I highly recommend Plugg Electric.I hired Vadim to put in a dedicated 220 line for a new dryer.He went above and beyond the call of duty . The dryer was delivered while he was finishing up the electrical work. He noticed the plug the delivery people delivered was not up to code and would not work. He alerted me to this and ended up not only supplying the correct plug , but also installing the washing machine and dryer for me!! He did an excellent job, double checking everything!! I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again.I give him 5 stars!

If you need any electrical work done I highly recommend Vadim at Plugg Electric! I recently hired this master electrician to install an EV charger for my car and I was blown away by his work. He was a consummate professional and a perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. He and another electrician completed the task in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly. He also tidied up the area and even fixed a few things left behind by another contractor. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the installation process and answered any questions I had. He even gave me some tips on how to optimize the charging and save energy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. His team did an outstanding job and I am very satisfied with his service.

We had a problem where our power went out and we called a couple of folks, but while getting the review, it turns out the problem was that an old system of wiring 2 townhouses at the same connector to the city was deteriorating. Turns out, when we had our solar panels installed, they never connected their wires, which had been sitting disconnected for 7 years while the old connection got more and more fragile. Vadim was able to come out the same day, gave a very competitive estimate, combined with wearing masks, shoe covers and respecting the times we are living in for the sake of the customer -- the other company didnt bother although my grown daughter and I were masked. Of course he won the job. It took a while to get coordinated, but I had read the excellent reviews over 6 months prior when looking for routine electrical services. This was the push to get everything done.Coordinating took a little while give both our schedules, and my slew of questions, fact checking and research. Vadim was patient, but that pushed our window back a few weeks. Well, it was worth the wait. Vadim is so friendly and delightful in person. He is very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. For example, he tolorated my ignorance regardin changes to move electrical meters outside, after the meter locations were updated with scanning technology a few years back -- which seemed illogical to me. He had patiently shared what the new rule was and my sending pics of the wrong meters (thats on me). We also had the mystery to piece together of how we had disconnected wires and were able to figure out when and how the error happened (Solar City bankruptcy). We finally were able to book our date for Last Wednesday.Vadim arrived with Dimitri. They were respectful, friendly, businesslike, but down to earth. They were still masking while indoors, as does my family when we have guests, to protect others. Thank you!. They got everything done in less time than expected, including a couple of extras on the house. The new fans look and work great. They cleaned everything up and left no damage or mess to sour our experience.Were just waiting for the inspection and city hook up to finish the job but Im already thinking of some additional upgrades we need. (will add exteriaor photos then)Im so glad I found, PLUGG initially and returned to my search list when we needed help in a hurry. You cant go wrong with PLUGG!

These guys are awesome! Would definitely hire again. My house over 100 years old with various wiring updates patched on to old wiring, etc etc. Vadim and crew had to investigate and understand my system and were ultimately successful in fixing the problem I was having. They worked hard and diligently and communicated what was happening the whole time. They felt very knowledgeable to me and were kind and respectful. My problem was unique and they came up with the most appropriate solution in a few hours without pushing something overly complicated, or an entirely new system or rewire. Totally trust them with any electrical related issue or upgrade.

I was given the name of Plugg Electric and its owner, Vadim, from a friend. I was told he would be an honest electrician that would not try to give me cheap work for a large price. I am very happy to say that my friend was completely correct!I contacted Vadim on Thursday afternoon. He told me he would be out to give me an estimate by Friday evening. He arrived at the time he stated and talked with me about what was needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very kind. I needed to have my electrical box upgraded and replaced and the main electric line to my house replaced. He told me he could begin the work on Monday. I was pleased with the estimate he gave and the timeline he projected.Three gentlemen came to my home on Monday to begin the work. Ivan, Dimitris, and Oleg were very kind and Ivan answered any questions I had. It took all of the business day (it was a lot of hard work). They stated they would have to return to finish up a few items but that everything was safe. I was very pleased with the work that the completed. When they left for the day everything was very clean and need. They had even cleaned up the area outside. Everything just looked wonderful. Ivan told me they would return as soon as Vadim scheduled them to complete the few items that were still needed to be done. Ivan and Oleg returned on Thursday to complete those items. They continued to diligently complete the work that was needed. Ivan again, answered any questions that I had and before he left let me know what the rest of the process would be to complete the entire job (inspection and BGE hookup). Vadim contacted me with more information and Olesya has been doing the behind the scenes work to complete the permit and inspection process. I have been very pleased with all that has been done and truly cannot say enough good things about this company...honest, clean, kind, trustworthy, thorough, professional, and their slogan is true - Double Gs for double good! If you are looking for an electrical company that does excellent work that wont break the bank - look no further, Plugg Electric is the best!

If youre ever looking for an electrician, I highly recommend Vadim @pluggelectricI was really happy with his work when we upgraded our main electrical panel to accommodate an AC system last summer (that ended up being quite the involved job), and asked him to come back to add a number of new outlets in our upstairs landing/ hall area (turning it into a study area that can accomodate those school mandated chromebooks, eh). Given the age of our house, I knew this would probably be best done as adding a new circuit, complete with pulling wires all the way from the basement. Thats work worth having a professional do well, and do right.He spent most of the day today getting that done -- and as he ran that new wire, he also reran an existing wire going more or less to the same spot that others had previously hung rather haphazardly along my basement ceiling. I appreciate that he noticed an opportunity to add that task in along the way, when the incremental cost of adding it in was much smaller than if it was done as a stand alone task. He took care not just to get the immediate task done as simply/quickly as possible, but to think about how the task at hand fits into a bigger pictureQuality work. Great service. Cant recommend enough.

Alright. This is going to be a long one. Its worth it.I cannot sing enough praises of this company. Vadim, along with his techs, go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. In October, I had to get my old electrical panel completely replaced (per condo requirement). Vadim went the extra mile to make sure he was doing everything correctly; he came first to see the set up, then asked for the county head electrician to come see and advise on what the best set up would be. I have never heard of a technician go through such steps before doing the work!On the specific date of installation, the tech was right on time (I wish I could remember his name). He explained what he would be doing and the approximate time frame. I stopped by my residence in the afternoon, and everything was going as expected and as explained. I noticed that Vadim himself had come and was helping out his tech. That is a great show of leadership and teamwork.And yes, they cleaned up very well after themselves once done.The pricing is reasonable, if anything has to be changed price wise, they let you know beforehand and give you an opportunity to make a decision. They do not rush you in making that decision right away, they do not push for the sale, as I have noticed with other companies.Vadim was always available for any questions I had (and I had a lot). He was available by email as well as via phone. The communication between the client and business is absolutely important, and Plugg Electric focuses on that as well.I could keep going with this review, but Ill stop and just say this. EV installation and panel upgrade was exceptional. I bought a Bolt EUV so it came with the option to use installers contracted through Chevrolets service provider and it was awful.
