Were fairly new to Beaumont, and have had some very bad plumber experiences in the past. I did not know who to trust when we needed a plumber to deal with a leaky toilet.I did some research for companies with four or more star rating and a good BBB record. After reading all the information I found about Premium Plumbing, I chose to give them a try. I was NOT disappointed!The receptionist was very nice and helpful. They were able to get someone to our house the very same day I called. Then, when the man (Alton) arrived, he was very polite, helpful, and sincere. He got right to the job and gave us good explanations as to our problem. He even recognized that we were senior citizens and gave us a senior discount! We will definitely call Premium Plumbing next time we need plumbing work! They truly deserve a high rating!

Called on a Saturday at 5:56pm with plumbing issue and he showed up by 6:30pm. Fixed my problem fast. So my experience with Premium Plumbing in nutshell: quick, courteous, and very professional service. They’ll be my 1st call from here on out if I have any plumbing issues.

My residence had a leak under the foundation of the house that was running over my driveway. I called Premium Plumbing and they promptly responded. The technician was knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. He methodically eliminated one line after another until the underground leak was found. That line was cut off and a new line was installed. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the technician, Marcus, and Melanie. Highly recommend.

Called several plumbing services based on amount and quality of reviews. Premium Plumbing was fast and excellent. Marcus came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Taught me a lot of stuff I never knew about plumbing. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will call Premium Plumbing. 5/5 service easily!!

They came out the same day that I called where the other companies were gong to take more than a week. The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had my issues fixed in less than an hour. The office ladies were very helpful and communicated well on when the tech would arrive. This is by far the best plumber in the Beaumont area.

During our ice storm , I had no hot water. I called to get on the schedule to have someone come out to check my water heater. The lady on the phone was extremely nice, Im sure shed had a lot of unhappy calls with broken pipes. When the tech came out he discovered that, yes, my water heater did need to be replaced. After all work was complete still no hot water but the tech was determined to make sure I had hot water. His determination found the problem. I was very pleased and now have hot water.

I called this company on a Sunday about my toilet being stopped up and about it needing to be reset as well. Not only did they call me with an estimate before sending someone out, but the plumber showed up an hour later in uniform and fixed the issue, after exposing the problem and showing me what caused the clog. The plumbers name was Marcus and both my wife and I were extremely pleased with how polite and efficient he was. If I ever need to call another plumber it will be with this company.

Top-notch experience.Short version:Excellent communication. Melanie answered every time we called. There is an answering service after-hours. If they said they were going to call back at a certain time, they did.Excellent service. Prompt, polite, highly skilled, and hard-working. Fully explained every step. Quotes provided clearly and honestly. All-inclusive service - they provided everything including scheduling inspections, pulling permits, and calling 811.Excellent value. Rates are comparable to other companies, but what you get is far superior.Long version:Our gas company was replacing all the meters in Harvey-affected areas. Our appointment for a new meter was on a Friday afternoon. They detected a leak and fiddled around with things for about an hour trying to isolate the problem to no avail. By the time we were informed they were going to pull our meter, it was nearly 6:00pm on a Friday which meant we were going to have to spend the weekend without hot water or any way to cook or do laundry. I started frantically calling plumbing companies. Luck (and Google) pointed me to Premium Plumbing Co.1. Their answering service is a huge plus. I called after-hours on a Friday and was connected with their answering service who promised to pass along my message. I doubted I would hear back until the next day. However within 60 seconds Marc had returned my call and laid out a plan of service and informed me of the hourly rate. He assured me that they go over all answering service calls from the weekend on Monday morning at 7:30 and would get back to me with their availability shortly thereafter. The promptness and professionalism of the return call made me feel like we’d found a good company, and that turned out to be true.2. At 8:00 Monday morning, I received a call from Melanie. She again informed me of their rates and set me an appointment for first thing Tuesday. She listened to all of my concerns and was extremely professional, including in setting appropriate expectations (none of that over-promise, under-deliver nonsense that so many service providers pull).3. Marc arrived promptly on Tuesday morning and was an amazing troubleshooter. We knew we had a leak, and he found several areas that were contributing to the problem. He knew where to look, what to look for, and exactly how to fix the problems that were found. He also knew at a glance the size of all new fittings we would need to update for inspection purposes. When it turned out there was still a leak after these repairs, he prepared a quote for a new line and again set appropriate expectations.(I make a note of that each time because I can’t tell you the number of times we’ve been misled by service providers either lowballing their quotes or offering to come fix their mistake for “free” and then telling us after the fact they just meant the parts would be free. Premium Plumbing treated us with honesty and integrity, and trust is such a huge factor when services must be rendered inside your home.)4. This company provides all-inclusive service. They handled the 811 (“call before you dig”) scheduling, the city inspection scheduling, and all required permits. When we connected to city water years ago with a different company, we had to do all of that and THEN call back and wait for a new appointment with the plumber. This was all handled seamlessly in-house so there was no wasted time and no extra effort on the part of the client. They were on top of things and very eager to make sure we got our gas back on as soon as possible.5. Marc came to work. There were no personal phone calls, no intentional slow-walking, or anything that fell below the highest professional conduct. The work was impeccable. He even included a tracer line so that our gas line would be easy to locate if needed in the future.We now have total peace of mind, not only that our gas service is safe and sturdy, but also that we have a company we can trust for future plumbing needs. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

There was a mix up of the time we had been scheduled for so that was very inconvenient. However, once he got there, he was very professional, informative and was overall pleasant- we even caught him after wed paid before he drove away, for something we had forgotten, and he fixed it no problem! Everything works well and were very pleased- will definitely use again, even with the time unpleasantness.

Recently, I had my hot water replaced by Premium Plumbing in Beaumont. There was a corrosion issue with my old hot water heater, and it was 14 years old. By the way, Premium Plumbing installed that one in 2006. Premium Plumbings plumber was aware of my problem. His name is Darrel. He not only addressed the issue, but went way beyond the call of duty to fix it. He replaced parts on the new water heater that will extend the life of it probably past the warrantee years. He was very professional and was really concerned of my concerns about corrosion. I would recommend Premium Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I am a long time and loyal customer of Premium Plumbing Co., Inc because of their knowledge of all plumbing problems both residential as well as commercial, and their quality of work done. Wonderful customer service. I am a Regional Property Manager. I have a large job that i need a bid for. Premium was not able to take my job, but they were very helpful, polite, and professional and referred me to another company that handles larger commercial jobs. I genuinely appreciate the care and professionalism and will call premium again if ever we need a servicing.

Last week my hot water was on it way to dying, so I randomly called Premium Plumbing and they had someone at my house within the hour. Jesse arrived and was very professional and friendly. I felt the quote he gave me for the work was fair. Jesse offered me some very sound advice which I greatly appreciated. Just based on Jesses professionalism and honesty, I will most certainly be calling them for any future work.
