Since discovering Innovative Electrical Services 4 years ago when they had completed the wiring of an entire residential apartment for us, Walter and the team have been our exclusive go to contractor for our electric projects. Recently, when a transformer box at one of commercial buildings was driven into by a vehicle at 3am in the morning, Walter was onsite liaisoning with SMUD personnel and assessing the repairs needed within minutes – on a Saturday! Who does that!? Unplanned electrical repair work is never something anyone hopes to deal with, but when you do, you’d be lucky to have someone like Walter who will take the time to research all possible avenues, and to walk you through and price out all of the possible alternatives, who you can count on to expeditiously complete the work and ensure that it is finaled by inspectors. We strongly recommend Innovative Electrical Services irregardless of the size of the project – you will be pleased.

I have worked with Walter for over a year, and I must say out of all the contractors I work with in my line of work he is by far the best! Although he may be a busy man due to his busy schedule he always responds even if its a late response. I appreciate all the work he does, and he is always available when I or my team needs him. Had major electrical work done removing very old screw in fuse system in the rain! Work was fast and ALL the workers were very cool and fast. They did all the work staying late to get us back up running after the large storm Auburn had that knocked out PG&E services. The owner Walter, called me back when I left a message just 20 min! A big truck ripped the Weatherhead of my house, leaving us without power on a Friday (Memorial Day weekend). Walter was responsive, friendly and made me feel better about the situation immediately upon speaking to him. He was there, same day, with a competent and friendly crew (Chance, Colton and Wade). Walter is an outstanding electrician. He has done a number of projects at our home including installing designer lights and fans (outside and inside) with remote controls, landscape lighting and fixing GFI’s. Always very professional with a great attitude and personality. Quite responsive with creative solutions including eliminating tearing up sheet rock to install wiring to new lights in our kitchen counter area. Every project he has done here works perfectly and he always says to call him if it doesn’t which we have never had to do. And therefore I will not be showering tonight by candlelight.

I can’t even start on how happy and how much I appreciate these guys.Number one, on time! They said 6am and 5:55am they showed up! This was also a last min call for an emergency repair, never would I have thought they could get to me the next morning and finish the job so quick.Communication was absolutely amazing again I couldn’t ask for more. And I didn’t even expect the service they gave me. I can’t thank them enough for the prompt service and quality of the repair they did replacing the torn off weather head to my house.I hope the crew sees and reads this I appreciate you guys like non other. Walter ran a troubleshooting process on an electrical downstream failure for my home. Ive had other electricians in to handle this prob, but did not get any help. Walter found the problem and corrected the outlet that was stopping the downflow of electricity. Great work!!!

Walter responded immediately to our emergency situation. He evaluated our electrical panel and made us aware of the dangerous situation. He showed us and carefully explained how serious it was. He quickly obtained all necessary permits and coordinated with Placer county and PG&E. Walter returned with his crew Wade and Clayton and began working the same day. This team worked non stop into the night through rain and snow. The next day the job was county inspected, PG&E returned and we got our power back on. This company is hard working and dedicated. They have great concern for safety and care about the customer. They made sure that we had what we needed for the night and did follow up calls to check on us. We are very grateful that we chose INNOVATIVE ELECTRICAL.
