The tech was wonderful and made me feel confident. The only reason I cant give five stars is there is no reason a company cant give you a better range of time of when a tech is going to arrive then an eight and a half hour window. Even the day before they could not narrow down anything more specific than 7:00 a.m. to 3:30pm. I understand they dont know what theyre going to run into before they arrive but there are plenty of other service industries that are in the same situation and they managed to give you a two or three hour window. This can and should be improved. The rest of my experience was great. I have used this company before and I will use them again its just frustrating to have to have an entire open day sitting at home not knowing

The on site visit from Chelsea was a great first contact with ESM. She came in early March, called ahead & on time and went about looking at my locations & explained exactly various size options and what the install would entail. Michelle, in the office, who handles installations answered more questions and was there after I signed for my 14kw generator up to and including day of installation. I have to give Noah & Josh who did the install on 6/28/23 a HIGH FIVE as what looked like a great day turned into sheets of rain during most of their time at our home. They also worked like a well oiled machine with the propane company, CMP, and code enforcement to get the work done professionally and in timely manner. I have not needed my Generac up to this point but because we are away from our home often, and for various lengths of time, it gives us a comfortable feeling knowing our Generac generator will be ready when needed.

I had a General Standby generator installed on 10-22-20. I was so pleased that they were extremely punctual first of all. Thats a great first impression! They proceeded to tell me exactly how they would get started and approximately when they would have to shut my power off. They made sure to check with me when the time came in case I wasnt ready. So polite. They answered any of my questions and I noticed how organized they were as the team went to work. Did a great job of cleaning up the area after they were done. The young man who came the next day to do the intial start up was again on time, polite and answered my questions. Cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again.

Our experience is that ESM is a company that really stands behind you. We use them to maintain our generator. When our Generac mobile link device failed because it got wet (it is made to mount outside!), ESM stepped in and set a new one up at no charge. Plus they have done an excellent job of maintaining our generator. We strongly suggest getting an annual maintenance contract from ESM and using them for your electrical needs. Good company. Great people!
