Get Smart Reconstruction was incredible through a real tough time for my family. Our house flooded while we were out of town and from day 1 he helped me walk through this whole process. Not one time during the entire remodeling process (Months, not bc of him, but insurance) were his crews not there when he said they would be. There work was top notch, and when there were problems, he quickly took action to right the ship. Thanks James and Agent 99 for all your help!

I cant recommend James and the Get Smart team enough. I worked with them on a restoration project after the thermal expansion tank burst in my attic requiring floors and cabinets to be replaced. James is extremely knowledgeable and professional and is very skilled at working with insurance companies. I was grateful to be able to work with him through this process. Everyone on the Get Smart team was friendly and did wonderful work. My house looks so beautiful!

I had water damage at one of my rental properties. One of the bathrooms was out of commission and the tenants needed it fixed as quickly as possible. Though the insurance company took some time to approve the estimates, Get Smart was super fast responding and finished the work in two days. They kept me updated on everything along the way as well. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend James and GetSmart. Extremely punctual, detail, oriented, customer focused. We had a pipe burst and damaged floors and walls. We talked to about five different contractors, and James was the only one who took the time to explain in detail what the steps are with dealing with the insurance company and how things are going to go. The insurance company reduced the initial estimate that James submitted by 6K but we were not surprised because James had warned us about this. James took the time to send them a detailed email pointing out all the mistakes they had made, and where all their estimates were wrong. Insurance company eventually came back with the right amount. All the work from start to finish was done in six days by his crew. The things that were done were: remove about 900 ft.² of old/damaged floors re-level the concrete install new floors, install new insulation and drywall , remove old wallpaper, refinish and texture the drywall and paint. Fix damage on another wall and repaint, etc. James kept us up-to-date regularly with pictures in the morning, and evening of the progress being made. On the final walk through we did not find a single thing that needed fixing / touch up. Overall an absolute pleasure to do business with and highly recommend them.Thank you James and GetSmart for making this as smooth as possible. Keep up the great work!!

Weve been getting our house ready to go on the market and a couple weeks before real estate photos we found out our handyman couldnt paint the fascia and do some needed trim repair around the outside of the house. I called around in a panic trying to find someone who could do the work within the week, and James was recommended. He was not only super kind and easy to work with, which meant a LOT as were juggling a million things as we prepare to sell & move, but his team was amazing. He was able to schedule us really quickly, was super communicative every step of the way (not only with us, but with our realtor as well which was great). And most importantly, his team did such good work - our home looks new! They were total pros and the cleanup was fantastic. James continuously came by to make sure things were going well and ensure we had no concerns. Would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly!
