I had a backed up sewage line leaking into my basement and after trying to handle it myself I deciding to call around. After a quick Google search I found Drain Pros llc. Tom explained the rates over the phone and showed up within the hour (6pm on a Friday). From start to finish he was very professional, explaining things through the process, which I appreciated as a new homeowner. We are extremely happy with Drain Pros LLC! Having a sewer issue is something no one wants. My husband made a call, made an appointment, received an estimate. I was impressed that he was early, so he was ready to go at appointment time. Courteous and honest. The actual job was not as severe as originally thought, so our bill was much less and very fair for the service provided.Highly recommended

We have been using Drain Pros for our plumbing needs for over a year now, and Tom has never disappointed. He is both highly skilled and knowledgeable, and is always patient enough to explain the problem and your options to fix it in terms that are easy to understand. Our latest issue was with a broken water tank, and Tom was able to fit us in the same day so that we didnt go without running water. He was here within hours of our call and completed the tank replacement that evening. Overall I would highly recommend Drain Pros for any plumbing issue you may have.

Loved my experience with Drain Pros. Tom returned my message in the same day and scheduled me for two days after (this was to fit my schedule). He arrived on time in a vehicle that identified himself. He introduced himself and made sure not to track anything into the house. He removed my old leaking kitchen faucet and replaced it with a new one. Explained the manufacturers warranty and cleaned up everything. He accepts many forms of payment and I am having him come back in the spring to take care of some additional issues with an outside line. I highly recommend this young man.

I highly recommend this business. I cannot stress enough how professional, conscientious, and nice Tom is. He returned our call right away, on a Sunday, and was able to come out and fix the issue within 48 hours, which was our choice. He would have come out that day. He spent the time needed to find the issue, fix it, and explain what was going on. He left the area where he was working spotless despite the messy job. We will be having him do another job for us in the near future. Our cats loved him too and tried to follow him around- you know a person is gold when cats want to be friends.

Tom is a professional. His work is clean and respects the customer home by wearing booties. I had some plumbing work done to my bathroom upstairs and a wall cutout had to be done. The cutout was perfectly done that all we had to do is put it back in the wall with tape! I would definitely recommend Tom for all your plumbing needs!

We built a new bathroom in our basement and needed all the rough-in and final work done. Drain Pros ran new water pipes in our flooring and hooked up all the rough-ins and even set our 5 piece tub in place. After drywall was up they came back and finished the job to perfection, including the tub, toilet and vanity. I even needed some help with the click tile flooring we had installed and he gave a hand smoothing that out as well. I recommend Drain Pros for their immediate responsiveness, friendly yet professional service and fair pricing. It was a perfect install from start to finish.

He is a professional, clean cut guy, and made sure that he did not track anything into my home by immediately applying booties before he entered the door. He looked at my problem and gave me a very reasonalble quote for the job. He had the equipment and the experience needed to quickly and cleanly correct my problem.
