I am thrilled with the fixture installations by Dylan and his team. Leading up to the day of installation, Dylan was responsive, listened to my needs and found great products for the 2 areas where I needed recommendations that were in addition to fixtures selected by my interior designer. He kept me updated every step of the way.On the day of, he and Geo went above and beyond: for example, a switch in my newly built house that was dead was rerouted to one of my dazzling new fixtures! Dylan even called my attention to an issue that he noticed while in my attic with my HVAC and gave practical advice and options on how to handle. One small issue with a microwave light, that I thought, hey maybe while they have the breaker off I can sneak around them and fix myself--nope: they didnt blink at completely fixing for me. Also, they cleaned up so well that the only trace left was the stunning lights they installed.Dylans work was a game changer in my great room and kitchen: Im happy, my interior designer is happy, I cant wait to show off their work, which started probably before Dylan pulled out of the driveway: I sent everyone pics. Thank you for everything, team!

Dylan, Gio and the rest of the Papasan Home Services did an amazing job upgrading our house. They are very professional, kept me informed about the progress of the work, so I didn’t have to chase them daily, and we have a high quality finished product completed on time. As a civil engineer myself, I’m picky about details when it comes to house repairs. They performed multiple tasks including painting the house, grout cleaning, outdoor repairs, painting of kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. I’m very happy about the results. They also worked very clean. They treated my house as if their own and left the house tidy after each work day, and very clean when they finished the job. I will definitely reach out to them for any upgrade/repair projects in the future and highly recommend them.

We first started with a repair to the bathroom at our rental property - his prices was more the competitive and they are very quick to get small project repairs done that others might put off.Since then, we have been working with Papassan to do various tasks around our new house that were left unfinished by our original builder. They were able to get creative to fix issues that have been plaguing us for a solution for months! They were flexible with adding things as there are always new items to add once you get started. We also had some custom pull shelves installed that are a lifesaver for our very deep cabinets - pricing was very competitive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted not choose from stock options that didnt match the cabinets. They also used some leftover wood that we had to really finish out the unfinished space in our kitchen. It was such a refreshing experience to get input into the finished project instead of being rushed through.

He is creative in finding the right products to fit anyone’s budget without sacrificing style and amazing looks. The work they did on my old house was nothing short of magic, and they did it in half the time other contractors quoted. I highly recommend Papasan for any renovations you need. I had a great experience with Papasan Home Services. My neighbors had used them and recommended them. I received a call shortly after my initial inquiry, and Dylan came out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, and presented me several options. I never felt like he tried to upsell or convince me I needed additional repairs. Two days later, the work was completed, and it was completed correctly.

Just to highlight, I would give the Papasan Home Service team a 5-star rating for doing an outstanding job remodeling a bathroom vanity. They (Dylan & Glenn) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable of the various trades (repairing sheet-rock, painting, plumbing, etc) involved.The quote they provided was competitive and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said theyd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job, as needed. We would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!

As a first time home owner, I want to make sure I’m doing all the things that keep my house in great shape. Realistically, I don’t always have the know-how &/or time to stay on top of maintenance the way I’d like.For Papasan home services to come out at a regular cadence for a house assessment and also be available for help with projects here and there brings me so much peace of mind for this reason!Brent was extremely knowledgeable about all things home maintenance and I felt my home report was very thorough.If you also want to be on top of home maintenance but don’t know where to start or have the time to pull it all off yourself, Papasan home services is a great investment.

I received fantastic customer service from Brent and his team at Papasan Home Svcs. They installed wood stairs that spanned my entire back porch of approximately 20 feet. Excellent quality at a fair price, but what was most important to me was that Brent was available and accessible for questions during the build and began the work within days of the estimate (not backlogged with too many jobs). Cant say enough good things about Papasan Home Services.

Weve used Brent and his team a few times now and couldnt be happier with the work theyve done. Initially it was just some general handyman services. Brent fixed a railing, installed a mailbox, and fixed a door for us. We then had him come back and secure bookshelves to the wall (which posed a challenge with slightly bowed frames and then a sloping floor). We then had a toilet leak from the upstairs to the downstairs and had to have a subfloor replaced, replace flooring, mold remediation, drywall replacement and painting. Our last project consisted of installing a custom sliding barn door in a sloping room. All of the projects were done with professionalism and an explanation of options we had to do the items we were asking. Brent was a true problem solver and collaborator on our projects. When our toilet leaked and caused a bit of damage, even though he was fully-booked up, he got his team out to assess the situation and then worked us in on a weekend, so we could get everything repaired and functioning as soon as possible. Weve found hes reasonably priced and very responsive even if hes booked up. We would recommend him and his team to anyone needing handyman services, repair work, and remodeling work.

I have employed Papasan Home Services on several occasions: each job was professionally done in a timely manner by a personable handyman. The most recent job involved hanging curtain rods/curtains over three separate banks of windows. Gio was great at helping me to problem solve in finalizing the measurements, holding up the curtains so I could visualize prior to installing brackets, and expertly installing the rods and fitting the curtains. I was also impressed that he took all of the trash (empty boxes, plastic packing, etc.) with him. I have no concerns about recommending this company.

Just to highlight, I would give the Papasan Home Service team a 10-star rating for doing an outstanding job preparing my house for sale. They (Dylan & crew) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to make the house ready for viewing. They provided welcoming ideas on what needed to be done based on their experience. Since I was remote they provided before and after pictures and videos. The quote they provided was very detailed and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said theyd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job. They also welcomed suggestions given by the realtor on a few upgrades. I would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!
