I called today for no hot water and Andy came right out. Luckily this time I didnt have to replace my hot water heater, and just had a service fee, but when I do need to replace it I will certainly be going back to Harleys.

I have had very good experiences with Harley. I had a leak in my well tank that was causing water in my cellar. They came within 1 hour and replaced the tank as needed. I was pleased with the prompt response and felt the cost was reasonable.

Harley P&H was very quick to help me when every other place around had a month or so waiting list. Marcus was professional and clearly cared about getting our problem fixed. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

The first time I called Harley Plumbing and Heating, we had a pump in our basement sink fail and the sink wouldnt drain. They were kind, easy to deal with, prompt, and did good work. They werent cheap but (1) I cant get any other plumber to answer a phone and (2) all plumbers are expensive. I was not surprised with the price as I know all pumping is expensive. At least it was done right and I wont have to call again.I called them about a 2 months later to have them install a bathroom faucet. They were prompt, did good work, and kind. I havent had a problem with that faucet.

Harley Plumbing is such a wonderful service! They came in and fixed all the plumbing in my master bathroom, I had horrible leaking and now everything is all better. They were very efficient! Gary is awesome and so are his employees! I will keep recommending them to whoever needs plumbing done right! Thanks again.

I had a minor emergency and was very relieved they could get there the same day. The two professionals who arrived listened to the issues and kept me in the loop about solutions and cost (which was very reasonable). They were courteous, friendly, and experienced. Very grateful for the excellent service.

New home owner of a money pit. I was not a previous customer and needed someone to look at the furnace. One zone wasnt working in the house. I called and could not have asked for better customer service. They came same day that I called and were honest and could have charged me to replace an expensive valve that was fine....just needed to be turned off and then back on. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone with plumbing or heating needs.

Great experience setting up appointment, two-part visit and even got a call to check if I was ready for them to come out for part 2. Technicians were on time, great communication, went above and beyond to make sure repairs would be solid and secure, very respectful of my home and space.

Harley Plumbing & Heating have gotten us out of more than a few house-related jams. As new, not-especially-handy homeowners, we appreciate their honesty, friendly service, availability, and willingness to walk us through what theyre doing so we know how to avoid having to call them in the future. They may or may not be the cheapest game in town, but they know what theyre doing, are very patient and understanding while here, and always seem to get the job done as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.
