By 4 o’clock all work was done, the kitchen was cleaned up and everything was back to the way it was with the exception of the brand new stove! It is sad that these days it’s hard to find this level of service. I would not hesitate to call Connor plumbing again for any and all plumbing needs! They were absolutely awesome to work with.

Called them because my kitchen sink would not drain. He cleaned the main line under the house...did not go into the one under the sink..(which has a clean out plug.) Didnt come back in the house to check if the sink was draining. 24 hours and $300 later, my sink is STILL not draining.Before I left this review, I did call the company. After letting them know what happened, and indicating I wasnt real happy, the response I got was...I dont blame you.Edited to add:When I called the company, I reached the answering service. (I was not aware of this...they did not say I Had reached answering service)When the company got the message they called me. Sent a tech back out this morning. Took him about 5 minutes to find the problem. Thank you, Mr. Rob.If I ever need plumbing service again, I WILL callthem again. Office staff very professional, and friendly.

I actually called this company by mistake, but to my surprise they were worth the mistake. They were professional, and kept you informed of every aspect of the job. They price was fair. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems. We actually had a slab leak and they didnt stop until it was found and stopped. Thanks again, Connor Plumbing.

Paid over $1800 to have a new water heater put in. After the installation was told we should have hot water again in about an hour. After waiting the timeframe water was still ice cold and there was alot of banging noise coming from the toilet pipes that wasnt there before the swap, called to have someone return and see what was going on since they just finished the installation an hour ago and was told theyd call me back after 2 hours passed with no call I called again to see what was going on and was told everyone went home for the day and they wouldnt be able to get anyone out to me again until possibly Tuesday....it was Friday so were suppose to just use ice cold water 3-4 days until then after paying for the brand new unit and install. 3rd person out tested the electric connection and saw it wasnt getting the proper wattage. Water works alot better now after having an electrician out.
