    Wanted to keep my review about Nick but also add one for Isaac.Isaac came today (was needed/scheduled after Nicks visit) to run a camera through our main line. We ended up having a couple of areas that were needing attention. Isaac took the needed time and ensured the process was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I totally understood. I appreciate Isaac and the time/effort that he took to ensure my issue was thoroughly explained/resolved.Nick was amazing. He came out assessed the issue and worked very hard to resolve. He spent the needed time and absolutely went above and beyond. I appreciate Nick and his efforts very much.

    Very knowledgeable and courteous. The tech even took time to explain to my Down syndrome son how the Roto machine works :) A little expensive, but worth it. Now everything works great and they also provided me what I need to prevent this particular issue from happening again.

    My plumber from Roto-Rooter, Nick Wilson, arrived a bit earlier than expected but made me aware of the change. He was very knowledgeable,professional, and courteous. He answered all my many questions. I was very impressed by his visit and his work and have already recommended him and this company to family and friends. Also, based on prices I have paid to other plumbers for the same issue, their cost is very competitive. Overall a great company and plumber. You wont be disappointed.

    The evening before Thanksgiving suddenly the kitchen sink clogged as well as the wet bar sink. We tried all the basic techniques to unclog them and had no success ! Called every plumber and no one answered the phone. Sam was on Emergency call for Roto-Rooter and was dispatched. In short order he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the correct tools to handle the situation. It became apparent that the clog was extensive and he had to clear it from three separate drains. This was accomplished successfully and the drains all worked with a good vortex. Everyone smiled and cheered Sam for saving our Thanksgiving!!😁🦃🍗

    Adrian Riveron did an EXCELLENT job today cleaning out my backed up sewage pipes. He was on time (actually early), courteous, professional, and cleaned up after everything. He explained what he was going to do and gave a quote before working. I would definitely have Adrian work at my house again. Also, I have to give a big shout out to the very prompt, kind, professional, communicative Holly who was Rotorooters admin who booked this appointment for me.     John and Anthony did excellent, thorough, fast work on a big job (broken sewer main line out back). They cleaned everything up and left yard in good shape, even with using a pretty large mechanical excavating machine. Plus, theyre both friendly and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Asheville Roto-Rooter and especially John and Anthony.

    We had urgent plumbing issues in the evening and didn’t know who to call except Roto Rooter. The woman who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and very professional, and we were shocked that they could get a plumber out to us at 8 PM at nightThen we will send a text with a photo and the name of the plumber coming, which we both thought it was very professionalThe plumber was named Simon and he could not have been any nicer or professional the entire time and it took a lot of work on his part. The service call was very reasonable for an after hours call and given all the work that he had to do the price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional! We will most definitely make this Roto Rooter our go-to plumber night or day. We highly recommend their service!

Marsha and Holly were great to arrange my appointment for service that was mutually convenient, and Sam, their “service technician extraordinaire” was knowledgeable, capable, and so very helpful. He was a most pleasant man to have address the issues and was able to explain exactly what needed to be done in an easy to understand way.     Much praise to this company and to Simon, the technician. Roto Rooter was the only company I could find that doesnt charge for estimates. The service address is 42 miles from their office in Arden (Buncombe County )to Marion (McDowell County). When we agreed on a price, the tech told me that he had to go to Lowes for a part. Turns out it wasnt in stock and his Supervisor had to bring it from the office. Thats 168 total miles plus time and they kept their word and didnt raise the price. THAT is an ethical business! Highly recommend.

    Nick Wilson, my technician for Roto-Rooter was extremely personable, got right to work finding what he ascertained the problem to be! He worked diligently at getting the nasty grease, hair riddled clog moving so that I could finally do laundry.They certainly know their business and can get to the root of any clog… it may cost you a little more than the average plumber but well worth it!!Another plus, they get you on their schedule ASAP!!EXCEPTIONAL!!!

    Nick was very helpful in solving a complex clogged kitchen sink/bathtub issue. He worked hard to find the solution after initial attempts failed to remove the obstruction. I would gladly have Nick return if future problems occur.

