Woke up to no power and my Generac stalled… I tried a few times to reset it but it wouldn’t turn over. Thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to get an electrician out in the middle of this crazy storm For an emergency repair but thought well,Let’s just ask and the worst that could happen is they say no… which I expected anyway. Called Joe, owner of JN Electric, and not only did he pick up, he said he would be over after his next emergency repair! He shows up within a couple of hours with his right-hand man, Noah, and within 15 minutes, they have me up and running again. I’m so, so grateful to them! Great local business to deal with!! The team installed a stand by generator. Great experience from initial contact through finished install. Super accommodating to my crazy schedule. Great experienced. Contacted JN Electric to install a manual transfer switch for a portable generator. Joe took time to explain all options available but never pressured me on which option to choose. Highly recommend Joe at JN Electric, after April 4th storm and dealing with our portable generator for 2.5 days we decided to look into getting a standby generator. Monday made a few calls Joe came over Saturday looked at everything answered all our questions and concerns gave us a verbal quote and followed up Monday with a written quote with everything that was discussed no hidden costs. We put a deposit down with work scheduled in 2 weeks. Joe and his professional team showed up that Monday morning and did a very professional job and had the inspections done that day and us ready for the next outage with a peace of mind.

We Were very pleased with our experience with JN Electric. We purchased a Generac standby generator from them. The price was very reasonable. They installed the unit shortly after we entered the contract to purchase. It was intalled in one day and passed town inspection the next day. (the inspector was impressed with the quality of their work) The installation crew came back the same day as the inspection and we were up and running that afternoon. The whole team at JN Electric was wonderful to deal with! I didn’t know anything about mini splits and had just bought a new home. I reached out to them on the recommendation from my realtor and Joseph came out to give me an education on them, how they worked and gave a recommendation on what to go with. The installation happened a few weeks later and they did an excellent job! I opted for the hyper heat system to help reduce our reliance on heating oil during the cold months. So far the AC part has been great and made our new home so much more comfortable. It’s not just the cooling that’s great but removal of the humidity in the air. This was an investment in our home that was 100% worth it! If your on the fence about doing it you won’t regret it if you go with these guys! The bonus was the assistance after the install with filling out the rebate forms from NH. Service has been exceptional before, during, and after the install!

Last week a tree came down on the power lines down the street from our home. This caused a power surge that went through the transfer switch for our generator, burning it out and rendering it out of service. A call into JN Electric, who had did the installation of the whole house generator, and they had their crew out here very quickly, to survey the issue. Upon review it was determined that this was a warranty issue and a new transfer switch would be installed right away. Within four days, they had the new transfer switch installed and the system checked and verified all was in good working order. The crew was pleasant, professional and the work was completed as we were told. We want to thank all that were involved in taking care of this for us. We recommend JN Electric for ALL your electrical needs. Thank you.

We cant give a review on the Generac itself because we just had it installed 5 days ago but I cant say enough about the service we received from JN Electric. The owner, Joe, was onsite to make sure everything was done correctly and there were no short cuts taken. What I didnt realize is that they would have to dig a trench to connect the Generac to my gas line but would have to leave the trench open until after all the inspectors came (electrical and fire). Not knowing this, we scheduled the trench fill in for 4 days out (this was installed during the Thanksgiving week and there is a specific way to fill the trench due to the gas pipe).To my surprise, the Fire Dept. and Electrical Inspector came out within a couple of hours. I called Mike (the person who sold me the unit), and left him a voicemail letting him know the inspectors had been out and approved everything but I was concerned about my dogs filling/falling in the trench since it was installed in our fenced in back yard, that we put in specifically for our dogs.Mike called back but we were at the park with our dogs and I didnt have my phone. Within 5 minutes of arriving home, Mike and Brian (the gas pressure tester/gas pipe connector/last person after the inspectors give two thumbs up to move forward) showed up and completed the job.Joe, Mike and Brian went the extra mile to complete the job after hours knowing we were concerned about our dogs falling/filling in the trench. They didnt have to do that, we agreed to another few days out, but they did and we appreciate them more then they could ever imagine because our dogs are our children.If you are going to make an investment like this, go to a local dealer like JN Electric and not a Superstore. The service you will receive is second to none and I am sure, as long as we live in this house, we will get the maintenance and support we need.P.S. We got a 10 year warranty, which is connected to the unit, not the person who bought it so, if we decided to sell within the 10 years, the new owners can utilize the warranty as if they were the ones who bought the unit.

Joe was very knowledgeable and his pricing was competitive. We opted for 3 wall units and a large cassette in the master bedroom. Joe and some handsome S.O.B. (His dad) showed up on day one and got all the wall units in. Day 2, a brunette Vanilla Ice joins the crew and the bang out the rest of the job! We could not be happier with the results. They picked up after themselves even fixed another separate electrical issue that I had at no additional charge! Reaching out to JN Electric is the best choice I have made in regards to giving my home comfort. Joe and Mike installed a 15k BTU Ductless in my home and i could not be happier with the unit and the work they did installing it. These guys are Pros on the job which is always what Im looking for.
