My gas line was turned off by FDNY due to carbon oxide detection in my house. My boiler was old and leaking gas. I called J & E Plumbing and thy came to my house immediately. Thy told me I needed a whole new boiler. My husband and I didnt know wat we was going to do because a new boiler was going to cost us over $8k. J & E worked with us by offering us a reasonable payment plan. I got a new boiler in my house within 4 days. Thy did an exceptional job. I also called them because I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Once again thy offered us quick, reliable and excellent service. I would definitely refer J & E to anyone whose looking for a great plumbing company. They get five stars from me and my family.

Had the pleasure of working with this company for the 2nd time and the Service was truly amazing! We had anticipated the worst on a previous visit which would have required a lot of damages to the property, however Juan and Ian came in with some special Tatics and found a way of removing the obstruction that no one else could have done. They truly made my day with the efforts they put in to get the job done successfully. They saved me a whole lot of money, with demolition and repairs. J. & E. Plumbing is an outstanding company that does Great work. They can be trusted in your home, do what is necessary and not bill you for items not needed, and are thorough. If you have a problem with a project done, they come back immediately and resolved any issues they were responsible for. I recommend you call them. The pricing is fair, and their field Staff Service Technicians can be trusted. Call them when you have a leak or plumbing issue. I had to replace a main water line Outside of my house. J&E sent an extremely professional crew that worked alongside the water company to restore water to my house in only 1 day when other companies said it would take 2. The guys that did the job were polite and kind, even taking the time to answer my questions and show me what was causing the issue. They even explained the process to me and went above and beyond in preserving and restoring my yard the best they could.

I would highly recommend J&E Plumbing. The technician, Miguel, came the next day after we called and unclogged the drain. He was courteous and knowledgeable and advised us on how to prevent future clogs. Overall, we were very happy with the service, and will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues!

Miguel was awesome!! The kitchen faucet & pipe under the sink was leaking at my moms house - I had called a handful of plumbing places at around 6p at night & Miguel @ J&E Plumbing was the only one that answered. He was kind and professional & agreed to meet me at my moms the next day to take a look & see what the issue was & give me an estimate for no charge. He was prompt & professional & respectful - explained everything that needed to be done & the estimate was very reasonable. We agreed for him to do the job - & he was great! Explained everything to me, fixed the problem, showed me everything he did & cleaned up completely. Except for the fact that the sink no longer leaks, you would have never have known he was there. Thank you Miguel & J&E Plumbing! Got you all in my phone now & know who to call for a a plumber!

We have just purchased a home and have had bad luck so far! Within two days of moving in, we had a gas leak and had to have our gas shut off. Miguel from J&E came the next day to assess the situation and immediately knew the issue, and how to fix it. We needed to have our hot water heater replaced, as well as replacing and rerunning our gas pipes from our boiler to our kitchen. A few days later he came and did the whole job, and the time and effort he put in to making our home safe for our family goes beyond customer service. Larry at the office was very responsive whenever I had to call there, and was able to help me when I needed it. Everyone that we have dealt with at J&E is extremely professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable and 100% about their customers. I would only use J&E in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service.

Miguel came quickly to fix kitchen sink leak in my Bethpage home. He replaced the drain pipes with modern parts. After his repair, I called him back to re-examine as I was certain it leaked again. He quickly returned the next day and could not duplicate what I thought was another leak. It turned out to be a bit of splash from the wash-down handle area, not related to the leak he fixed. Some time after, my water heater leaked and I called him to examine it, resulting in it needing to be replaced. He returned with his apprentice Peter and replaced the heater smoothly and efficiently. Miguel even routed the gas lines properly as they were done improperly by the plumber who replaced the water heater 10 years ago.. Miguel and Peter were very professional and answered my questions. Hopefully I wont need them again , but if ever I do they will get my business. Thanks again Miguel and Peter!

He was able to troubleshoot the leak in my basement immediately and explained the issue.He replaced my water heater, repaired a leak in the main water pipe and also snakes two sinks.He is very professional, efficient, humble and explains everything in detail. Miguel is a great person to work with. He diagnosed problems with my water heater and main water pipe line. He knew exactly what had to get done. So I had him repair with a new water heater and repair the main water pipe line. He showed me how to drain out sediments from the water heater yearly. Going forward, hopefully the life of my water heater will be extended with the right maintenance as shown by Miguel.He also cleared out the two sinks upstairs in my house .I must say he is very polite, humble, efficient and confident in his field of specialty.I recommend Miguel for others and for me without any reluctance.

A few weeks after American water installed a new meter in our basement, our main water shutoff no longer worked. We were able to turn the knob but it did not turn the water off.We called J&E and Miguel showed up and took a look. He asked us to have the water company locate the main water shutoff at the curb since there it wasn’t already visible and to then give him a call. We called him back after this was done and he came and installed a new water shutoff valve in the basement. He was efficient and his work was very good and he cleaned up after himself. He takes pride in what he does and took the time to ensure all water fixtures in the house worked like before. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us. He is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. We recommend him and J&E to anyone looking for a plumber that does the job right.

J&E Plumbing and Heating was very responsive and quickly sent a technician, Miguel, to our home on the same day to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Miguel was very personable and obviously knowledgeable in his craft. The clog would not clear after 3 different attempts - luckily Miguel stuck with it eventually came up with a solution and cleared the clog! He was very candid with me and provided plenty of tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Despite using a different LI plumbing company for the last 3 years, I would definitely move forward with using J&E Plumbing and Miguel in the future. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