    The Good, The Bad and The Orange burgissue with drain for several months due to crush damage in the orange burg pipe, called out to unblock and diagnosed the problem, Adam fixed it and got us working again but advised longer running problems (this was back in October) very professional and knowledgeable.we requested a quote which unfortunately wasnt done on time - despite asking for it a few times. In January i called up a little frustrated as the drain had blocked again. after explaining to project manager Daniel the situation i could not have expected a better response! They were out that night and got us working (he and his team were brilliant! )and provided the quote almost immediately.We had the work scheduled as the price was excellent for the work required.The workmen that came out were the same ones we have dealt with previously - Eric and Adam and Daniel came out to check periodically.Cannot fault the work - they have cleaned up very well and were professional.Despite clerical hiccups these guys were excellent! definitely recommend

    My technician, Austin, was one of the most pleasant, thorough, and respectful young men that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. He explained everything thoroughly, and even though it was a complex job, he did not give up until he got to the bottom of it. Considering I was paying by the job, he was here quite a while and it was a bargain. I dont know if all the technicians are as thorough and hard-working as Austin, but I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.     James was great and got me back up and running. I just have one problem.... The bath mat and carpet in the guest bath was soaked, wet. I dont know where this came from and if I should be concerned. I didnt discover this until I went in to take my shower. The bath mat was soaked on one side enough that I could ring water out of it. The carpet was wet not damp. I just hope it dries and doesnt damage the flooring underneath it. Im so thankful Roto-Rooter was able to help me on a Sunday!

    Isaiah with Asheville Roto Rooter met us in uniform at the door. He was on time and very professional and polite. He thoroughly assessed the complex situation we had with leaking sewer lines and incorrectly done plumbing fixes from the past. He explained the details of what he would do and exactly what it would cost. He worked tirelessly until the damage was repaired and the system of drain pipes redesigned for better flow and function. I couldn’t believe the before and after pictures - it looks like a whole different space down there. Isaiah must love his work because he was singing, like he was auditioning -just an extra blessing.     Our toilet backed up, & overflowed in the basement. I called late in the day they sent a great technician. Due to his previous assignments and the weather he didn’t arrive until almost 10 o’clock the weather was so bad I felt like that he might not come at all. That night it was in the 20s and snowing sideways in terrible wind. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and went outside to run a clean out tool up into the plumbing inside the house. He worked hard outside for over an hour to unstop our toilet! We were very pleased with his work. It was a hard job and he never once complained about the weather! The price was very fair, He gave me an estimate before he started the work and there were no extra charges. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.

    I highly recommend this company to repair plumbing issues. I say this not only because of how David Crawford successfully fixed the problem, but how he handled the issue that arose. Once he thought the issue had been repaired, I noticed the pipe was still backing up after his departure. Not only did he come back the same day, he spent 2 more hours locating and fixing this problem. This company did not charge an extra dollar for the hours worked on the second visit, and apologlized that it was not completely fixed the first round. I dont value a company based on how immediately they take care of a problem, but how they navigate issues that arise. David 100% fixed the issue, was respectful, and thorough.     My underground drain lines were backing up. Rotorooter came to clear out any blockages. Nice guys, very professional, but the problem was more serious, unfortunately. They walked me through as they were clearing the underground drainage lines. Drainage pipes underneath the pavers in my patio may have collapsed. Patio and pavers would need to be pulled up. Rotorooter can replace the pipes, but not the pavers in the patio. I will need to contact the original landscape company. So it goes.

    All our drains clogged at same time which we knew signified a full septic tank, after several attempts to call other local services only to get no answer, or a full answering machine or being told they could get to us in two to three weeks, I called Roto-Rotor who scheduled an appointment for the next day. The service we received was first rate, friendly and very thorough. Everything was explained well and all of our questions were answered. These guys were awesome, worked two hours in the rain without a complaint. Definitely will recommend these guys to anyone, you cannot beat the fast friendly service!     A huge shout-out to Cale! Even though the sink we purchased was too large for what we needed, he explained everything and gave me suggestions. Super friendly and just the nicest guy!     If I could give them ten stars I would! Holly at dispatch as friendly and efficient. David, the technician, got to our house in a hurry. He communicated what he thought was going on and exactly what he was doing. Very professional, very friendly. You cannot go wrong. We will be using Roto-Rooter for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

    I can’t say enough about the Technician, Sebastian Doty, that came out to my rental property at 830pm to fix a pipe problem. He was professional yet kind and he knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely call again when I have a problem. He did an excellent job.

    Cant say enough good things about the experice i had with the roto rooter team, James and his Tech. They were able to unclog a shower drain packed with gravel that a different plumbing company gave up on quickly and quoted me upwards of 7000 to pull the shower out and cut up the concrete to get to the issue . These two were persistant and thorough until the issue was resolved. Will definitely be calling on these guys again!
