Michael replaced our stair treads and risers and did an amazing job! He is very polite and was great to work with. We will most definitely be using MC Custom again.

I asked Michael to come out and look over our old deck, we didn’t feel like it was safe anymore due to some wood rotting and stairs tilting. Michael found some major issues, he explained how we could fix them and gave us a few different options. We decided to repair some areas and replace others completely, during the process Michael explained exactly what he was working on and even found more issues as he removed more of the old deck. After everything was said and done we asked Michael to replace just about the entire deck, it’s approximately 30x20 2nd story deck. Michael did a great job, everything came out just as he described, we are very happy with his work and can’t wait to spend some time out there. Our favorite part is the custom pergola he built for us.

I’ve worked with Michael several times from MC Custom Constriction on my rental properties. When the rental business is busy and it’s not possible for me to get to all tenant needs, it’s great to have a reliable, handy contact at MC Custom Construction. Comes in very useful when a tenant moves out and there is a list of items to Che k off the list in one visit.
