I am very pleased with Jared and the service he provided. He was personable and professional. He installed a new gas stove for me. First he had to move it across the room before he could begin the installation. He recommended a new gas pigtail which he felt was safer than the old copper line. That sounds easy but he also had to install a new shut off valve. To accomplish that he had to run to the hardware store to pick one up. Upon completion he pushed the stove into position and found that it wasn’t level so he took the time to level it for me. Through the whole process he was pleasant. I recommend Jared for HVAC repair and installation.

Wow, just wow! I discovered a leaky pipe fitting in my basement and called Boldts to take a look. They scheduled a time to come by and assess the situation and take an inventory of parts needed. They then scheduled an appointment to come back and perform the work.Bill arrived on-time and ready to work. I had actually forgotten about the appointment and was at work when I received a text message alerting me that he was on his way. I called them, told them my situation and hustled home to meet Bill. He was waiting patiently in my driveway and immediately started gathering the tools and supplies he would need to complete the work.He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. First time home owner with anxiety. My fiancé and I noticed our ceiling dripping from the main bathroom upstairs. Suspicions on the drain leaking. I called two other places that were recommended. Neither picked up. Called Boldts. Picked up the phone right away. Was able to make an appointment for the same week! Which is awesome because I know businesses are stretched thin with manpower. He showed up on time. Was truthful and knowledgeable. He was quick to remove the drain and reseal it. He asked questions and was on the same page as us thinking about the drain. He even had boot/shoe covers to come in the house! I wasnt worried about my floors but thats good buisness practice. I hope its the fix, but if not, Im definitely happy to call them back to keep helping with my leaking issue. Thankful good businesses still exist. Will be recommending them to others.

Our A/C quit working on the hottest day of the year and we were hovering at close to 90 degree temp inside our home. I phoned Boldts and was told a tech could be out in a matter of hours. Dillon arrived right in the middle of the promised time frame, was friendly, professional, and best of all - knowledgable and confident he could repair our unit. He quickly found the capacitor was not working, replaced it within a few minutes, gave some maintenance reminders, and spoke a few minutes with me about a shared interest...dogs :). I went out to help someone with a bad shower faucet.Im from Minnesota.I use to live in the area so I headed down to Baldwin to go to the hardware store.They did not have what I needed and told me to go to this place.They had a puller for the shower faucet and said it was $80 but he let me use it.I left $20 for them and all he asked if I lived in the area.I do not but my friends do.He let me use it and it worked great and than I had the part and he had the exact part.Worked great and just great great customer service.If ever I need a place to go this will be it.I was only charged for the part not the puller.I was doing this work to pay it forward to help a family in need of a little help and when this company did the same for me without knowing any thing about why.It truly makes you believe the good in people and the honesty that people still have for others.Thank-youtrust means more than you could ever imagine

Feeling from my position that there was a misunderstanding and confusion with so many calls and requirements. This adds, having included Chad, a technician of many years of professionalism and experience who in the end did not have much to do within his responsibilities with the blessed water heater that after a year, the heater, decided to make life impossible, both for a part as well as the other. Chad should not have been included in the mixed up discussion. Like any patient, one have to give it time and see how it reacts in the coming weeks.
