Today I used these guys for the second time in the past week. First time for a clogged toilet with roots in the pipes. While they were at my house, I asked them about a new drain plug. Nick was very professional and sent me a quote for replacing old drain and old drum trap with a ptrap. Both crews were very professional and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing and Septic! Lakeshore came to fix a leaky toilet for us. Upon taking the toilet off, they found the flange in need of repair. They replaced the wax ring so the toilet could be used temporarily and scheduled another trip to repair the flange. When they came back with the part to fix the flange, they didnt need to do extensive modification so they did not charge for the second trip (even though I had already given approval for a second payment). Rare to see that level of honesty these days! I would have paid them and never known, I wouldnt have even questioned it or been unhappy. Very impressed with that level of integrity.

Fast, Professional and Great Customer Service! I bought an old house that we gutted over in South Haven and needless to say there was plumbing needed. Lakeshore Plumbing has been out to work on the house at least 3-4 times now for various things including plumbing installs and plumbing repairs. They have been great every. single. time. They always come out quickly, they are professional and -- I am not usually on site at the house when they are there--- they are GREAT at communication being in consistent contact telling me what needs to be done and costs and timeframes. I couldnt recommend them enough. In this project we have worked with a lot of contractors/companies and Lakeshore Plumbing stands out as one of the best run companies around.

I purchased an older house a couple of years ago and have used Lakeshore a few times now for different plumbing issues. Most notably they replaced all my hot water pipes just after I moved in due to very low water pressure. They did a great job with this major project and I have had no issues since. They are always very professional and easy to work with. I recently had my hot water tank go out and I am looking forward to working with them again on this project.

I can’t say enough great things about these guys. They were very professional and kind when they first installed our water heater. They also went over everything about the installation process with us! They installed it into a very old home in a very decrepit basement and yet no complaints. All smiles and laughs. Then when our heater stopped working, they were kind enough to come over at 6pm on a Friday to fix it. Amazing service, amazing people, I cannot say thank you enough to them. I will only work with this group for all my needs as long as I have a place in Michigan. Highly recommended!

The warranty company met the terms but were terrible to work with. But after explaining the situation with Lakeshore, they sent out Jeff right away. He got the issue and fixed it right away. So they cleaned out the roots from the sump & shower drain & have me helpful tips on keeping it clear in the future. First off let me start with that I am an out of state owner so to find a company that responds and does the job is super important and a breath of fresh air!! I used Lakeshore for a clogged main line & toilet back up. They removed tree roots and cleared the line the same day I called. I used them again recently for a running tub that wouldnt shut off. I called last minute at 4pm in a panic. The owner told me that all of his guys were on jobs but he would fit me in somehow. Within an hour someone was at my house. They replaced the tub faucet and installed shut offs. Great company, great guys!!!! Pricing is reasonable and definitely worth the peace of mind knowing the job WILL GET DONE!

This company was sent to my home through our home warranty company a few times and they did professional repairs and installations through the warranty company. Nick and Randy made a good impression on my family and when there were other plumbing issues that we needed addressed in our home, I called Lakeshore. Molly and Don were very good at answering my questions and their pricing was reasonable, so we chose to use Lakeshore for the work we needed done. The guys from Lakeshore took care of our plumbing needs efficiently and I would recommend Lakeshore to anyone looking for good pricing and quality work.

We had a great experience and would use Nick and Lakeshore Plumbing again and recommend to others! Nick was on time, thorough, polite and professional. He showed us and explained to us what needed repairing, he told us when he was leaving for parts etc. It ended up being a pretty simple fix (which we did not expect) and he was in and out in a flash! We are very happy!
